Typisches B&B. D.h. keine Rezeption, Einchecken erfordert Klingeln an der Tür. Nach kurzer Zeit kommt dann jemand und übergibt die Schlüssel. Rückgabe der Schlüssel war nicht persönlich möglich, da niemand öffnete. Wir haben die Schlüssel dann in den Briefkasten geworfen.

Typisches B&B. D.h. keine Rezeption, Einchecken erfordert Klingeln an der Tür. Nach kurzer Zeit kommt dann jemand und übergibt die Schlüssel. Rückgabe der Schlüssel war nicht persönlich möglich, da niemand öffnete. Wir haben die Schlüssel dann in den Briefkasten geworfen.

Il B&B si trova in una posizione eccezionale sulla Piazza Marina a due passi dal porto e a poche centinaia di metri da tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Per i locali (bar, ristoranti) non c’è che l’imbarazzo della scelta, ci sono davvero per tutti i gusti; la colazione viene servita al bar davanti alla struttura (Cafè Luca): buonissima! Il proprietario, il sig. Leopoldo, è una persona veramente gentile e pronta ad aiutarti per qualsiasi esigenza. La struttura molto funzionale avrebbe però bisogno di un piccolo intervento di ammodernamento.

Kalamarina est situé dans un quartier bien animé. La chambre était vraiment agréable, seul bémol, l'isolation de la chambre laissait à désirer. Le système de bon pour le petit-déjeuner dans un bar dans le quartier est bien.

Restaurang nedanför som tillhörde hotellet hämta där. Bra läge nära det mesta. Ingen frukost. Aldrig nån i receptionen när vi var där. Men WhatsApp funkade bra som kontakt.

Très bien situé près de la marina et vieille ville piétonnière, balcon donnant sur une rue magnifique mais achalandée le soir. Petit hébergement discret, un peu difficile à trouver et sans stationnement sur place. Chambre bien et confortable, propre (contrairement à la ville de Palerme). Prévenir l’hôte de votre heure d’arrivée, afin d’éviter que personne ne soit sur place pour vous accueillir.

Vi bodde här en långweekend och det var helt perfekt läge i gamla området. Rent och snyggt och med närhet till ett stort utbud av restauranger. Hållplats för hop-on-hop-off buss alldeles nära och också bra möjligheter till pakering på området. Rummet enkelt men rymligt med ett stort badrum. Trots ett torg alldeles utanför så var det lugnt och tyst. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende.

Very spacious apartment in a great part of town. It’s hard to find because there is no sign, the wifi was either slow or fully dysfunctional, and the shower needs updating. There is also quite a lot of noise at night from the restaurant downstairs (earplugs recommended). All in all, great location, decent deal, needs attention

The check in was little complicated because of communication issue.The host only spoke Italian. So we had to wait some time before we got in because we miscommunicated the arrival time. And we had to contact them for hot water because we did not get notified that we needed to wait for boiler to heat it up because apartment was without electricity for some time. But everything else was good.

Great location with tons of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was nice and clean. The owner was very communicative for check out and check in. The front desk is unmanned, except for check in/out, which is not an issue. You can text them if you need any assistance. We had a great stay

Kalamarina Rooms is small, very clean b&b. Location is unbeatable, walk to everywhere.The owners, Leopoldo and his wife are a delight, very helpful and kind. Food in their restaurant is excellent, much better than in some highly rated restaurants in the area. Fabritsio, a manager was very helpful with finding us a ride to the airport. The shuttle he suggested to take was less than 10 min walk from the place and only $ 6.00 per person. We stayed there for three nights. Definitely will be back if in that area again.

Loved the location of the property! Right in downtown Palermo with access to so many shops and food. Staff is very helpful and the place was super clean! Would 100% recommend to stay there!

Vi bodde här en långweekend och det var helt perfekt läge i gamla området. Rent och snyggt och med närhet till ett stort utbud av restauranger. Hållplats för hop-on-hop-off buss alldeles nära och också bra möjligheter till pakering på området. Rummet enkelt men rymligt med ett stort badrum. Trots ett torg alldeles utanför så var det lugnt och tyst. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende.

Very good stay in the city center, good breakfast down the street at the bar was included. Helped with the ZTL zone pass as well. Comfortable, clean, cool and close to the main sites in the city center.

Très bien situé près de la marina et vieille ville piétonnière, balcon donnant sur une rue magnifique mais achalandée le soir. Petit hébergement discret, un peu difficile à trouver et sans stationnement sur place. Chambre bien et confortable, propre (contrairement à la ville de Palerme). Prévenir l’hôte de votre heure d’arrivée, afin d’éviter que personne ne soit sur place pour vous accueillir.

Very spacious apartment in a great part of town. It’s hard to find because there is no sign, the wifi was either slow or fully dysfunctional, and the shower needs updating. There is also quite a lot of noise at night from the restaurant downstairs (earplugs recommended). All in all, great location, decent deal, needs attention

Il B&B si trova in una posizione eccezionale sulla Piazza Marina a due passi dal porto e a poche centinaia di metri da tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Per i locali (bar, ristoranti) non c’è che l’imbarazzo della scelta, ci sono davvero per tutti i gusti; la colazione viene servita al bar davanti alla struttura (Cafè Luca): buonissima! Il proprietario, il sig. Leopoldo, è una persona veramente gentile e pronta ad aiutarti per qualsiasi esigenza. La struttura molto funzionale avrebbe però bisogno di un piccolo intervento di ammodernamento.

B&B was clean, easy to locate & staff was pleasant. Highly suggest bring extra shampoo & soap - the quantity provided is not enough for someone with medium to long hair. Breakfast was extremely limited - suggest providing some more options for the future. Good location for local activities & sites. Short stroll from the developing marina yacht club, dining, & pier views. Around the corner from various dining & pastry shops. Must try restaurant Gaffarro (chef Salvatore) on the 1st floor in front of the plaza - it was delicious. The surrounding felato shops are a great way to end a tour day.

Kalamarina Rooms is small, very clean b&b. Location is unbeatable, walk to everywhere.The owners, Leopoldo and his wife are a delight, very helpful and kind. Food in their restaurant is excellent, much better than in some highly rated restaurants in the area. Fabritsio, a manager was very helpful with finding us a ride to the airport. The shuttle he suggested to take was less than 10 min walk from the place and only $ 6.00 per person. We stayed there for three nights. Definitely will be back if in that area again.

Stort rum. Säng en liten trappa upp - loft. Smal balkong ut mot torg var trevligt. Behövde man nåt kom värden ganska snabbt. Fanns tex inga glas på rummet. Restaurang nedanför som tillhörde hotellet hämta där. Bra läge nära det mesta. Ingen frukost. Aldrig nån i receptionen när vi var där. Men WhatsApp funkade bra som kontakt.

I made a reservation at this hotel, but during check-in we were informed that they could not provide the room we had booked due to a technical issue. Instead, they moved us to a different room in another hotel. Since we were unfamiliar with the area and had limited options at that moment, we felt forced to accept it. Unfortunately, the replacement hotel was very disappointing. The room quality and cleanliness were below expectations, towels were not changed, and although the Wi-Fi network was visible, the internet connection did not work. Due to these problems, we decided to leave on the third day and informed the hotel one day in advance. However, the next morning around 10:00 AM, staff came to our door and told us we had to leave, even though we still had two remaining nights in our reservation. They also refused to refund us for the unused two nights. Overall, this was a very poor experience. We did not receive the room we originally booked, the alternative accommodation did not meet basic standards, and we did not receive the service we paid for.
