The staff, both the receptionist Géorgie and cleaning staff Dragona were responsive and attended to our needs. This is the best part! The property is located in the centre in a convenient location. The room is modern and tidy, equipped with full amenities. The air conditioning in Amelia needs a full servicing or a replacement. Also, there was a consistant plumbing issue. The property is shared with other tenants and residents. The building’s common area was not well maintained and not clean.

Dørehåndtag på mit værelse fungerede ikke, det dinglede bar rundt omkring, der manglede nogle dele ved dørhåndtaget , det skulle udskiftes…elektroniske nøgle virkede heller ikke optimalt! Følte mig usikker på værelset om natten… Indeklima var heller ikke tilfredsstillende, egentlig ville jeg lufte ud efter bad ved at åbne vinduer men just over vinduer er det overvågningskameraer som jeg optagede for sent da jeg stod der uden tøj…Der er en del der kan forbedres omkring de basale vilkår, elevator virkede nogle dage, privat fred blev heller ikke respekteret på trods at jeg hang skilt om ikke ville forstyrres, men skilt blev blæs væk da både dørhåndtag dingler eller også vinden blæste skilt væk ( indgangsdør til mit værelse lå på et åbent gang/åben altan), Indgangsdøren var utæt der kom to streg vand om natten??? Desværre jeg giver kun to stjerner til opholdsstedet som går til rengøring og til indretningsarkitekter.

The suite was clean and comfortable, and staff very pleasant, but the building itself was noisy and not clean. We ran out of toilet paper and coffee.

Doors to the building are wide open add day, meaning anyone can walk in, take the lift and be at your bedroom door. This does not feel safe at all. Pros: Nice interior design idea Spacious room (junior suite) Nice scent from auto spray bathroom fresher Polite, helpful and accommodating reception staff Very comfortable bed & soft bed linen Lots of natural light through large windows Excellent and bright ceiling lights, unlike in many other hotels Cons: Quality of interior design finish is absolutely terrible Dust everywhere and never cleaned properly You have to pay for coffee pods and tea bags. I've never see any 4* hotel do this. Lokasyon süper,yürümeyi seviyorsanız tüm eski şehiri yürüyerek gezebilirsiniz. Odalar hep süit ve kaliteli malzeme ile düzenlenmiş. Temizlik iyi.Oda tercihinde dışarıya penceresi olan şeklinde istek yapın. Önde balkonlu olan suitler daha pahalı, gerek olmayabilir,oda metrekareleri yeterli. Yalnız minibar dışında da odada bulunan çay-kahve ve sular ikram değil,ücretli. Kahvaltısı yok ama çok yakın bir konumda harika kafeler var .

Oda gayet temiz , konforlu , modern bir şekilde tasarlanmış şehrin tam merkezinde, birçok önemli noktaya yürüme mesafesinde . Malesef otopark yok , araç ile gelecekler için otele yakın katlı otopark mevcut . Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever .

Lägenhet har ett fantastiskt läge, nära till allt man behöver. Personalen är mycket trevlig, hjälpsam och alltid vänlig. Rummet var rent och fräscht, och hela stället kändes välskött. Vi trivdes verkligen under vår vistelse och kan varmt rekommendera det här boendet

Konaklamamız çok güzeldi. Yıldönümümüz olduğu için bize şarap hediye etmişlerdi. Yatak çarşafları ve banyo oldukça temizdi. Yalnızca yatak yayları biraz eskiydi ve yatak çok yumuşaktı. Banyomuz her gün temizlendi ve temiz havlu verildi. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Sanırım bizim seçtiğimiz odanın penceresi geçiş koridoruna baktığı için biz perde ve camı açamadık bu sebeple oda bazen havasız ve ışıksız kaldı.
