Great service! Great location. Staff was very helpful about travel plans. Breakfast was really good and even went above and beyond to accommodate one of us who is Vegan. Made a box breakfast for one day early tour. Allowed us to park our car in a protected spot.

Rooms were clean. Beds were sufficient. Parking was available but it was shared with owner/staff in single lane parking. However, they were quite accommodating and let us keep our vehicle parked there past our check out time. Building is quite old and the shower didn’t work well (wasn’t draining properly so I had to rush my shower). Everything was nearby such as restaurants and shops. We did the solo expedition boat tour and that was only a 15min walk away.

The staff was absolutely lovely and even changed our breakfast to a packed lunch to go for our morning flight. Off a quiet street near great restaurants and just a few blocks from the bus station. Newly renovated with a careful attention to detail. We would love to stay here again.

Convenient to the Bus Sur station. Friendly and helpful employees. Lots of hot water in the shower. Aged building that has been upgraded. May find in cold but the bedding is excellent

I stayed in this hostel twice and am so glad I did! The location is amazing, walking distance from the costanera, shops, and restaurants. The map in the lobby is also so fun to look at, and the staff very helpful. I had to check in around midnight and they were accommodating. I had no problems whatsoever and would love to stay here again!

The hostel is basic and the breakfast excellent. Would have liked a comfortable space to hang out outside the room. Our room only had a skylight window, which could be opened for fresh air. The hostel uses heavily scented cleaning products, which might be a problem for those who are sensitive to smells. Be aware that the desk is not staffed after 10pm. our keys didn’t seem to work in the front door, so that could be an issue if you want a later night on the town.

Court passage mais très agréable. La chambre était confortable, douche chaude, personnel très sympathique et aidant. On m’a préparé une lunch box car je partais toute la journée et ils ont aussi gardé mon sac en sécurité jusqu’à 22:30. Ma chambre était dans une extrémité de l’auberge et le wifi arrêtait de fonctionner souvent.

Penser à bien préciser votre heure d'arrivée. Lors de mon arrivée à 20h00, l'accueil était fermé et il était impossible de rentrer dans l'hôtel. Heureusement un client a eu l'amabilité de téléphoner afin de faire venir une personne à l'accueil. Le séjour s'est ensuite très bien passé.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Privater Parkplatz verfügbar, aber man kann auch an der Straße kostenlos und sicher parken. Lunchpakete wurden uns gestellt, da wir zur Frühstückszeit (erst ab 8h) schon unterwegs waren. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt.

O quarto estava muito limpo, tudo novo e o cafe da manha também estava muito bom! O unico ponto negativo talvez seja o barulho, por ser um casarão de madeira, entra muito ruido do corredor e para quem tem sono leve deve ser bem complicado.

Basic, clean hostel which was in a convenient location near the waterfront. Cool mural of Southern Chile and Patagonia in the lobby. Beds were small and overall the room was cozy. Would stay here again. Breakfast typical with eggs, bread, cheese and salami. Helpful staff.

We really enjoyed staying at this hostel. The host was welcoming and accommodating. The hostel was clean and ready when we arrived. Restaurants were within walking distance. Our room was quiet and dark for a good night's rest. I like that each room has their own bathroom. Breakfast had great variety and was ready on time. I would highly recommend this hostel and would stay here again when in the area.

Local agradável, limpo, muito bem organizado com equipe atenciosa. O dono José está sempre presente ajudando no que precisar e dando dicas do local. Quarto confortável com boa tv e vários canais apor satélite. Muito próximo da estação rodoviária para quem vai a Puerto Natales e fácil acesso ao centro de Punta Arenas.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Hostal Ventisqueros. Room was spaciuos, clean and warm with a comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful and friendly, for our day trip to Las Torres del Paine, they provided to us two lunch boxes to go. Highly recommended!

While the hostal was accommodating and clean, the walls are paper thin, there is no insulation between the floors so every footstep, every roll of the luggage is heard with amazing clarity. Oh, and our room was located directly on the street, so added noise bonus. Fine if you don't plan on sleeping.

The staff were super attentive & helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely recommend. Only 5 minutes walk from Bus Sur terminal so convenient for that too.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The place is in a great location to walk to many things. The breakfast was good and if you need to leave early they'll make a brown bag breakfast which was good as well!

Quarto confortável com boa tv e vários canais apor satélite. Muito próximo da estação rodoviária para quem vai a Puerto Natales e fácil acesso ao centro de Punta Arenas.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Privater Parkplatz verfügbar, aber man kann auch an der Straße kostenlos und sicher parken. Lunchpakete wurden uns gestellt, da wir zur Frühstückszeit (erst ab 8h) schon unterwegs waren. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt.

The staff were super attentive & helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely recommend. Only 5 minutes walk from Bus Sur terminal so convenient for that too.

Basic, clean hostel which was in a convenient location near the waterfront. Cool mural of Southern Chile and Patagonia in the lobby. Beds were small and overall the room was cozy. Would stay here again. Breakfast typical with eggs, bread, cheese and salami. Helpful staff.

The staff was absolutely lovely and even changed our breakfast to a packed lunch to go for our morning flight. Off a quiet street near great restaurants and just a few blocks from the bus station. Newly renovated with a careful attention to detail. We would love to stay here again.

I stayed in this hostel twice and am so glad I did! The location is amazing, walking distance from the costanera, shops, and restaurants. The map in the lobby is also so fun to look at, and the staff very helpful. I had to check in around midnight and they were accommodating. I had no problems whatsoever and would love to stay here again!

Great service! Great location. Staff was very helpful about travel plans. Breakfast was really good and even went above and beyond to accommodate one of us who is Vegan. Made a box breakfast for one day early tour. Allowed us to park our car in a protected spot.

We really enjoyed staying at this hostel. The host was welcoming and accommodating. The hostel was clean and ready when we arrived. Restaurants were within walking distance. Our room was quiet and dark for a good night's rest. I like that each room has their own bathroom. Breakfast had great variety and was ready on time. I would highly recommend this hostel and would stay here again when in the area.

A equipe de funcionários foi muito atenciosa. Nosso passeio começou muito cedo e preparam para nós um lanche para viagem. Os funcionários foram muito gentis com dicas de passeios e restaurantes. Está bem localizado, fizemos as principais atrações a pé.

If you want a decent place to sleep, not too far from the Muñoz Plaza and main attractions so you can go on excursions during the day without breaking your budget, this place is good enough. The housekeeper lady is very nice and let us in our room early and took care of our breakfast, including packing a sack lunch for you to pick up in the morning if you tell them you’re on an early excursion. The common complaint from everyone is this small building doesn’t have good insulation and you can hear all the footsteps and shower water running. Thankfully, everyone settled down early. A bonus is the hotel restaurant to its left opens very early and closes late and serves the best king crab pasta, and hake fish for reasonable price. The first night I didn’t know how to turn down the heater because it’s really old and you have to use the knob on the heater grill, but at least I was able to leave the bathroom window partially open so we can breathe. I suggested to the front desk that they should instruct newcomers how to adjust the temperature of the room. One of the towels is not completely white clean maybe pay more attention to the towels. The beds are very basic, but we knock ourselves out with sleep medication so we didn’t have any complaints. The bathroom is small but clean so overall it’s a nice stay with free hot water and coffee all day and pretty decent fruit supply and basic breakfast of eggs, ham cheese, fruits, etc.. I support them.
