Motel Falcon

My car was scratched while parked at the premises. i found no comeras around. however I reported to reception, but they were helpless to reslove the issue. Hence park your car at own risk.

Ce n'est pas récent, mais tout est très bien; sauf qu'il manque un peu de stationnement, mais nous stationnons au centre d'achats voisin. C'est tout près du Pont Champlain, très pratique. Tout le personnel est très gentil.

Les employés ne semblaient pas pouvoir comprendre totalement le français. Problème de facturation pour me redonner le dépôt. Rouille dans le bain. Pas de parking pour se stationner. Non convenable pour les personnes à déplacement limité puisqu’il y a des marches. Odeur de cigarette.

The room was excellent and clean. My only complaints were parking and other 'guests'. We checked in very late, 11:30pm, after a long day in Montreal and Laval. Literally, the first thing we saw was a freaky-looking character making his way to his room. The rooms have chairs outside, which unfortunately encourages people to hang out outside the rooms, smoking various things. A group was talking loudly/arguing outside my room at 4:30 in the morning. The parking lot is very small, and when we checked in, there were only 2 spaces, only one of which BARELY fit my minivan. I couldn't open my doors more than a crack, as I was tightly wedged between a shipping container and the next car. The back lot, where I had to park is super dark and creepy. The kind of place where you fear getting rolled.

Excellent property for the price. You can feel the old vibe of the motel and the facility needs some upgrade which is the most case of hotels in Montreal. Other than that, the service is excellent, our room was being cleaned daily, free parking, quiet room, and a 15 minute drive to everything.

Saw a lot of negative reviews about this place. Wanted to have a look before booking. It's not a bad place. It's just most people who had a pleasant stay never bother to review a place. Also don't expect too much. We are getting what we paid for. Rooms are okay can't complain Parking is safe Convenience store mall and restaurants are at walking distance.

The Key cards for the doors didn't work, Had to always go to the reception for a manager to open our room door. The heat barely worked. Not sure whose vehicle it was, but always had an issue with parking my vehicle. Since an employee or management always parked in the spot that was clearly marked "NO Parking at anytime ." sign. Would not ever recommend to anyone, will never stay there again.

The room was very clean and in good condition. The bathroom was a bit small, but good water pressure and reliable hot water. During the day the area around the motel seems fine. At night the parking area is not well lit and between the people hanging out and the overall area, you don't get the most comfortable feeling. Overall its close to Montreal and worth the price.

Good overall, but sometimes parking was not available at the property so we had to park right next door on the parking lot for a outdoor mini shopping area. It was allowed, I guess as we didn't get any ticket when we used it for 1 night. Also, some rooms, such as ours, didn't have a stand up shower, only a jacuzzi with a shower built it, so I bought a plastic mat at the dollar store to not slip. But overall I enjoyed the stay and I liked that we were surrounded by restaurants and shopping in the area.

nous somme arriver dans la chambre et sa sentais la moisissure le bain tourbillons n'étais pas propre et ne se remplissait pas le lit était dégueulasse et sa nous a fais des plaque partout sur le corp

Le bain avais du sable à mon arrivé la chambre étais passable. Mais ont refuse que ont fume la cigarette mais la 303 gros party pis fume du crack sa puais tellement que je me suis dit que j’allais pas enduré sa et retourne à la maison

I booked this through Expedia to stay on the way from Quebec City to Ottawa. I should have checked Google reviews! Though the front desk guy was friendly and helpful, the rooms were very bad. Could see blood stains on sheets and had to remove it to sleep (uncomfortably). Room was smelling of smoke even though there was a board saying no smoking.

Chambre pratiquement insalubre, mauvaise odeur, murs sale, trace de moisissure, serviettes coupées en morceau en guise de débarbouillette, trace d’infiltration d’eau au mur, propriétaire qui se contre fou de vous…. Bref la pire expérience de ma vie dans un motel

Établissement est dans un piètre état, les moquettes atroces, les couvertures et les rideaux jamais lavées, AC fonctionne mal, les odeurs fortes qu’on tente de cacher avec les sent-bons chimiques qui étouffent! Je ne le recommande pas, surtout pour un prix aussi élevé!

Unclean rooms that need major updates.

房间的烟味实在太大了 根本呛得人无法入睡 我现在衣服上还都是烟味 可是房间却写着“无烟”

Great stay overall - no showers just jacuzzi - but matches your budget and not so far from town if you have a car :)

Pretty standard motel and had a sound proof bathroom so thats cool

Would have preferred a shower instead of a jacuzzi which made the room very small. Also no hand towels were provided. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

It's not a fancy place with no place to hang your coat and the sink and tub right in the room but the bed was comfortable and it was quiet and I slept well each night.

The staff was pleasant and the room clean, well appointed, and comfortable. It's on a rather busy, noisy road however, so the road noise was distracting.

I like this place i go here pretty often when I need a 1 or 2 day stay, it's location next to Champlain mall plenty of restaurants and terminus/rem station Panama gives easy access to Montreal . It's cozy , tiny bathroom with a big tub and good water pressure the beds are not squeeky and comfortable wifi always works and AC is the best it's the old 70s under the window style AC and cools the room in seconds. The one and only thing I would really change about this place is their cable plan they have Videotron and it shows all the channels they can have but basically only offer the channels we got back when we could still use attennas other than that it's a really nice stay it can get noisy a bit weekends but never long and usually just as bars are closing when ppl are heading in or around midnight but never seen it noisy enough to bother me never even had to raise the sound on the tv to music before I highly recommend this property there arent many left that are in this price range and are this nice of a property and their staff just puts the cherry on top always super happy to greet and send you on your way super quick and pleasant to talk with .

