Albergo Villa Bianca

Service given by Michele and Alfredo was outstanding in helping us getting tickets for our next destination. Also they were so kind to schedule our breakfast an hour earlier for us. And they took us to the pick up station for our bus. Service was Kind and very helpful. The WiFi could be improved in our room.

I am not one of those who write a low star reviews. But this property was disappointment. First of the receptionist did not turn up till 15:30 till the time of check in. Hotel was locked. We could not even put our luggages anywhere. When she came checked us in & disappeared, leaving us all alone at the hotel & premises. I understand that its not viable for business to have someone at the property with only one or two rooms occupied, but leaving premises straightaway ??? Rooms were basic with no facilities.

Our stay was a big disappointment . My booking was based on a very misleading photo ( attached) saying you can see the coast from the property. This is not the case at all! The beach I was hoping to find it is one hour and half away and the closest coast is one hour away driving. Therefore I feel scammed. The hotel is not near the beach at all. The closet beach is one hour by car. We missed one day of our holidays to going to a very wrong place instead of where we want to go to see this specific beach! Also the hotel is full of religious images everywhere which it wasn't our liking. So if you are not interested in religion book somewhere else.

Great place close to the place where I want to visit Father Pio shrine. No air condition in a very hot weather. Easy parking with no cost. Amazing.

We needed a place to stay for one night. It was convenient. However, the breakfast display did not look like the picture that attracted us to the place. Very disappointing!
