The staff were fantastic. Anwar, Ali and the rest really went out of their way for us. The breakfast is great (you can have it on the terrace). One of the staircases is a bit steep, but take the other staircase and you'll be fine. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Riad Braya is very accessible too - just tell your taxi to go to the Dar Batha Museum roundabout (that has Fes Heritage Boutique on it, as is fontaine batha) and follow the alleyway in which Cinema Cafe is in. Keep going straight for about 5-6 minutes and Riad Braya will be on your right (it's name plaque has a blue light). The Riad itself is stunning inside, with great facilities. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Fes. The only negative I can think is one that is probably applicable to every Riad in the medina (I didn't explore the Merinid tombs side of the medina) which is the steep incline of the roads to and from souks, and historical sites such as the Qarawiyyin mosque. It's fine when you're on the way to said site, but the way back is a challenging incline to say the least. That said, the alley ways are clean and the floor is paved, so walking (and even a pushchair) shouldn't be an issue. That said, I think Riad Braya is in a great location as there is easy access to a taxi road it's very close to Bab Bou Jeloud. There are good places to eat nearby too (such as Barbecue Alarbi Fes).

Un soggiorno da mille e una notte! Struttura stupenda con un ottimo ristorante e la possibilità di ordinare la colazione la sera prima e decidere se farla in camera, nel patio vicino alla piscina o nella splendida terrazza. Personale gentile e disponibile nel soddisfare qualunque richiesta. Un soggiorno a 5 stelle. Grazie!

Riad Braya is a beautifully appointed riad. The staff were fantastic and so accomodating. Great views from the roof top terrace and a good breakfast. Mint tea on arrival was the best I had in Morocco. Would definitely stay again.

Had a very nice stay, albeit short. The staff were extremely welcoming and made my stay very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking Fez was great. Room was really spacious and had the best modern shower ever. Great value for money too, would definitely stay again!

Riad was very beautiful, quiet, comfortable with the kindest, mist helpful staff in Fes!!! Especially Ali. Have dinner on the rooftop—their cook is outstanding! Would definitely stay here again.

Riad Braya was set in the Medina, so be prepared to walk to the property as cars are not allowed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property itself was nice enough, but there was one area where I thought there was room for improvement. As is common with riads, there were not windows to bring in outside light. It would have been nice if the room had softer lights as opposed to the somewhat florescent feeling bulbs. Also, the nightstand lights were very dim, making it impossible to lie in bed and read. Fortunately our room had it's own private big stretch of balcony, so we could sit there, which was lovely.

From our arrival to departure, the staff at Riad Braya provided outstanding service. We were able to check in early and welcomed with rose scented hand towels, mint tea and an assortment of delicious biscuits. Our room was large and very comfortable with lots of drawers and hanging space. Breakfast was filling with a range of options and good coffee. The rooftop terrace provided a panoramic view of Fes as well as comfortable loungers. Some reviews have complained about the smell from the bathroom- yes there are smells but the modern doors between the bedroom and bathroom prevent it spreading plus it is not strong or constant and as the manager has commented, is to be expected in an ancient building. We particularly appreciated having one staff member help with our luggage and taxi when we were leaving. A huge thank you to Tariq who helped us with a tour operator, Ayoub and Mohammed for your outstanding hospitality.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Ich war mit meine Mutter da und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann die Ruhe sehr genießen. Das Essen ist so lecker. Die Aussicht auf der Dachterasse und das Frühstück ist unvergesslich.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Riad Braya. The riad was not very crowded while we were there, so the service was good and the staff was always available. The main downside is that room cleaning was random from one day to another, e.g. some days we had body lotion, but the other we did not. It was a nice oasis from the craziness of the Medina and all the scammers who try to tell you that "the roads are closed".

L’un des plus beaux Riads que nous avons visité au Maroc! Magnifique! Confortable, propre, bien situé et personnel accueillant et agréable. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation lors d’un prochain voyage à Fès!

Mohammad and his team understand hospitality! They are so welcoming, understanding, and extremely humble. Omar even went out of his way to serve us a delicious breakfast earlier than they usually do. We expected something small, but they were still able to provide a full (and delicious) meal. With a lot of our plans having us leaving early and coming back late, we were always treated with respect. They were accommodating beyond our expectation. The Riad itself is clean and well taken care of. There were a few cosmetic things we noticed in our specific room, but nothing that took away from our experience. I highly recommend booking a few nights at Riad Braya. you will not be disappointed

Wonderful stay. The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean, beautiful and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here while in Fes. The Riad is close to the hustle and bustle but also in a quiet area. It was a wonderful experience.

