We had a great stay at this wonderful little hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a drink and small snack at check in, which was a nice touch. The location is pretty much perfect - steps away from old town but just far enough that you’re not kept up by the festivities. The exterior of the hotel is very cute and quaint. Pool and gym were small but nice, breakfast was good and enough variety for everyone to find something they like. Room was spacious and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and linens. Only thing I’d note is that the soundproofing of the room was lacking, sound seemed to travel from other rooms and the hall. Not enough to seriously disturb our sleep, but just something to note, especially for the light sleepers out there. Overall we had a really positive experience and would stay again. Thank you!!

Little Hoi An was in an ideal location and all shops, markets, Japanese bridge, restaurants were in a short walking distance. While I booked a ‘Deluxe Room’ about 2 mths ago, I’m not certain the booking was as described. There was a note upon arrival regarding ‘unexpecteded’ all-day curb/sidewalk construction in front of the hotel, another building next door undergoing construction and the hotel pool and lounge area totally closed. Our room was comfortable and quiet but the view was a ‘wall’. Rather than ‘make a fuss’ the room was adequate since we only slept there. Breakfast service and selection was good. I would like to make mention that the soap/shampoo dispensers are glass, not plastic, and picked up by a loose top, accidentally dropping it and shattering on the shower floor! Of course we had to summon housekeeping for a glass clean-up. It was promptly taken care of however at check out we were ‘presented’ with a charge of 200,000 dong for the mishap.

The hotel is in a great location, only a 5-10 minute walk to the main pedestrian area of Old Hoi An. The room was fairly basically furnished, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean with a good shower. Breakfast was good - wide selection on the buffet in the morning. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit chilly but OK for a quick dip.

Little Hoi A was a perfect place for us! Is a beautiful hotel with the friendliest and caring staff! (Our flight was unfortunately delay, and we arrive Hoi A late around 11pm, and the lovely staff prepare some pastry for us in case we were hungry on arrival!) Pros: - walking distance to old towns (5-10 minutes) - amazing breakfast, with great selection of western & Vietnamese cuisine - beautiful bar - chic interior design - clean & spacious room - air con!!! - laundry service (timely and they did an amazing job with my suncream stained dress xxx) - gym & swimming pool We were lucky that little hoi a let us upgrade to ‘journey through time’ package (including airport pick up (one way), massage, cooking class and lantern making class)!! We would definitely recommend little Hoi An to our friends and family 💙

Great location, right on the river, less than 5 minutes walk to old city center, night market, several restaurants, several massage places. We had balcony with a great view of the river and old town. Hotel provided free shuttle to the beach that was very convenient. They also provided free bicycles to use. Nice breakfast with several choices. Clean room, comfortable bed. All amenities including air-condition worked well. TV had Netflix and prime. No bathroom issues. Very friendly and helpful staff always eager to help. We enjoyed our stay. Will consider to stay again in future.

The room is a little dated hence there's some mold and our sink was leaking throughout our stay. Breakfast was great. Location is amazing as well. Special shout-out to Rose, Kate and Anna from the breakfast area for their great customer service and sincerity and the bellboys who were so kind. On the contrary, we felt Cherry the receptionist was a little standoffish and she did not even bother greeting us when we arrived in the morning nor did she get the bellboy (who was probably busy) to help with the luggages. We lugged our own luggages up the flight of stairs ourselves while she sat at the reception, and we went up to her ourselves despite being the only guests present when we arrived. Her demeanor really pales in contrast to the other 3 above mentioned ladies. Otherwise, this was a great stay.

Excellent charming boutique hotel, a few steps away from the Old Quarter. Hotel staff is excellent!!! Arrange your day trips, transport and tours with the hotel. Staff recommended a local seafood place (Hon restaurant) by the beach and the local town tour via electric car dropped us off there. Food was fresh and super yummy! There is a nice breakfast spread every morning both local and international selection. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated with local wood work, includes standard hotel amenities like toothbrush, shampoo and shower gel. They even have coffee, tea, bottled water and fruit in the rooms! There is a small pool and elevator for convenience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at little Hoi an boutique were excellent. Kate and Kayle as well as the rest of the team were very helpful, offered lots of suggestions of things to do in Hoi An and were very accommodating. We loved the area surrounding the hotel as it was a short walk to the old town and was close to the market and shops. The choice of food at breakfast was great and the rooms very clean.

I stayed at this hotel from March 4-11, 2023. It is tastefully decorated in the old world charm style with a touch of class. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel staff and manager were very welcoming, graceful and keen to make our stay a very pleasant one. we thoroughly enjoyed their warm hospitality. The daily breakfast consisted of generous spread of high quality regional Vietnamese and Western foods. Even the pickiest eaters will find something to eat there. My compliments to the chef! Thanks to Cherry, Kate, Kayle, Rose, Richard, Tony, Tiny, Kelvin and Son for your conscientious efforts and sincerity in making our first visit to Vietnam a very memorable one. I hope to see you again in a year or two.

Nice hotel for a few nights but the room was located right outside the main restaurant and so it was noisy. I’d suggest requesting a room that isn’t on the ground floor.

