The receptionist lady was not kind and I felt that she doesn’t want to take care of my problem. WI-fi was not available but she didn't help. Moreover, she couldn't speak english though the language was said possible to use.

The hotel is in a great location downtown in a pedestrian zone. It's very clean and quiet. The room was a little small, and I wish there was A/C or a fan as the nights were warm. I would definitely return.

Photo of hotel tells you it is located in a pedestrian area. Difficult to find from the street. Room was European comfortable and quiet enough. Remember, nonsmoking hotels are not the norm. Private bath as ordered with TV and dorm refrigerator. Centrally located Ludwigsburg as needed. Breakfast was great with traditional variety each morning.
