We were put in a room on the 2nd floor without a lift, but due to physical health limitations we were unable to get to it. We asked the front desk if we could be put on a ground floor and they were very helpful, put us in the one closest to the entrance and the man brought our luggage. Great service!

Alt i alt et bra opphold. Eneste jeg ble irritert på et døra til balkongen var ikke tett og lyder fra frosker/firfisler hører man godt og det påvirket søvn.

Some construction going on but it just looked messy, not noisy.. Front entrance was a bit messy with piles of stuff and bikes around. Difficulty finding the front door. Staff was nice enough. No toiletries. Excellent location.
