Ett jättefint hotell med klass och service. Personalen gör allt för att man ska trivas och må bra under sin vistelse. God mat! Nackdelen är att det är lite stökigt och högljutt i frukostmatsalen.

To my surprised they have upgraded me to a villa and it was so beautiful and I greatly appreciated. I was only there for 2 nights but will certainly be back to stay for longer. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, you would find anything hot or cold and the croissants were delicious. Amazing place, right on the beach and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Love Sofitel Nusa Dua, thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful Hotel, great pools and beach for kids and adults, great restaurant options and extremely friendly and helpful staff. We have now stayed there twice, in April 2023 and April 2026. The rubbish on the beach could be cleaned up better , some of the pool tiles are coming loose and happy hour is no longer 2 for 1 but no further complaints or concerns.

Great hotel with wonderful gardens and pools. Rooms are spacy but furniture and fittings are getting old. Nice restaurants with great breakfast spread but dinner at Kwezeen with special theme evenings is disappointing and overpriced. Dinner at Cucina on the other hand was a very nice experience. Staff everywhere in the hotel are super friendly and helpful. We will come back.
