What a stunning hotel - it's decorated like a movie set, and one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. Very clean and good AC. It was nice they provide drinks and snacks from 7am - 7pm as there is no restaurant or breakfast provided. We had a room at the front of the hotel which was very noisy - take ear plugs. The room and bed were very comfortable.

This hotel was truly special and felt like we were living in history. Location is fantastic, very walkable and close to all the action, yet serene inside. Loved the complimentary tea, coffee, and local snacks. Enjoyed sitting in the common areas for some downtime. The rooms on the ground floor do not have any natural light so next time, I would request a room on a higher floor. But for one night, it was perfect.

The boutique hotel is well kept and is aesthetically pleasing but what made it one of the best places to stay for me and my husband was the staff. They were welcoming, helpful and attentive during our stay. We had a late flight out of Phuket and they made it easy for us to enjoy our final night while arranging a taxi ride on one of the busiest nights, Sunday, because there is night market right on the street. The staff was exceptional!!!

However, recommendations for trips and ferry that the hotel is contracted with are scams and not worth the frustration.

This was an absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel with lovely, friendly staff. It’s connected to a cafe, they offer free snacks and tea/coffee, and it’s right on the main strip in Phuket town. Definitely stay on a Sunday to experience the night market!

Our room was the closest to the reseption so we could hear the talking easily. We could hear the fountain next to our room and receptions music in our room durong the day but they close them durong the night. Otherwise quiet, no car or bar noice. Couln’t get hot water in the evening, all though didn’t matter to us after a hot day. Wasn’t ice cold either. Clean room. Comfy bed. Did a bed bug check - no sightings. No towel racks or hangers in the bathroom.

Beautiful historical hotel. Self-serve snacks. I had a nice time relaxing in the cafe attic. They have a guide booklet in your room for activities. The headboard a little bit dusty. I want to come back, but probably will request the back unit or the one on second floor as the hotel has direct access to the road and you can hear traffic noise.

An architecturally stunning hotel. Gorgeous quaint rooms. Very thin walls however and was very noisey late into the night and early in the morning. Apparently they had a large family staying and thus it was noisey. Well worth a stay however.

Hotel itself is lovely very aesthetic and nicely decorated until you get to the room you realise why it’s a 3 star hotel. We hardly slept the first night as you can hear every single footstep from the room next door and their conversations. The bed shook when they were walking around until midnight. If you are a light sleeper do not stay here. Room was okay, but a bit dated needs redecorating. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Outstanding Hotel. Loved everything. Beautiful inside and on the outside. Gigi is an excellent receptionist. You will not be disappointed. Location is perfect. Everything in walking distance. Restaurants, bars, and shops!!! 10 stars!!!!

Check-in was both smooth & pleasant. Room was clean & comfortable. Room & washroom amenties were adequate. Staff were very friendly. Location is excellent. Walking in & around the Old Town neighbourhood was very convenient from the hotel. Lots of f&b outlets around as well. Spoilt for choice. Thank you to Amanda, Jenny, Gigi and rest of the staff for their hospitality. Will definitely be my go to hotel the next time we're in Phuket Old Town. Highly recommended!

When we first walked into the property we were greeted my Jenny’s warm smile! We were a little early, but she got us started with the paper work and sat us down in the waiting area drinking tea while we wait for our room. Th rest of the staff who are Alan, Papa, Penny, Amanda, and Nathan were the best people we have met. They were patient. Assured us things would be taken cared of. Recommended places to check out. And we all became friend during our stay at the On On. The hotel is at the center of everything in the city. You can easily walk to where ever. If you’re here on a Sunday you will not have to go far for the night market because it’s literally in front of the building! No worries if you don’t want to be mixed in the crowds inside your room you’ll won’t hear a thing. We stayed in room 202 where there was a small patio where my wife and I read poetry and enjoyed the weather. Next is the hotels cafe, which I highly recommend. They were so nice and welcoming. They offer laundry services and they went above and beyond what we expected them to do! Everything was folded and ready for us to put away. I love the aesthetic of the hotel as well! When we first walked into the property we were greeted my Jenny’s warm smile! We were a little early, but she got us started with the paper work and sat us down in the waiting area drinking tea while we wait for our room. Th rest of the staff who are Alan, Papa, Penny, Amanda, and Nathan were the best people we have met. They were patient. Assured us things would be taken cared of. Recommended places to check out. And we all became friend during our stay at the On On. The hotel is at the center of everything in the city. You can easily walk to where ever. If you’re here on a Sunday you will not have to go far for the night market because it’s literally in front of the building! No worries if you don’t want to be mixed in the crowds inside your room you’ll won’t hear a thing. We stayed in room 202 where there was a small patio where my wife and I read poetry and enjoyed the weather. Next is the hotels cafe, which I highly recommend. They were so nice and welcoming. They offer laundry services and they went above and beyond what we expected them to do! Everything was folded and ready for us to put away. I love the aesthetic of the hotel as well! There’s so much more to say about this place, but just know you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to come back to see our friends at On On hotel.

