DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Consider it your only option only if you truly have nowhere else to go. Just a reminder: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The only redeeming quality is the hotel staff: they are very polite. Other than that, it’s an old, dirty, smelly hotel, with mold, and the bathroom is filthy — disgusting. There is no air conditioning, and the fan is covered in dust. Breakfast is awful: instant coffee, a couple of bread rolls, and boxed juice. Again: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. If I could, I’d give it a zero and even help the staff, who are super polite, find new jobs, because this hotel needs to be shut down. Any rating above zero is a compliment to this place. I stayed here in June 2026 — never again. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. . NÃO SE HOSPEDE NESTE HOTEL. Considere-o como sua última escolha so se você realmente não tiver outro lugar para ficar. Dei 5 estrelas para tudo, embora hotel seja simples, com um café da manhã sem muita variedade, mas com uma localização excelente, perto de metrô, restrautes na frente do hotel, e aos domingos tem uma feira. O que realmente fez a diferença foi o atendimento da recepção: todos foram muito gentis e educados. Tive um problema com minha mala extraviada, e a equipe foi extremamente paciente e prestativa, recebendo a mala quando ela finalmente chegou. Apesar do café simples, ele é servido com carinho — e essa atenção aos detalhes me fez sentir acolhida em uma cidade grande e desconhecida. Uma ótima opção para quem valoriza boa localização e um atendimento humano e acolhedor.

This one is what it is, folks. One of the best locations in Paris, but there's no air conditioning in summer, you're carrying your bags up what might be three flights of tight stairs, the bathroom smells bad. They "had a problem with their wifi" which meant they weren't going to fix it over two business days - maybe they don't intend to. I'm single, but if I weren't, my gf wouldn't forgive me for putting her here unless she was unicorn cool. I'm not a diva. The staff were nice. But things like a foul smelling bathroom and a broken wifi router can be quickly fixed at this price point. You're offering a lot of Parisienne location for the money, but more than 160 euros a night is still enough money to fix the internet and the plumbing (if that's the source of the smell).

The good: -Fantastic location. Close to shops, landmarks, and some of the best pizza I've ever had (seriously) -Cheap-ish. -Very nice staff. -No bedbugs. The Not Great: -Walk- up only (20 steps per flight), so 4th floor and up can get a little exhausting. -No AC. This was especially bad during the heatwave. -Showers are small and flood almost the whole bathroom, but they did the job.
