La habitación impecable, el servicio de primera, en todo momento me sentí acompañada. Sin duda repetiría, la atencion tan calida del personal te hacen sentir como en casa.

El personal es de primera, siempre atentos a cada detalle, hicieron mi estancia muy agradable, teniendo en cuenta que viajo sola, me hicieron sentir muy segura en todo momento, fueron muy calidos conmigo. Sin duda repetiré.

This was the cleanest & friendliest hotel we had in two week in Egypt. Some of the bigger hotels in the bigger cities should take note of the exceptional cleaning standards here. All of the staff were very lovely and helpful - excellent Engligh. Organising a car to the airport was a breeze. And we had a delicious meal in the restaurant onsite. Not many people would consider a night on the Westbank in Aswan - but I would highly recommend it.
