Nice quiet area not too far away from good restaurants. For the money you spend the towels were very shabby and drinks at the pool bar were very expensive.

Great hotel, slightly back from the hustle and bustle but easy walking distance. Good pool area and exceptional service and staff. Close to a few convience stores and they offer a shuttle to semiyak square. Only thing that could be improved was the shuttle could be more regular and also offer return trip from the square. We went to catch it at 10am and it had gone early. They were great and did another trip but another time we wanted to catch back from the square but couldn’t as depended on if anyone was going to the square. A regular schedule when it goes at specific times and returns at specific times would be a great improvement. Would stay at this hotel again. Thankyou

Accessibility was difficult, but property was otherwise fine and staff were very accommodating. The access from the street is very difficult with a steep staircase and no lift, and likewise access down to the pool is not possible without using stairs again. Even our room, which was on the same floor as reception, required getting up a set of 6-8 stairs in a split-level arrangement - 2 of our group of four travellers were impacted by this, and we didn't realise until we arrived.

The best way to describe this hotel is tired. The hotel feels run down. Pool and splash bar: The pool was lovely, however the pool was missing tiles and the deck around the pool very old and uneven. The pool is only open until 6pm which was such a shame after coming back to the hotel in the afternoon and wanting to sit by the pool for a few hours. The pool towels provided were stained, ripped and old. The staff by the pool were very friendly, however used towels and finished drinks and food sat by the lounge chairs hours after other guests had left the pool. Restaurants: Despite multiple restaurants being advertised on the hotels website only one restaurant was open which appeared to have the same menu as the room service. The buffet breakfast was very basic, food didn’t seem fresh, butter was communal. The hotel room was old and run down. Our room had stickers on the roof with arrows of where needed to be painted. The shower was dirty and the towels and linen provided were old and stained. We had to ask for soap and hand towels after our room was cleaned and none were left. The room didn’t have any kind of mini bar just an empty fridge.

Location is great Staff were very nice and welcoming Buffett breakfast was amazing The only thing didn’t like was the sewage smell from the bathroom, it was awful. Gym was very basic and depressing, small and very confined space for a gym.

We stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in Seminyak for our honeymoon and booked the junior suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel overall offers excellent value for the price paid. You can tell the property is slightly dated in areas such as the bathroom and around the pool, which could use a refresh, but it still has great potential and strong foundations to be premium. Highlights: • Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options and really great taste – the coffee was fantastic. • Staff were wonderful across the board, very friendly and attentive. • Large pool, although we wish there were more loungers with shade available as many were reserved early. • Gym was a nice feature, though it would be better with air conditioning. • We appreciated the happy hour credit, which was a lovely perk to enjoy bites and a cold coffee or beer. Overall, a very good stay with strong value for money. With a bit of renovation, this hotel could truly reach premium status.

Was a great place to stay for a short stint in Bali. Hotel room/bathroom were comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast - buffet with a great spread of continental and Asian options. Customer service was exceptional at all fronts. Breakfast/check in/dinner/room service. Hospitality to an all new level My one negative would be the experience at the massage/spa - it is pretty basic in terms of decoration and customer service and we ended up going to other hotels for a more luxurious/romantic experience. This could be improved so customers will have less reason to leave the hotel.

The jacuzzi is on the top floor and kids love them. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly. Hotel offer a short ride to the square for shopping so it is very convenient. Nice food around the square and do try Warung Nia!

We had a room with pool access, which was really handy. The room was a great size with everything we needed supplied. The room was cleaned daily, fresh towels provided and anything extra that we needed was provided quickly. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and attentive to our needs, they made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Access to the onsite spa was great and the staff there were also friendly and totally focused on our needs. The food at the hotel was great, lots if options for the breakfast buffet and some nice options on the lunch/dinner menu. The hotel is close to restaurants, the beach and shopping.....all within walking distance. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you to the Four Points team for looking after us so well, we appreciate you all.

Staff were really hospitable and friendly, always willing to lend a helping when needed. Room was spacious and clean. Really had a relaxing and restful time during my stay. Location is near to many eateries and easy to get around as well.

