Best Western Pacific Inn

Kitchen supplies were dirty, inside of cabinets were dirty. The dishwasher leaked water onto the floor every time we turned it on. We informed the front desk about the leaky dishwasher and they promised that they’d send a maintenance worker to fix it but nobody ever showed up and we were there for 4 nights!

Nice to have Ricky’s restaurant on site. Bvery handy.

Room wasn't vacuumed but otherwise clean

A no frills version of this brand, clean & comfortable. No real amenities except a sports bar/ restaurant that was sparsely patronized. 25% discount was offered but I didn't get a chance to try it. Hotel is located away from other tourist amenities so you need a car & on a busy commercial intersection which is quite noisy.

Over billed me and we’re slow to return the refund. It has taken several calls thus far and the response is always the same - we’ve processed on our end but it will take time to show up on your credit card yet it never shows up. Be careful what you allow them to pre-authorize on your card.