This is a gem of a hotel and this being my 9th on this trip, I can compare. Great location, minutes walk from the old town and the same to the ‘party street’ if that is your thing. Room (with balcony) was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast choice was the best so far, with multiple salads, a good bread and pastries choice, as well as the usual fare. The staff are worth a special mention; just superb. Nothing is too much trouble. Overall I would highly recommended staying here.

The hotel is in a great location, only a 5-10 minute walk to the main pedestrian area of Old Hoi An. The room was fairly basically furnished, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean with a good shower. Breakfast was good - wide selection on the buffet in the morning. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit chilly but OK for a quick dip.

Great location, right on the river, less than 5 minutes walk to old city center, night market, several restaurants, several massage places. We had balcony with a great view of the river and old town. Hotel provided free shuttle to the beach that was very convenient. They also provided free bicycles to use. Nice breakfast with several choices. Clean room, comfortable bed. All amenities including air-condition worked well. TV had Netflix and prime. No bathroom issues. Very friendly and helpful staff always eager to help. We enjoyed our stay. Will consider to stay again in future.

Excellent charming boutique hotel, a few steps away from the Old Quarter. Hotel staff is excellent!!! Arrange your day trips, transport and tours with the hotel. Staff recommended a local seafood place (Hon restaurant) by the beach and the local town tour via electric car dropped us off there. Food was fresh and super yummy! There is a nice breakfast spread every morning both local and international selection. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated with local wood work, includes standard hotel amenities like toothbrush, shampoo and shower gel. They even have coffee, tea, bottled water and fruit in the rooms! There is a small pool and elevator for convenience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hospitality is what you can expect from the staff at the little Hoi An Boutique Hotel. Upon a late evening arrival, Cherry kindly welcomed us with refreshments, and thoroughly informed us on what to expect in Hoi An (i.e. restaurants, cafes, tailors, markets, beaches, etc.). Kate and Kayle were also very helpful with reserving tours/drivers. The staff here were highly observant of any needs we might have had, which made it much easier for us to travel with our 8 month old. The standard of hospitality starts from the top, as Kelvin (hotel manager) took the time to get to know us and make sure our stay was enjoyable. The staff at Little Hoi An are very personable, making this our favorite stay in Vietnam. We had a wonderful time in Hoi An, and when we do revisit, we would highly consider returning to Little Hoi An if a room is available.

I stayed at this hotel from March 4-11, 2023. It is tastefully decorated in the old world charm style with a touch of class. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel staff and manager were very welcoming, graceful and keen to make our stay a very pleasant one. we thoroughly enjoyed their warm hospitality. The daily breakfast consisted of generous spread of high quality regional Vietnamese and Western foods. Even the pickiest eaters will find something to eat there. My compliments to the chef! Thanks to Cherry, Kate, Kayle, Rose, Richard, Tony, Tiny, Kelvin and Son for your conscientious efforts and sincerity in making our first visit to Vietnam a very memorable one. This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at while traveling overseas. The restaurant, where you can eat while looking out at the river, is very delicious and plentiful. Lovely little hotel within walking distance to the old town but far enough away to be quiet. The hotel had by far the best breakfast of all the hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. Pastries were fresh and the salads really delicious. The staff were great and very welcoming.
Lovely little hotel within walking distance to the old town but far enough away to be quiet. The hotel had by far the best breakfast of all the hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. Pastries were fresh and the salads really delicious. The staff were great and very welcoming.

ホイアンの街歩きにとても適しています。リバーサイドで景色を楽しめる部屋を期待していましたが、ツインルームは1階の景色に期待できない部屋でした。フロントに近く、帰って来たらすぐに休めます。TVは使い方がわからず使用せず、静かに過ごしました。朝食はとても美味しかったです。 空港からの送迎の車を頼みました。入国に1時間かかりましたが、待っていてくれて助かりました。 全体的に気持ちよく過ごせました。

Very nice hotel with the best location close to the river. Staff were extremely helpful and polite ensuring we had the best stay in Hoi an. Breakfast eas also very good and recommendable. Very nice pool, with a good water temp that is cooled a bit. So my 100% recommendations of Little Hoi an Boutique Hotel & spa

From the beginning we had such a great and accomadating stay! The staff is amazing and i will miss them, even tough i only stayed four nights. From we arrived to Richards cheery and toughtfull greeting, even if we were late and arrived a little after 00:00. To cherry’s helpfullness and attention with our departure. Everyone was so nice! I am bad at names, so that i remember even two is a miracle, but they were always ready to help, like book activites: lanternmaking, snorkeling and reccomended a GREAT local tailor! Tailor 45, the lady who made the clothes Liên was really talented. Everything was also so clean, the placement of the hotell was great, also the smart tv , airconditioning, bed, room cleaning, room decor, and the buffet was excellent. ofcourse buffes are better if you are an early bird, but they had an Egg station you could get made fresh eggs in, they made them in every form, and had different toppings to have in them, if u like me sleep in some days, and want something freshly made! They really gave our stay the little extra!! I will miss richard and his good humor in the reception on the evenings! Thank you guys so much! Hope to see you again sometime :) ps. their laundry service was GREAT! My clothes all smell heavenly and their fresh fruit is amazing.
