CLEAN QUIET AND CONVENIENT-with a shuttle bus running every ½ hour for 9 euros/couple and 106 Euros a night, the place is a steal. Couldn't hear a pin drop through the windows even though jets are flying over head. No bar? No problem-thats in the next hotel 75 feet away.

War zum 1. Mal im B&B Hotel, es war vom BER gut mit Shuttle (3,50) zu erreichen. Mein Zimmer war super, nur ein kleiner Kühlschrank fehlte, was gestern bei 35 Grad doof war. Ansonsten war es ein hübsches Hotel, mit einem Getränke - u Snackautomaten. Personal war nett. Alles war sauber. Ich werde wiederkommen

Odada karton bardak var ancak kahve, su veya su ısıtıcı mevcut değil. Bir adet bunlar olsa da bardakları kullanabiliyor olsak iyi olurdu. Onun dışında teniş odalar ve rahat yatağı ile gayet iyiydi.

Hotels.com said „Free Parking,” but the hotels parking garage is not free and its underground. Not wise to park underground when its raining. Other hotels in Berlin closes their underground parking due to potential flooding. There is street parking but with 2 large hotels its always taken up by buses and other large vehicles. There was no reception so use the email to access codes and texts for codes was very annoying with the self check-in. Only one kiosk and others waiting to check-in were also annoyed. Beds were ok. Room was clean. It was very new…but no restrooms downstairs, no restaurants, only a vending machine. You can walk to the Moxy next door for food and drinks. Breakfast was decent. There are no restaurants nearby and all places close down around the airport. It was a Friday night and all gas stations, burger king, etc were all closed by 22.00.

Hotel was very accessible to Airport. It was quite. The front desk guy was nice and informative. The hallway and room had a slight odor, but it was not unbearable. It would have been nice if the hotel had a microwave and fridge in the room. However, I would stay there again.

Wir haben nur übernachtet, vor unserem sehr frühen Flug. Hat alles super funktioniert. Zimmer sauber und sehr ordentlich, für den Zweck prima.Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, wir waren zu früh weg.

No proper place to hang clothes Tiny room with beds crammed in. Extractor fan not working in the bathroom Iron not working in the room.Had to iron my clothes in the hotel lobby. Constant flies in the room Ridiculous parking rules where you have to pay each time you enter and leave when the website Front house personnel rude and generally unhelpful. Generally won’t be visiting this hotel again. We had an unpleasant stay.

Wir waren mit dieser Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Sehr sauber, sehr ordentlich, ein sehr gemütliches Bett mit makelloser Bettwäsche und ein schickes und sauberes Bad. Das Einchecken am Automaten war mit dem Eintippen der Angaben vor Ort etwas mühsam, aber dennoch unkompliziert. Die Anfahrt mit dem Bus ist aufgrund der relativ weiten Entfernung der Nachthaltestelle (15 min) nicht optimal, die Haltestelle zum Bus morgens zum Flughafen (5 min) hingehen war sehr flott zu erreichen. Bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder!

Checking in late in the evening it was all done by ourselves on a screen. Quite convenient. Code for the door instead of a key. The room was mire spaciuos than i expected, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, though the shower took a bit of figuring out. Didn't have breakfast at he hotel so can't say much about that and only briefly saw a person in reception when checking out. A comfortable stay for a night. It would be even better if you could order more snacks and drinks in one go in the little machine and not pay for each item separately.

Close to the airport ( only 2 km away) and there is an italian restaurant a short walk away. Room was snug but was very clean and had everything we could need for an overnight stay.

The hotel and room are modern and well preserved, with a comfy bed and pillow. It has everything you need for a quick stay. There is not much happening in the area, just a couple of restaurants and that's it, so it can be kind of lonely and restricted. There weren't many options on UberEats as well, so if yo do not have a car the location may not be ideal.

I was told on the app that check in was available until midnight. I attempted during business hours both to call and email to verify that I could check in late and nobody answered. I arrived at 22:30, there were no people at a desk, and a representative who happened to be passing by was unable to get a hit on the on-site check-in screen based on my itinerary number, even though I had received it by email. Your property apparently needed a different number. The telephone representative whom I then called was able to provide me verbally with my key code and room number.