The room was spotless, the only thing that I would recommend to make a deep clean is the Jacuzzi tub outside. There were some green slime around the jet rings they can do some cleaning to remove the algae growth on them. We didn't use it after seeing that around the tub jets. The afternoon tea was ok. I would rather see the leftovers (from breakfast) steam corns and potatoes for tea. I'd like to see more food and tea selections. The buffet breakfast were amazing. The staffs were able to cook a variety of Indonesian foods daily amongst with other cuisine such as western foods and Indian foods. They were scrumptious and freshly juices are the best. The staffs were very helpful and definitely accommodating to our needs. Indah and Sugang (the guest hospitality staff spelled name?); they were very kind and super helpful for the duration of our stay. We stayed there 8 days and love every minutes of it. Hendra was also very helpful with our luggages and getting our transportation. We definitely missed it already!! From getting the transportation to the hotel to sight seeing the staffs were always there to help out. Massage: We had our first massage at the hotel and sadly we didn't really enjoy it. The face cradle was not comfortable, when the masseuse was massaging on the shoulder, felt like she was choking me as my face pressed down into the hole and my throat was pressed against the cradle. Was really painful and it was not soft. Use softer sheet would help.

Overall we had a good stay. Just a few small things lacking such as having to ask for clean glassware in the room often and the towels marked even though clean. Pool area is lovely however and conveniently located.

Nice hotel, spacious room, mould in shower, seems a bit outdated could do with a Reno, nice pool and outdoor bar, rooftop dining shut for construction. I was advised when booked it would be closed until mid December and I stayed early Jan and was still closed.

Our stay was great! The staff arr amazing always making you feel welcomed. The breakfast was average. Room was good, the fridge could be a bit colder. It doesnt keep your drinks cold. Bed was comfortable

Stay was great. Only problem we had booked the deluxe room with balcony but it wasn’t a balcony it was just a little deck area with chairs with no sunlight. We had to upgrade and pay extra for a room with an actual balcony and sunlight.

Great hotel and staff were amazing. Rooms are super nice and clean.very quiet area away from the busy area of seminyak. The walk to the main road is about 500 meters which is fine but can get tedious if you go out a lot or walk back at night.. very dark road. Use a taxi or Grab and you be fine.room aircon was slightly inefficient but i like really really cold. Sure its more than fine for others. I d go back again to this little gem located right in the middle of seminyak.

The best way to describe this hotel is tired. The hotel feels run down. Pool and splash bar: The pool was lovely, however the pool was missing tiles and the deck around the pool very old and uneven. The pool is only open until 6pm which was such a shame after coming back to the hotel in the afternoon and wanting to sit by the pool for a few hours. The pool towels provided were stained, ripped and old. The staff by the pool were very friendly, however used towels and finished drinks and food sat by the lounge chairs hours after other guests had left the pool. Restaurants: Despite multiple restaurants being advertised on the hotels website only one restaurant was open which appeared to have the same menu as the room service. The buffet breakfast was very basic, food didn’t seem fresh, butter was communal. The hotel room was old and run down. Our room had stickers on the roof with arrows of where needed to be painted. The shower was dirty and the towels and linen provided were old and stained. We had to ask for soap and hand towels after our room was cleaned and none were left. The room didn’t have any kind of mini bar just an empty fridge.

Clean and functional. The rooms are a good size, bed is super comfortable and they have nice fat fluffy pillows! Good sized bathroom, clean, however the towels have seen better days and were very old and threadbare which is quite unpleasant to look at and use. You also had to ask for a hand towel everyday and there is no hair dryer in the room but you can request one for use from housekeeping which I found annoying. The lighting in the bathroom is quite poor and hard to put make up on in dim light. The light over the hand basin kept flickering and the hand basin tap had a funny spluttering flow. All these things could have been fixed prior to a guest checking in. Nice pool and the water is a good temperature. Nice sun loungers to relax in. All the staff we encountered were lovely. The location isn’t great. The hotel is located roughly 350 metres off the main drag down an alley which you will need to bring a torch with you if you intend to walk to and from your hotel in the dark as there are many trip hazards, pot holes that you can’t see in the dark. You can see the beach from the roof top of the property, but you need to go about 2.5 kilometres around the block to get to the beach, unless you take the short cut through some dingy alley. This hotel is not for people with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs and a very steep ramp to wheel up your suitcase. The property has a lot of rough edges and not the standard of the Sheraton brand.

I feel bad leaving a less than stellar review as the staff were so friendly, lovely and attentive and I also liked the room itself. It's definitely had some noticeable wear and tear, especially in the bathroom, but the bed was very comfortable, lighting was thoughtful and I enjoyed the design and layout. However the room is advertised as a "pool view" And that was absolutely not what it was. It was a view of the hallway and you can technically see the pool if you crane your neck over the balcony. Due to this the room receives very little natural light or airflow, which makes it feel dark and musty and the balcony is basically unusable... This was not what I was expecting and I would have been very disappointed if I was staying longer than 2 nights. Due to this, I wouldn't stay again as I feel you can get better value accommodation close by.

We stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in Seminyak for our honeymoon and booked the junior suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel overall offers excellent value for the price paid. You can tell the property is slightly dated in areas such as the bathroom and around the pool, which could use a refresh, but it still has great potential and strong foundations to be premium. Highlights: • Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options and really great taste – the coffee was fantastic. • Staff were wonderful across the board, very friendly and attentive. • Large pool, although we wish there were more loungers with shade available as many were reserved early. • Gym was a nice feature, though it would be better with air conditioning. • We appreciated the happy hour credit, which was a lovely perk to enjoy bites and a cold coffee or beer. The room was spotless, the only thing that I would recommend to make a deep clean is the Jacuzzi tub outside. There were some green slime around the jet rings they can do some cleaning to remove the algae growth on them. We didn't use it after seeing that around the tub jets. The afternoon tea was ok. I would rather see the leftovers (from breakfast) steam corns and potatoes for tea. I'd like to see more food and tea selections. The buffet breakfast were amazing. The staffs were able to cook a variety of Indonesian foods daily amongst with other cuisine such as western foods and Indian foods. They were scrumptious and freshly juices are the best. The staffs were very helpful and definitely accommodating to our needs. Indah and Sugang (the guest hospitality staff spelled name?); they were very kind and super helpful for the duration of our stay. We stayed there 8 days and love every minutes of it. Hendra was also very helpful with our luggages and getting our transportation. We definitely missed it already!! From getting the transportation to the hotel to sight seeing the staffs were always there to help out. Massage: We had our first massage at the hotel and sadly we didn't really enjoy it. The face cradle was not comfortable, when the masseuse was massaging on the shoulder, felt like she was choking me as my face pressed down into the hole and my throat was pressed against the cradle. Was really painful and it was not soft. Use softer sheet would help.

We had a wonderful stay at four points Seminyak. The property is a bit away from the main shopping/eat street but only $3 by taxi and we preferred this as the location was quieter. That being said there are still many great shopping and dining options around the property and we would certainly stay again!

Very disappointed at my stay here. First of all the address/location is misleading on expedia. It’s not walking distance from the main square. The property itself is run down. While the staff was pleasant the facilities is really not worth the money paid. I also had VIP access to this property and they couldnt even allow an extra hour for check-out.

Älskade servicen där, alla hälsar och är genomgoa. Inte mitt i smeten så ganska skönt att trafiken inte stör en för kan bli hektiskt om man är mitt i. Det va lätt att ta sig runt.

Great hotel, slightly back from the hustle and bustle but easy walking distance. Good pool area and exceptional service and staff. Close to a few convience stores and they offer a shuttle to semiyak square. Only thing that could be improved was the shuttle could be more regular and also offer return trip from the square. We went to catch it at 10am and it had gone early. They were great and did another trip but another time we wanted to catch back from the square but couldn’t as depended on if anyone was going to the square. A regular schedule when it goes at specific times and returns at specific times would be a great improvement. Would stay at this hotel again. Thankyou

Every people in this hotel was so nice and friendly. We really loved them. This hotel is located in a small street but very close to a big street and beautiful beach. There're so many cafe, restaurants, spa, and stores around there. We also could catch a taxi by Grab easily. One thing that I couldn't stand was the bed staff,,,,bed, blanket, pillow sheets are smell so bad and it was like a half dried. (towels were smell good) Breakfast was also nice and so reasonable, I liked the view from the roof top restaurant on the 6th floor.

