J'ai été un peu déçu par la qualité des équipements Les bains jacuzzi sont en panne et l'hydromassage ne fonctionne plus depuis quelque temps Il aurait été appréciable d'en être informés par message avant notre arrivée ou directement à la réception La piscine est petite à l'ombre et l'eau est froide Les photos sont assez trompeuses car elles donnent l'impression d'une grande piscine extérieure alors qu'environ 50 % de l'espace autour de la piscine et des transats est couvert Il manque également des équipements et des installations pour les enfants La chambre est par ailleurs assez bruyante et très mal isolée phoniquement avec l'extérieur Le bruit des motos et des voitures est particulièrement gênant la nuit et cela reste très bruyant malgré le fait que nous étions au 19ᵉ étage De plus les spots extérieurs situés le long de la façade de l'hôtel éclairent directement la chambre toute la nuit Nous avons donc été obligés de fermer complètement tous les rideaux En revanche je tiens à souligner l'extrême gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel Le staff est vraiment très serviable attentif et agréable ce qui est un véritable point positif de l'hôtel

in general, may be due to the on going MRT construction, traffic is heavy. further to this, i actually wish that there is a shopping mall just next to it or within minutes of walking. but anyway that's a wish. other than this, breakfast was nice, reasonable amount of selection and cater of wide range of nationalities.

Me & my family stayed from 23rd of May until 31st May on adjacent rooms. Staff were very polite & courteous. Not only in the lobby also in the restaurant during dinner & breakfast. Selection for the breakfast was amazing. It catered for various nationalities & we were able to taste unique Indonesian cusine. Staff in the hotel made us feel very special. Special thanks to Audi, Destri, Endri & Febi. There were other staff who were very helpful aswell unfortunately I cannot recall their name. They constantly helped us to plan our trip each day with various suggestions & advice. We wish we had more time to stay in Jakarta which has become one of our most unforgettable trip. Very special thanks to Mr.Bayu (Manager) for his kind & beautiful message which was left in my room number 1233. Not only we miss Indonesia also this hotel which made our holiday memorable.
