Rundown place. awful room accommodation state ( room extremely neglected), careless staff, unsuitable for pets ( untreated grass, all sorts of ants including the ones harmful to pets, cockroaches, cigarette butts everywhere in the communal areas. Untrustworthy staff. trying

Péssimo. Rcepcionista dia não cordiais (exceto da noite) Á noite, pessoas com som alto até tarde, sem limite. Faltou café da manhã, não tinha funcionarios suficientes. Faltou energia pelo menos 5 vezes. Falta lençol, kit banheiro...

Cama horrível, tinha um buraco na cama, as molas ficavam fazendo barulho, o café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, cheguei cedo e o cuscuz tava parecendo uma farofa, e os funcionários não respeitam os horários, 6:30 da manhã eles já começam fazendo muito barulho e conversando muito alto
