Bra boende och enkelt att hitta parkering utanför på gatan. Rent och fräscht. Har bott där tre gånger och tycker att det är ett bra alternativ till hotell iom att det finns ett pentry med kylskåp med möjlighet till lite självhushåll.

Dont come to this place with a car. They don't have there own parking spaces. Ive be fined 1800 cron for not parking in the right place, no mercy. Terrible parking organisation.

두번째 방문입니다, 방사이즈는 3~4명이 머물기에 충분합니다. 1층에 여행용가방 맡기는 공간이 따로 있습니다. 반드시 따로 연락해서 사용번호를 받아야 합니다. 입실하기 전에, 퇴실 후에도 사용가능합니다. 주변에 COOP과 다른 큰 수퍼가 2개 있습니다. 주방은 사용하기 매우 편리합니다. 화장실도 비교적 큽니다. 이번 방은 아쉽게도 욕실에서 샤워를 하면, 물이 넘쳐서 바닥을 물을 매번 제거해야 했습니다.

Top-Lage: ruhiges, sauberes Viertel mit einigen netten Restaurants. Besonders erfreulich: Innenstadt ist mit Seabus (30 Min.) erreichbar, Anleger 10 Min. zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt. Mehr Infos zu Parkmöglichkeiten (die auch überdacht/Garage gar nicht so teuer sind) wären hilfreich.

Was only here for 3 nights, but it was a wonderful place to stay. Check-in directions were clear, i was able to add parking to our stay, which is off street in a secure garage. Accommodations were clean and as described. It was warm when we were there, and there is no AC, but when we called to request a fan, it was delivered promptly. Would recommend it to anyone.

Bathroom great, beds very comfortable! Didn’t like the fire alarm going off at 9am but I guess the at can’t be helped. There are only 6 lockers to store luggage once you’ve checked out, all we’re occupied unfortunately.

I found the ApartDirect Hammarby Sjostad not to be as clean. The building is old, which is okay, but the bathroom was dirty, and the shower door was not working, so water would leak all over the bathroom. I reported the issue, but unfortunately, no action was taken. The dishes were dirty in the cabinet, perhaps put there by the previous guests. These should be checked. Also, the noise level was high from the adjacent rooms. Location-wise, the ApartDirect is in a prime location.

Great area (10 mins walk to where the boat leaves to the city centre or 5 mins to the tram with lots of restaurants nearby). The room was clean and had everything you need. Recommended!

There are many mold spots in the shower. The kitchen cabinets have many stains and they are brocken. Time for a change. Silverfish are crawling on the walls and flor.

Easy check in. Good to have separate duvets. Not very clean. Lots of crumbs/food bits/hairs on bedding/shower not clean. Needs a hoover. No tea/coffee provided as was in desceiption. There was also an ongoing noise like an extractor fan in apartment that was constant. Also a trip hazard on floor 3 in hallway with no explanation a ventilation maching thing around doorways of apartments

Väldigt bra! Vi har bott här flera gånger. Rummet var välstädat. Tyvärr var inte porslinet rent, så vi fick börja med att diska allt. Micron var också smutsig. Hårfönen var trasig, men det fick vi snabbt hjälp av städpersonalen med en ny.

Hi, I have noted that this property is very tired, not only needs it good maintenance but also repairs and refreshing works. The walls are so thin that one can hear each sound coming from a neighbouring room, be that right, left, above or below yours. The bathroom is full of moulds. Be aware of the strong smell in the room which is poignant and pungent, an unpleasant stomach-turning stench. Not recommended.

Husets entré var fin och gav ett fräscht intryck. Det varade dock inte när man kom in i lägenheten. Svartmögel i duschen längs kakelfogarna, inte bara några enstaka prickar utan påtagligt. Slitna ytor och lite dammigt. Läget okej både när man kommer med bil och allmänna kommunikationer. Stor bilväg/genomfartsled utanför fönstret men man stördes inte nämnvärt av den.

We highly recommend ApartDirect in Sjostad. The room was perfectly clean and very spacious. The bed comfortable and bathroom spacious with an added bonus of a washer come dryer as well. Location is near transport options in a nice area with eateries and convenience stores in easy walking distance from the apartment. Quiet and safe area.

The property was very close to grocery and pharmacy options. Instructions for the rooms were very clear and the checkin and checkout process was smooth. Local tram access is a very short walk away and the view of the hillside was interesting. I would ask for the ability to better control the temperature or open the windows as the room was pretty stuffy when we arrived.

The location is good with the tram stop nearby and easy routes into central. There is a Lidl and Coop nearby and a lovely lake and cinema within walking distance. The apartment was decent and clean enough though we found a silverfish one day. The staff were super apologetic though and very responsive. They brought new sheets etc and we never saw another one. Having a washer / dryer in the apartment was very helpful. I would stay here again.

Es una muy buena opción para alojarse. El apartamento estaba muy bien, todo lo indispensable para estar unos días, bien comunicado con el centro con tram y luego transbordo con metro unos 25 minutos. Hay dos supermercados a dos minutos. Y restaurantes y cafeterías también cerca.

The apartment itself was nice, though you can tell it's high turnover. But we had a big problem with noise. The 2nd night we had a family with what sounded like a domestic dispute and the kids going absolutely crazy. 3rd night a group checked in nextdoor for the night to have a crazy party. From 6pm to 10am they never stopped, it was absolutely terrible. We also had their cigarette smoke come into our room all night, when the property does not allow smoking. We called security 3 times to ask for help, but they basically told us there is nothing they can do and we can confront them ourselves. Which would have likely been dangerous. We did not sleep the entire night with a very important event the next day. It was almost a traumatizing experience. Would never stay again and assume this place is used for this sort of thing frequently.

The location is a little out of the way but public transportation isn’t too far away. When we were there the tram line was under construction but several bus lines served the area. The apartment is comfortable though the AC did not work. Even though it was summer, and actually quite warm, the temps in the apartment were bearable and simply opening the door at night was enough to let some cool air in. The bed was comfortable but I wish there’d been more pillows. The little square pillow just wasn’t enough for me. The shower pressure was fantastic, as was the hot water and the height of the showerhead. Those things can make or break a stay and definitely fall in the pro column.

My checking time was 15.00, but I visited there around 18.00. When we checked the room it was not prepared and I had to call them and wait more than 1 hour outside around one hour until the room to be ready. I was with my kids and they had a bad experience due to this situation. Other than that room was as described.

The property was close to public transit so it was very easy to get into the city center. Two grocery stores were around the corner so very easy to purchase food. The room was never cleaned despite staying longer than 7 nights. We also had issues with our room code not working. Overall, it was a good stay and would recommend.

På værelset fandt vi en afklippet tånegl bag sovesofaen og et hår hængende ved vasken da vi ankom. Men ud over dette så har vi haft et fantastisk ophold. Personalet er nemt at komme i kontakt med, også da vi oplevede udfordringer med chromecast. Personalet er søde og imødekommende både på mail og ham der kom og hjalp os med tv. Lækre værelser og gode omgivelser. Ligger tæt på offentligtransport og i fin afstand til alt hvad man kan se.

I stayed at this hotel in September whole month, and stayed one more month in October. The problem is they sent me another new kod on September 29 and I wonder if they will change it again. I called them again on October 1st and they said it was another key code. It’s very choas and how come they didn’t work properly to the quest ?