J’ai passé 2 heures à me battre avec le propriétaire et employés pour récupérer mon dépôt de 100$. Ils cherchaient des prétextes hors de mon contrôle pour justifier le non-remboursement. Tels que l’argent n’est pas dans l’enveloppe avec le no. Chambre, ou de me rembourser sur carte de débit alors que le dépôt a été versé comptant et je n’ai pas de carte de débit. De plus, ils m’ont ignoré, tentant comme si je n’étais pas la. J’ai du appeler la police. Et même la police disait ne pas pouvoir rien faire. Ils ont exigé que je signe un document mentionnant que j’avais reçu mon 100$ AVANT de me donner mon argent. J’ai refusé. Durant notre argumentation, j’ai arraché des mains à l’employé mon 100$ et je me suis sauvé. Ils sont malhonnêtes et voleurs

Upon arrival the registration clerk requested my drivers licence and proceeded to photocopy it. I was not happy about this and expressed my concern but I was advised that it was their registration procedure. When checking out I requested the copy back as I was not comfortable leaving a copy of my licence with a lot of my personal information including but not limited to my signature, date of birth and licence number. The morning clerk though he understood my concerns could not give me back the copy so I requested a pen and blacked out all information other than my picture and address. I do not believe that Expedia agrees with this procedure and should remove this hotel from their listing of hotels in the Brossard Quebec area.

There were a list of problems. Firstly, my name was wrongly entered in their system so they didn’t have a room for me. To manage things for the night, we got a double room. Then they called me early morning (when I checked-in at 2am last night and barely slept) to let me know that I should change my room. In few hours, the lady was knocking to push us out of the room when we were dressing up. Mind you? I never asked for this room. They put us in a room that they had to change because of their mistake. The lady was rude to me about the different name when my reservation clearly had correct name entered. Then comes the next night. Firstly, the door fob didn’t work. Once we fixed it, the room didn’t have electricity. After wasting 1hour and going up and down multiple times, we figured out a tripping switch and decided to spend the next 2 days without using that one switch which was definitely an inconvenience. All in all, we managed and compromised without getting any apology. They messed up things, created problems and only showed rude attitude and literally kicked us out of a room that we didn’t even ask for and in fact paid for. The lady at the reception on the morning of 13th June really needs some talking from the management.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this hotel. I fell ill during my stay and asked for help to clean up after I was sick, but no one came to assist me. I had to endure a bad smell in my room until the next day. To make matters worse, when I was finally contacted by the hotel manager, she spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner about my situation instead of offering an apology or a solution. I expected at least some empathy or a gesture to make up for the inconvenience, but instead, I was told not to return to the hotel. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

We were given a room different (and much smaller) than the one I booked. I was lied to and told the rooms were all booked, and then made to be convinced that the room with the jacuzzi in the middle and the one with the tiny bath were the same, then offered the one i booked (with the jacuzzi) for a 60$ extra fee- after i was lied to and told the rooms were full. My argument that if they were the "same room" then they should cost the same went over their head and they then just went on to make up some other lie. Basically instead of admitting their mixup, they brushed me off because theyd already got my money and did not care for me to get what I actually booked, and just tried to swindle me out of more money and gaslight me into thinking that I was deluded and wrong. I am pregnant and in the middle of a ling road trip and needed a bath and it was the only reason I had booked this particular room, but they could not care less. I had a very angry, uncomfortable night where I felt robbed and made to feel stupid and small. The opposite of a good hospitality experience.

Went to the front desk to get help and the guy say to my mom to come back in 5 minute. The staff also left a sign “come back in 5 minutes” Cannot go back to our room because the card key did not work, so we waited outside. Another person was there and waiting for long time too.. BUT it took the staff 45 minutes to come back. I don’t usually write review. But this is really unacceptable for making someone waited outside - on a windy evening. Understand if they were on break or something. But then the sign shouldn’t be saying come back in 5 nor saying that too.

The motel was clean and updated. The staff were bilingual and very helpful. It was in the suburbs, but I had my car and was able to get to the Metro station easily to get into Old Montreal.

Location is very good.

Near the marina

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The motel was within walking distance to a shopping mall and public transport. It is a nice and quiet area to stay at an affordable price.

Very good location and value for money accommodation. Highly recommended.

Great staff and good location.

Hotel itself is clean so no doubt about that and staff is cool too. But for me, I think having the shower unit in the same bedsit room opposite the bed is not for me. I think the design of the toilet and shower should be in the same room with a door rather than having the toilet in a separate unit ( which is fine and does what it should be anyway ) and the shower in the same room as the bed and living room. Not cool on that part for me. I don’t know whether it’s a North American setup but certainly in Europe, there is not such a design for a hotel room. Quite apart from that, I think it’s a clean nice environment and on a main road which is excellent too. Easy to commute to train station too.

The property was in a good area close to everything you would need within walking distance

There is no availability of water bottles in the hotel rooms, no food. You have to get your own food and water. It's very far from the Montreal city, you need to take a cab to visit the main city. It's silent and safe.

We had a great stay, quite place, a lot of food options in the area, as well as shops of all kinds. Thank you

Really enjoyed our stay here, customer service is great, rooms are clean and you have everything you need in the room (fridge, microwave, coffee). Quiet and near lots of restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.
