No complaints. The conditions and facilities are good.

old property, had a jaded and worn-out feel. Service was average. I went to the bar at 1015 for a drink. The bar closing time was 1030. I was denied a drink since it way too close to the closing time. I was told to order it in room service.

In winter time, hotel does not even provide hot water.Complained to house keeping but invain. They change TV service suddenly but don't bother to inform guest. Their parking area is badly maintained.

Beat and clean property very well maintained. We had some bad experiences arriving from USA but we were pleasantly surprised. We also enjoyed sumptuous breakfast and buffet dinner choices. Laundry was also very competitively priced. We will return again if Balaji Bhagwan so desires

I don't understand how ITC can give affiliation to this hotel. When you book ITC name 5 star property with high price the expectations are high. But this hotel is like ordinary hotel, rooms not very clean- fungal like structures around lamps and lights, washroom very dirty, require major rennovation. Bed was having open nails around the legs which can even hurt you. Overall the price doesn't match facilities and hotel condition. On positive side all the staff is really very good and supportive and ready to help you anytime.

Front desk staff helped me was not so friendly, and did not understand my questions in English and thus not responding to my questions. Staff helping with my luggage were very aggressive and did not understand English and thus did not follow my requests Walked into the room which smelled like urine. Front desk manager helped me to change the room. Walked in to the 2nd room and the room smelled okay. Took that room. Walked into to use the toilet and found urine spots on the toilet seat and it was filthy. Called the front desk. They sent house keeping to do the cleaning. When they left, the water was spilled all over the floor. I was honestly very to use the washroom. Got into the shower, it was full of old water marks which gave me an impression that the shower was never cleaned after the last guest. When I called the front desk, all they said is that they are happy to change my room again. As I was very tired at the end of day, I didn't have the confidence that the next room will be any better, or will have other issues. So I decided to stay in the room. If I had the time, I would have moved to another hotel. I didn't sleep at all that night due to very uncomfortable conditions in the room. Manager called me next day only to apologize and promise that they will make my next visit pleasant.This hotel is listed on Expedia as 5 Star. Very upset with Expedia for this miss information. This hotel is worthy of 1 star. I strongly suggest expedia delist this property.

We have had a quiet, safe, clean stay. The staff was friendly. The service was great. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The property is super clean, the rooms are spacious. Staff is very polite. I had food from both restaurants and both are equally good. I stayed for 2 nights and would like to stay in the same hotel during my next visit to Tirupati.

Of the four rooms booked only two were reedy at check in time. Of the four rooms one of the rooms had pungent urine smell. However, check in itself was smooth with friendly associates at the service desk.

Property is branded as five star, but rooms and bathrooms are really small and there is nothing called luxury. Rooms are so simple, i think OYos rooms should be better. The worst property in 4 star category, i will rate this property as only 3 star at max. However, staff and food was good

Looks like Air conditioning was never cleaned or filters were not changed. All our family members became sick.

The Ammenities within the room can be better especially the mattresses in the rooms.

construction in middle of day while trying to sleep for over 3 hours, manager offers you a fruit basket for the trouble…took over 30 mins to get it to stop after complaint

I always stay at this property and my default choice. I really like the Ridge view of Sheshadri hills

I had a disappointing experience at Fortune Select Grand Ridge, Tirupati. The front desk staff, especially the lady at reception, was extremely grumpy, no smile, no warmth, and an attitude that felt more like a roadside motel than a so-called 5-star property. The bathrooms are very small and outdated, and overall the property feels old. For the price charged, it was absolutely not worth the money. Lunch was another letdown. The food quality was poor, and I would strongly suggest eating at restaurants outside the hotel instead. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations in any way. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel stay was amazing. Awesome hospitality of the staff starting right from hotel desk for checkin to house keeping to resturant staff and even the checkout made the stay and the process soo smooth and efficient.

Extremely courteous staff and very helpful for all requirements. I went to this property after a decade and it was still maintained amazingly well. The view from their suite is breathtaking.

Front door/desk staff was very helpful and prompt in offering their services. The dining area staff was courteous and readily attended to our needs.

I checked in at 8 PM and requested 2 hours late check. Check out time was at 11 morning (21 hours). The lady declined and then talked to another person who said it is ok. Takes lot of time at the reception. New staff at the reception. Mattress uncomfortable. Can not compare with Hilton, Holiday or Hyatt etc

The staff is very polite and keen to fix an issue. The only bad experience I had was the service in the restaurant - Rainbow. The food tasted good but the wait time made me think I would rather have it delivered. We waited for over 30 minutes for main course after having appetizers.

Hotel is very good. Good location, clean, and staff very helpful. We had to leave early due to medical emergency of one in our group, and hotel was very helpful and understanding of our situation.

Bien placé et pas très loins d'aéroport. Accès à pieds aux alentours est difficile. Il y a de très bons restaurant de la cuisine du sud de l'Inde dans les environs.

Good property to stay close to alipiri

My room was very good and view out of the window was good. There is an extensive offer of restaurants with very good Indian cuisine. The hotel building is in a compound on a rather noisy road. The terrain behind the hotel and outside the compound of the property needs cleaning.

we checked in at 2.30 p.m on February 10,2022. At the time of check in Rooms are not ready. After my 22 Hours journey from N.Y USA we were exhausted and wanted to go for TIRUPATI Temple. Front desk has provided two rooms different category, one double and now twin beds rooms to two couple. Rooms were very stinky. Bathroom very dirty look like since couple weeks not clean properly. The story doesn’t end here. We came after temple by 9.50 p.m the restaurant and bar were closed. We really hungry and tired because of temple activity. We called service dept.and ask for some food to order and got that the restaurant is closed. Anyway got only rice & curry. There was no bread or roti . Next day early morning again we headed to temple around 5.00 a.m and while returning we inform F & B dept that we are running late by 20 minutes and informed that please keep open for breakfast, With our surprise again restaurant were closed. In the room we ordered for tea and toast as we wanted to check out and to go to Airport. After 45 minutes we got half order without tea and sugar, no spoon, napkins.. Only received toast and one tea instead two portion. As we were two couples. We Calle Manager and also discuss. Also we show them water drinking glasses which was fungus and fealty. Do we pay this kind of services from ITC group hotel? Why should go to 5 star category hotel? We had Room #227 and # 229 dated Feb.10 to Feb 11,2022. I will never go and suggest to go to this kind of 5 star . Upset.

Best place in Tirupathi compare to others. Restaurants are awesome. Cleaning staffs are exceptional and they are trying to maintain it in mint condition always. I stayed more than 8 times in this hotel in past 3 years.

I have been staying here for years. The service is excellent but the quality of food has taken a dramatic turn downwards. Staff at restaurant and the front desk are friendly but overall quality of the room, and food in particular is not up to mark. You will be disappointed.

Limited food quantity for snacks and soups for the cost, taste and quantity is not good for common items like spring rolls. staff at dining can be more cheerful and suggest on items