The property is located very close to the airport. There was no check-in counter open or anything else so I had a lot of trouble getting my access to the room. In the morning the staff was very unprofessional. There is no free coffee. They do not care if you are a repeat, customer or not. I would not recommend staying in this hotel if you are an international traveler. This hotel is meant for locals, who are penny wise and pound foolish and do not care about good customer service.

difficult to enter, no clarity on how to get in afterhours (calling a hotline to get a code), very limited reception times, and no luggage storage options outside of normal hours ! Close to the airport but requires transportation. Room and facility was clean. Cannot really recommend this place.

Gute Erreichbarkeit. 24/7 CheckIn nachts um 01:00 Uhr hat, nach telefonischer Anmeldung am Vortag, problemlos geklappt. Personal sehr freundlich.

Der Check in am Automaten hat nicht funktioniert. Ich hatte Glück als 17.00 Uhr noch Personal kam. Nach 19.00 Uhr hätte ich wahrscheinlich Pech gehabt da niemand ans Telefon mehr geht. Die Nummer passte nicht, denn der Herr hatte auch Probleme. Das Hotel aber ist sonst zu empfehlen.

I'm giving this hotel a 5 - because the things they could control they did very well. The hotel is very modern, very clean and the staff were very friendly and could understand my poor German and speak English. The breakfast was excellent and I think it was good value. Only downsides were that there is not many shops, cafes or bars in the area ... but I can recommend Tony's for a pizza and cold beer. Bus stop is in walking distance - but I actually was able to walk to the airport.

Wir mussten ein Taxi nehmen (15 Euro) Check in im Eingang am Selbstbedienungsgerät hat nicht funktioniert, das war sehr nervig nach dem langen Flug. Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen wegen der Lage. Frühstück OK, kann man machen.

Close to the airport ( only 2 km away) and there is an italian restaurant a short walk away. Room was snug but was very clean and had everything we could need for an overnight stay.

Hôtel propre et moderne avec le confort nécessaire. Bien que l’accessibilité à l’aéroport soit rapide (5-10min de taxi ou bus mais non réguliers) elle pourrait être perfectible. Tout à fait convenable pour une nuit de transition à proximité de l’aéroport.

Ein sauberes Hotel, nah am Flughafen...2 Busstationen. Einfacher Check-in, aber trotz Doppelbetten nur 1 Kissen, katastrophales Frühstück für 14€ auf für das gerade 13 Jahre alt gewordene Kind. It was a good place to stay the night for the airport, the room was small, but we had AC, and it was great. Breakfast was terrible, bread was hard, no eggs, no bacon. We had to pay for breakfast, and we were not impressed at all. The Staff wasn't friendly, the orange juice didn't work, ran out of creamer. I received breakfast for free at several hotels in Germany, and they were great, then, I had to pay for something that was not good at all

I'm giving this hotel a 5 - because the things they could control they did very well. The hotel is very modern, very clean and the staff were very friendly and could understand my poor German and speak English. The breakfast was excellent and I think it was good value. Only downsides were that there is not many shops, cafes or bars in the area ... but I can recommend Tony's for a pizza and cold beer. Bus stop is in walking distance - but I actually was able to walk to the airport.

They charged us $50 extra dollars for a breakfast buffet and all there was only cereal and bread ! If I wouldn’t have know I wouldn’t have got it . We tried getting a midnight drink at the vending machine and it didn’t work . It made us download app which we did and it still didn’t work . Rooms where clean but there were too hot , we messed with temperature and it got to cold there was no just right temp .

The room is great and quiet. Can check out at noon which is perfect for those who wait for flights or just arrived with tiredness. One thing is, there’s no kettle in the room and checkin counter is not 24/7. Better ask for it before hand.

Very easy to check in. Member of staff helpful, polite and attentive. Room clean and tidy, although there was a funny sewage smell Everytime we flushed the toilet! Just kept door closed and was not too much of an issue. Slept well, no noise. Nice option of food and drinks nearby. Will return.

Do not prepay for your stay. They will not allow you to change anything. If leaving early you will fofit the remaining paid amount. There is one restaurant within walking distance. Ti go anywhere you have to take a parking shuttle from a nearby hotel to the airport. Then the trains and buses are available. Or you can Uber. There are no amenities. Be careful when booking that breakfast is included, get it in writing In my case I booked it through hotels.com and remember booking the room at the higher price with breakfast, but I could not produce the words that state breakfast and they denied even discussing it with me. He was very rude about it just yelled “no breakfast”. They wanted 14 euros for breakfast and I looked at the buffet, it was not worth 14 euros, hard boiled eggs and breads. I was there 11 days and will not stay there again.