Truly a beautiful stay at this hotel. The service we received from all the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was great with several options. We had dinner on the rooftop and the food and service was great. The hotel is walkable to other eateries but the roads will several motorbikes and cars can cause a bit of concern however they did not hit anyone or anything 😊. Pool area is nice but I don’t think much of the beach which is not too far away. The hotel arranged for a shuttle to take us there but we had to find our way back but that was easy enough. Truly a beautiful stay at this hotel. The service we received from all the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was great with several options. We had dinner on the rooftop and the food and service was great. The hotel is walkable to other eateries but the roads will several motorbikes and cars can cause a bit of concern however they did not hit anyone or anything 😊. Pool area is nice but I don’t think much of the beach which is not too far away. The hotel arranged for a shuttle to take us there but we had to find our way back but that was easy enough. The room was spotless, the only thing that I would recommend to make a deep clean is the Jacuzzi tub outside. There were some green slime around the jet rings they can do some cleaning to remove the algae growth on them. We didn't use it after seeing that around the tub jets. The afternoon tea was ok. I would rather see the leftovers (from breakfast) steam corns and potatoes for tea. I'd like to see more food and tea selections. The buffet breakfast were amazing. The staffs were able to cook a variety of Indonesian foods daily amongst with other cuisine such as western foods and Indian foods. They were scrumptious and freshly juices are the best. The staffs were very helpful and definitely accommodating to our needs. Indah and Sugang (the guest hospitality staff spelled name?); they were very kind and super helpful for the duration of our stay. We stayed there 8 days and love every minutes of it. Hendra was also very helpful with our luggages and getting our transportation. We definitely missed it already!! From getting the transportation to the hotel to sight seeing the staffs were always there to help out. Massage: We had our first massage at the hotel and sadly we didn't really enjoy it. The face cradle was not comfortable, when the masseuse was massaging on the shoulder, felt like she was choking me as my face pressed down into the hole and my throat was pressed against the cradle. Was really painful and it was not soft. Use softer sheet would help.

We had a great time staying at this place. We got their breakfast buffet option and were very pleased with the variety. Highly recommend! They also do a great job of sealing the room so that no geckos are able to sneak their way into your room.

Location is great Staff were very nice and welcoming Buffett breakfast was amazing The only thing didn’t like was the sewage smell from the bathroom, it was awful. Gym was very basic and depressing, small and very confined space for a gym.

Property is not too far from a great array of restaurants, bars and the beaches. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. The dining options at the hotel are good but not extensive. The rooms are comfortable and quite spacious.

Lovely hotel with super helpful and friendly staff. Good location for everything. Our room had a fridge and we were always left lots of bottles of water each day. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had in Bali. Pancakes and waffles were a hit with the kids and we loved the omelettes and amazing coffee. Great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in Seminyak for our honeymoon and booked the junior suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel overall offers excellent value for the price paid. You can tell the property is slightly dated in areas such as the bathroom and around the pool, which could use a refresh, but it still has great potential and strong foundations to be premium. Highlights: • Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options and really great taste – the coffee was fantastic. • Staff were wonderful across the board, very friendly and attentive. • Large pool, although we wish there were more loungers with shade available as many were reserved early. • Gym was a nice feature, though it would be better with air conditioning. • We appreciated the happy hour credit, which was a lovely perk to enjoy bites and a cold coffee or beer. Overall, a very good stay with strong value for money. With a bit of renovation, this hotel could truly reach premium status.

Overall great stay. The only downfall was the meal plan tab. It’s was very confusing. They don’t do a great job of explaining the cost of things. The food service on the rooftop was awful but breakfast and lunch in the main restaurant was on point every time

I often travel solo and Four Points by Sheraton is my top choice when heading to Seminyak. I keep returning and have stayed here at least 6 times by now. The Deluxe Rooms are very spacious, and the King Size beds are super comfortable. The rooms are clean and house keeping is very diligent. I always feel welcome and safe staying here. The hotel has a low key vibe with a generous approach. The staff and management are excellent. Nothing is ever a problem, and they are very welcoming, making sure you have a comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable stay. I feel very much at home at this hotel and will no doubt be returning. Highly recommend if you are looking for a low key, relaxed and luxurious hotel which is conveniently located, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

The staff are lovely, kind and helpful, however regarding the hotel itself, there were clearly issues with general cleanliness - the room had a musty smell with black mould / dust around the air con units, and other guests in the group mentioned similar to us about the general cleanliness of the rooms - these were all suites. Food and drink - No ‘bill’ could be created without putting down a non refundable deposit first, so everything was pay as you go, which was slightly inconvenient. We travelled as a family with 5 children of varying ages. The pool closes at 8pm, yet at 7pm (after being on a day trip) we received a complaint of the children needing to leave the pool as a guest had complained about the noise as they sat on their balcony - quote ‘the guest said they know it’s a family hotel and that children play but didn’t expect the annoying noise’ so that was something that irritated all 6 adults. Breakfast wasn’t the best variety - lots of flies hovering on food too. All in all, the hotel didn’t live up to any great expectations. The staff were beautiful and helpful the majority of the time, but the experience of the accommodation wasn’t the best with a lot of dated areas.
