Excellent hotel

Wonderful service from start to finish. Amazing breakfast and a beautiful antiquated suite with bags of character and charm. We stayed in a suite at the very top of hotel and had to walk up quite a few flight of stairs as there is no light. You are helped with luggage, however anyone with mobility issues would may struggle.

Good location, comfortable beds and good breakfast. As provided direct to then - aircon in room hallway/communal areas and some of the decor is in need of a bot of a refresh.

We state in this hotel for a few nights and I was very impressed with the stuff who was friendly and extremely positive in all aspects. This is Africa and I learned very quickly that I have to adjust my expectations to fully enjoy what this place has to offer. Everyone was trying their best to make this stay for me and my mother enjoyable. Every stay has glitches and any of my concerns have been addressed immediately. I can definitely recommend this place even though it's not right on the beach but everything is very close. I would like to point out that this place might be not fully suitable for people with Mobility problems since the stairs to the rooms can be challenging depending on which floor you are.