The hotel was excellent, it looked and was different from the normal hotels I’ve stayed in which made it even better. Staff were very kind, welcoming and friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Nathan, NeNe, Philip, Alan, Nan, Mai, Penny, Pia, Tony and Fiw for their friendliness, professionalism and making this experience something to remember for future memories. Stayed in this beautiful historic hotel one night, strategically on Sunday night to catch the street market right in front of the hotel and to be close to the Rassada pier for my morning ferry to Ko Lanta. The oldest hotel on Phuket. Also the film location for The Beach (see Maya Bay.) One of the front desk staff confided in me that tourists wander in all the time to take photographs of all the beautiful time period antiques; some of them actually believe it’s a museum. Stanchions with theatre ropes have been put in place to deter the curios from wandering too far into the building. This is not something you see everyday; stunning & unique. The staff were the friendliest and helpful I’d met in my continuing trip through Vietnam & Thailand (7 weeks & counting.) The front desk crew and I hit it off like we were already friends. They really love their hotel and by the time I checked out I loved it too. Super comfortable bed, great a/c, large shower and decorated in a older style chinese influenced classy way. Hard for me to put into words. You’re not going to see this everyday. My travels don’t typically take me to Phuket Old Town but I would make an exception on a weekend at The Memory At On On Hotel. Oh . . . I got a private tour of The Beach room. If you haven’t seen the film watch it you’ll understand. Highly recommend.

Such a cute boutique hotel! Honestly much cuter in person than even in the photos. We were so pleasantly surprised by all aspects of our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No laundry or amenities such as pool or gym, but we had such a memorable experience and this is likely my most favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. So centrally located in old town as well, we were able to walk to do almost everything. Highly recommend!

What a stunning hotel - it's decorated like a movie set, and one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. Very clean and good AC. It was nice they provide drinks and snacks from 7am - 7pm as there is no restaurant or breakfast provided. We had a room at the front of the hotel which was very noisy - take ear plugs. The room and bed were very comfortable.

On On is centrally located in Phuket Old Town,with easy access to most areas of Phuket town, yet quiet in the evenings as it is off the main thoroughfare. Rather unique hotel with Peranakan architecture and furnishings. Old World Culture! That’s the reason the hotel is named Memory at On On. Rooms are not so spacious with basic furniture even though we had booked the junior suite. Housekeeping was tardy in cleaning the room on one of the days. Best cappuccino served at the On On hotel cafe. Phuket Old Town is a food paradise, with multiple choices of Thai, Chinese and Western restaurants and cafes. Delicious culinary experience! Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel in itself is lovely. The staff especially pop were very attentive just a bit of a language barrier. Shame they don’t offer breakfast although there is capacity for it. But what was a nice touch is they have water tea/coffee and small snacks for free. The area is pretty noisy unfortunately and seeped into our room of an evening was a bit difficult to sleep.

Sehr schöne stylische Unterkunft, in der Junior Suite ist es auch sehr ruhig, obwohl man mitten in der Altstadt ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft einem bei allen Belangen weiter. Die Umgebung ist voll von tollen Restaurants auch mit veganen Optionen, sodass das fehlende Frühstück im Hotel nicht groß ins Gewicht fällt.

This was an absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel with lovely, friendly staff. It’s connected to a cafe, they offer free snacks and tea/coffee, and it’s right on the main strip in Phuket town. Definitely stay on a Sunday to experience the night market!

Beautiful historical hotel. Self-serve snacks. I had a nice time relaxing in the cafe attic. They have a guide booklet in your room for activities. The headboard a little bit dusty. I want to come back, but probably will request the back unit or the one on second floor as the hotel has direct access to the road and you can hear traffic noise.

A lovely hotel I. The heart of Old town Phuket. Everything you could need is located around the hotel, food, shopping, transportation, etc. The hotel has a lovely vintage atmosphere, I felt like I stepped back in time in the most amazing way. The staff were very helpful and efficient.
