Lack of room storage / hanging space / hanging hooks by sink - shower - bed firm - room was dis try and robes hadn’t been cleaned, hot water took along time to arrive 15-20 mins on day one- drains in bathroom were smelly- no decaffeinated coffee available- front seat prior to arrival was slow to respond

Had a truly wonderful experience. The room was lovely and beautifully designed with elegant antique furniture that gave the space so much character and warmth. The staff were exceptional throughout the stay. They were attentive friendly and genuinely caring. The food was amazing from breakfast to dinner and clearly prepared with great attention to quality and detail. Overall it was a memorable stay and I would happily return and recommend it to others.

Beautiful historic building in the heart of the old town that’s been restored really well. Joyce on reception really friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Drinks in the bar and dinner in the hotel restaurant outstanding. Service with a smile throughout the hotel. Highly recommend.
