If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please contact us to make arrangements for your check-in. It is best to use our transfer service so our drivers can check you into your room. If you are arriving in the middle of the night or very early in the morning (before 06:00), we recommend you also book the room for the night before as check-in is from 14:00 � and early check-in is often not possible. There is nowhere outside of our rooms suitable to sleep and nights in Nairobi can be cold. If you are unable to arrive on you booked arrival date for any reason (flight cancelled, delayed, traveling standby etc), and you are able to contact us, we may be able to hold your room for you for immediate check in on arrival, although we do reserve the right to sell theroom. Whether you contact us or not, and whether we sell the room or not, you will still be responsible for 100% payment of your original booking, for which we will be happy to provide a receipt for you to claim reimbursement from your travel insurance or airline. All bookings cancelled within fourteen days ofarrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. If you have made your reservation more than two weeks prior to your arrival date, please reconfirm your booking within a week of your arrival. If you are not arriving using our airport transfer service, or have not stayed at the camp before, please contact us to let us know your expected arrival time.
