There is no human at this hotel. When i called to say neither tv worked in our 2 bedroom cabin, no one ever did anything. Also was there 4 days with 2 people. They gave us coffee supplies for 1.5 days. Never responded when we asked for more. Inch of dust, broken toilet seats, no working tvs, no response from management if you have an issue. New tags on pillow case saying " large, large, large" not removed. This place does not scream, " attention to detail". Otherwise was ok.

I checked in, the place smelled like mildew. I assumed from the AC. I turned the ac down to cool the room. I found a pair of used Red Handcuffs and used bottle of KY jelly in the nightstand. I sent a message for someone to come remove those items. The bathroom fan cover was completely clogged, the lamps had a film of dust in top of them, the ceiling fan blades were dusty. The night before checkout, the toilet handle broke. The place wasn’t horrible but I feel, for what I paid, it should’ve been better.

Overall, we had a good stay. When we first arrived, the property seemed a little sketchy, and the check-in process was confusing because the instructions weren’t clearly provided. We actually had to ask other guests how to check in before we figured it out. The room also wasn’t as clean as we expected when we arrived, which was disappointing. That said, once we got settled in, we enjoyed our stay. The jacuzzi tub was definitely a highlight and made for a relaxing experience. With clearer check-in instructions and better attention to cleanliness, this place could be even better. Overall, it was a good stay, and we appreciated the amenities.
