Good hotel room for our 2 night stay. Nice entry and hall areas with colourful art hanging everywhere. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

I paid for parking in the basement. An extra $35. It is extremely tight to get a car in there. Once parked, i couldnt open my door because of the pylons. No phone reception down there, so could call reception for advise. So once i did get the car parked, i climbed out of the passenger side. I then had to call a taxi to get to and from the venue i was going to. Very annoying as thats why i hired the car.

We travel 4 hours from Regional NSW every 6-8 weeks to visit family. Quest on the bay is close for our needs, easy access, secure parking and the helpful friendly staff make it so easy.

I would give this property a 5 star rating except for the parking. There is no where to pull in whilst you check in and get your room key to access the underground car park, which is around the back of the hotel. The spots in the car park are extremely tight. Otherwise our room was fantastic with everything we needed and it was great to be able to prepare our own breakfasts. The lighting was good, a comfortable couch, a table to eat at, dishwasher, microwave etc. The towels are a little small but that’s not really a big thing. The staff were all lovely.

I would give this property a 5 star rating except for the parking. Overall, the room seemed tidy, but the room floor mat was too dirty and the hotel did not provide slippers. I was surprised that it was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no slippers provided. Our family walked around the room barefoot, and the soles of our feet were gray-black. You can imagine how dirty the room floor mats are.

I arrived after hours and the night manager was excellent, checking me in quickly. The room was immaculate and had everything I needed. The location was great but be sure to ask for a room with a view if that matters to you because mine was of a building haha. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

On arrival there was a substance effected couple fighting in the reception area, interesting welcome. We had a studio apartment booked, which needed 2 different lifts to get to. There was an overpowering smell of vomit and cleaning product in the room. I contacted reception and they gave us another room. However this room was just a room, not a studio. There was no offer to refund the amount for the cheaper room. The windows were filthy, and the outlook was to other rooms. There was no mirror in the room besides the bathroom, no full length mirror. The furniture was mis-matched. The bed was comfortable. Would not return.

When we arrived to our room the cleaner had not been able to clean our room. The bed wasn’t made and there was still stuff everywhere from previous guests. Although this was an issue the lady at reception did help us out by giving us some money back that we appreciated very much. Other than that it was a good experience and we enjoyed our stay

The room did not live up to the description. Soundproofing - NO. Could here the people in the next room, could hear the people on the street below even though we were on level 3, could hear the birds squawking. Block out blinds - NO there were massive gaps between the blinds that let the sun through. Cleaner had left a dirty old pink face washer on the bench Very poor considering the price of the room which did not include parking

• Location is good - a lot of restaurants and some live entertainment within walking distance. • Hidden costs - in addition to the booking cost had to pay for parking + a bond which you don't get back straight away. Space we could park in was too small for our 4WD. Husband had to crawl over passenger seat to get out! • It was noisy - many sounds from the street, people walking outside our door and the seagulls!? I thought they slept at night! I found staying at the Quest Frankston on the Bay was an average experience, particularly for the price. If given the choice, we won't be staying there again.

Overall the room was in good condition, though there were a couple of issues. First off one of the bedside lamps was off due to a power outlet issue and the toilet seat was loose. The staff on duty were helpful. The mattress was too soft and could be improved with a new firmer one.

We have just been on holidays to France & London. This Hotel was the best experience we’ve had compared to those Countries. The Staff have been so helpful and welcoming especially Dana we got an upgrade when we asked for a room with a view. Laundry facilities were complimentary & 5am check out no problem at all. Beautiful Hotel situated in convenient location to transport, shopping & eateries- highly recommend

Aircon was really good and worked well and kept the room at a constant temperature all day and night. The hotel overall was really good and locatedin afantastic position, close to major shopping centre and also the beach. Staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. I have discussed this with Senior Management and issues will be resolved for the future guests, if they don't know, feedback from guests make them aware and enable them to correct it! Service exceptional though they are not in a rush to return "Bond"

We stayed here on our wedding weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by some complementary wine, chocolates and a room upgrade. Thank you to all the staff, it was much appreciated. We also had a minor medical incident during the night to which the staff were also very helpfull. Thanks again to all. Great room, great view, great service.

The hotel was exactly what we needed and comfortable. The area around had a lot of homeless and young kids wandering the street. Will stay again because it is central to train station and shops.

Great lication close to public transport, shopping and dining options. The apartments are spacious and clean but TV reception was appalling.

Great Bay view as soon as I walked in the room, really good sized studio, balcony, and while the Bay facing rooms are over the Nepean Highway I found that at night with the aircon on I wasn't disturbed. And a short walk from the foreshore, pubs, restaurants etc. A good stay, would stay again for sure.

The entire hallway and hotel room smelled of curry due to the Indian restaurant in reception. I stayed on the 3rd floor and I couldn't believe the smell! Also I am far from precious, the furniture is sooo outdated, the room looked morbid. I considered leaving and finding another hotel, but it was too late and I have been travelling all day

Large room with good facilities. Had everything I needed for a 5 night stay. Good location, walking distance to the town and plenty of cafes and restaurants. I would stay here again.
