Facilities and room excellent, arrived in the dark and found the code system stressful and complicated, communication with management limited. Very kind lady living nearby helped me to get in, suggested where to find food locally and get a taxi in the morning, otherwise I’m not sure how I would have managed!

We only stayed one night before taking an esrly flight out of Bari. Everything worked spotless even though we did not meet the owner. Self check inn was easy. We enjoyed the adjecent garden begore having dinner close to the sea. Would love to stay again

Even though the address is correct, we had a difficult time finding it because it doesn’t look like the listing picture. The listing picture is from the inner courtyard (which has diminished in charm as well). If you look at the condition of the door, you can see the wood has rotted at the bottom which is due to the fact that if it rains, you have to walk through two to three inches of water to leave. It is listed as a B and B. It is not. Our room had a bed, wardrobe, dirty chair, desk, and small cafe set. There was a coffee maker with coffee, a tea kettle without tea, and a very small refrigerator. I’m guessing this is what’s called a mini bar in the listing. The room was filled with a very strong perfume or air freshener scent. We kept the window to try to air it out until we went to bed. We arrived early. There is no one on staff; however, someone who lived in this complex knew how to let us in. She call the “concierge” and gave us his contact information. He later send a code that would allow us to get in. He did provide names and numbers for taxi services when requested. Our room was next to a very busy, loud street. I would not recommend staying here. We needed a place close to the airport for early departure.

Beautiful clean room, great service, wonderful breakfast, gorgeous site! The host even ordered us a taxi for 4am to the airport! Very close to the airport. If staying for more than a day or two I would suggest renting a car.

Overall the property was great! We chose this unit due to the proximity to the airport, and it was close (only a 5 minute drive). The unit was clean and the property itself very expansive! Good shower and beautiful surprising large garden on site. The smell of jasmine was so beautiful and strong that it will live on in my memories forever. About a 20 minute walk down the the seaside, which was gorgeous. The unit we stayed in was right next to main door, so it was a little loud with the sounds of other tenants coming and going, but other than that, great stay!

Honestly we chose this property because of its proximity to the airport (10 minutes away) because our trip was coming to an end and we were flying out early the next day. We didn't know what to expect, but our room was absolutely spotless and the host was very kind with suggestions where to eat. Breakfast is simple, it's from your mini fridge but there are yogurt and cereal options and the snacks are generous. There is also a great coffee shop less than thirty feet away. You are a mile from the sea and a five minute walk to a few restaurants. So a good location although a 20 minute drive from historic Bari. We really thought it was perfect.

Terrible (impossible!) communication with the property owner. They requested a taxi for us to go back to the airport at the wrong hour and we then struggled finding another one in the middle of the night. Room #1 was extremely noisy until late in the night.

Terrible experiencia llegar a este hotel. No cumple con lo que ofrece en la pague a de Hoteles.com solicite transporte al aeropuerto Bari y no me lo otorgaron. Anunciaban B&B pero no dieron desayuno. Es una estafa este hotel. No lo recomiendo.

We only stayed one night before taking an esrly flight out of Bari. Everything worked spotless even though we did not meet the owner. Self check inn was easy. We enjoyed the adjecent garden begore having dinner close to the sea. Would love to stay again

Even though the address is correct, we had a difficult time finding it because it doesn’t look like the listing picture. The listing picture is from the inner courtyard (which has diminished in charm as well). If you look at the condition of the door, you can see the wood has rotted at the bottom which is due to the fact that if it rains, you have to walk through two to three inches of water to leave. It is listed as a B and B. It is not. Our room had a bed, wardrobe, dirty chair, desk, and small cafe set. There was a coffee maker with coffee, a tea kettle without tea, and a very small refrigerator. I’m guessing this is what’s called a mini bar in the listing. The room was filled with a very strong perfume or air freshener scent. We kept the window to try to air it out until we went to bed. We arrived early. There is no one on staff; however, someone who lived in this complex knew how to let us in. She call the “concierge” and gave us his contact information. He later send a code that would allow us to get in. He did provide names and numbers for taxi services when requested. Our room was next to a very busy, loud street. I would not recommend staying here. We needed a place close to the airport for early departure.

Beautiful clean room, great service, wonderful breakfast, gorgeous site! The host even ordered us a taxi for 4am to the airport! Very close to the airport. If staying for more than a day or two I would suggest renting a car.

Overall the property was great! We chose this unit due to the proximity to the airport, and it was close (only a 5 minute drive). The unit was clean and the property itself very expansive! Good shower and beautiful surprising large garden on site. The smell of jasmine was so beautiful and strong that it will live on in my memories forever. About a 20 minute walk down the the seaside, which was gorgeous. The unit we stayed in was right next to main door, so it was a little loud with the sounds of other tenants coming and going, but other than that, great stay!

Honestly we chose this property because of its proximity to the airport (10 minutes away) because our trip was coming to an end and we were flying out early the next day. We didn't know what to expect, but our room was absolutely spotless and the host was very kind with suggestions where to eat. Breakfast is simple, it's from your mini fridge but there are yogurt and cereal options and the snacks are generous. There is also a great coffee shop less than thirty feet away. You are a mile from the sea and a five minute walk to a few restaurants. So a good location although a 20 minute drive from historic Bari. We really thought it was perfect.

Terrible experiencia llegar a este hotel. No cumple con lo que ofrece en la pague a de Hoteles.com solicite transporte al aeropuerto Bari y no me lo otorgaron. Anunciaban B&B pero no dieron desayuno. Es una estafa este hotel. No lo recomiendo.

Facilities and room excellent, arrived in the dark and found the code system stressful and complicated, communication with management limited. Very kind lady living nearby helped me to get in, suggested where to find food locally and get a taxi in the morning, otherwise I’m not sure how I would have managed!

The B&B does not really have breakfast. There are plastic wrapped muffins, dry Melba toast and wrapped cookies in the room and replenished every day as well as coffee and tea. But if you like a good, fresh Italian breakfast you will be disappointed.

Esperienza deludente. Il check-in è esclusivamente online e se si arriva con poca batteria o con il telefono scarico si rischia seriamente di rimanere fuori. Senza aver completato la procedura online non è possibile entrare nella struttura. Anche la registrazione è risultata eccessivamente macchinosa (ci hanno voluto due tentativi): oltre a caricare i documenti sulla piattaforma Vikey viene richiesto di inviare una foto del proprio volto accanto al documento d'identità. Una procedura che ho trovato poco gradevole e pratica. Le comunicazioni avvengono quasi esclusivamente tramite messaggi automatici generati dall'IA (Adado Concierge) freddi e impersonali. Alla fine, l ultimo giorno sembrava che mancasse solo l'invito a rifare la stanza prima di andare via. Unica nota positiva è il ragazzo con cui sono riuscito a parlare: è stato molto disponibile e si è impegnato per risolvere gli inconvenienti riscontrati. Ho apprezzato anche il giardino interno e la facilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Peccato, perché con un'assistenza più umana e una procedura di accesso meno complicata l'esperienza sarebbe stata migliore.

Cute and quaint. Close enough to the beach which was a 10 minute walk away. There are no staff in this location so asking for extra towels and toilet paper was awkward but the staff were very helpful and nice. The park for children is right across the street which was great for my 8y old and 6y old but the walls did not have sound proofing so sleeping at night was difficult for a light sleeper such as myself. Loved the town!