Excelente Riad, lindo, limpo, fácil de encontrar. As fotos são fiéis ao local. Fica próximo a uma das entradas da Medina onde é possível estacionar o carro. O atendimento é excepcional. Os preços das bebidas e da comida são muito bons. Agendamos um jantar em uma das noites e foi muito agradável. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Importante ressaltar que servem bebidas alcoólicas, o que é bem raro em Marrocos.

As soon as we arrived, we felt very welcome. The staff greeted us with Moroccan tea and biscuits. The room was a nice size and included a comfortable seating area and spacious bathroom. Delicious breakfast. Great location in the medina. The staff even escorted us to our car after we checked out.

The riad was very beautiful, the room was spacious. I’d suggest bringing shampoo and conditioner. Staff were amazing very kind and helpful. It’s is very close to the blue gate and museum. Lots of food options.

Excellent service especially with Mohammed. He personally took us to the nearby restaurant area and gave us warning to avoid falling victims to scammers. He came to pick us up from the restaurant after dinner. He always welcomed us with a big smile and quickly responded to our requests. The Riad is beautiful with luxurious towels, slippers and bathrobes.

It would have been nice if the room had softer lights as opposed to the somewhat florescent feeling bulbs. Also, the nightstand lights were very dim, making it impossible to lie in bed and read. Fortunately our room had it's own private big stretch of balcony, so we could sit there, which was lovely.

We were able to check in early and welcomed with rose scented hand towels, mint tea and an assortment of delicious biscuits. The riad was very beautiful, the room was spacious. I’d suggest bringing shampoo and conditioner. Staff were amazing very kind and helpful. It’s is very close to the blue gate and museum. Lots of food options.

Excellent service especially with Mohammed. He personally took us to the nearby restaurant area and gave us warning to avoid falling victims to scammers. He came to pick us up from the restaurant after dinner. He always welcomed us with a big smile and quickly responded to our requests. The Riad is beautiful with luxurious towels, slippers and bathrobes.

As soon as we arrived, we felt very welcome. The staff greeted us with Moroccan tea and biscuits. The room was a nice size and included a comfortable seating area and spacious bathroom. Delicious breakfast. Great location in the medina. The staff even escorted us to our car after we checked out.

The staff were fantastic. Anwar, Ali and the rest really went out of their way for us. The breakfast is great (you can have it on the terrace). One of the staircases is a bit steep, but take the other staircase and you'll be fine. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Riad Braya is very accessible too - just tell your taxi to go to the Dar Batha Museum roundabout (that has Fes Heritage Boutique on it, as is fontaine batha) and follow the alleyway in which Cinema Cafe is in. Keep going straight for about 5-6 minutes and Riad Braya will be on your right (it's name plaque has a blue light). The Riad itself is stunning inside, with great facilities. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Fes. The only negative I can think is one that is probably applicable to every Riad in the medina (I didn't explore the Merinid tombs side of the medina) which is the steep incline of the roads to and from souks, and historical sites such as the Qarawiyyin mosque. It's fine when you're on the way to said site, but the way back is a challenging incline to say the least. That said, the alley ways are clean and the floor is paved, so walking (and even a pushchair) shouldn't be an issue. That said, I think Riad Braya is in a great location as there is easy access to a taxi road it's very close to Bab Bou Jeloud. There are good places to eat nearby too (such as Barbecue Alarbi Fes).

Riad Braya was set in the Medina, so be prepared to walk to the property as cars are not allowed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property itself was nice enough, but there was one area where I thought there was room for improvement. As is common with riads, there were not windows to bring in outside light. Mohammad and his team understand hospitality! They are so welcoming, understanding, and extremely humble. Omar even went out of his way to serve us a delicious breakfast earlier than they usually do. We expected something small, but they were still able to provide a full (and delicious) meal. With a lot of our plans having us leaving early and coming back late, we were always treated with respect. They were accommodating beyond our expectation. The Riad itself is clean and well taken care of. There were a few cosmetic things we noticed in our specific room, but nothing that took away from our experience. I highly recommend booking a few nights at Riad Braya. you will not be disappointed

Had a very nice stay, albeit short. The staff were extremely welcoming and made my stay very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking Fez was great. Room was really spacious and had the best modern shower ever. Great value for money too, would definitely stay again!

Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Ich war mit meine Mutter da und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann die Ruhe sehr genießen. Das Essen ist so lecker. Die Aussicht auf der Dachterasse und das Frühstück ist unvergesslich.

Please stay away from this property. Horrible staff. He refused to pick us from taxi stand. Whole property was empty. At night the care taker left the property and AC staff working. We called the main number and no body picked up the phone. Tried to find someone and there was no one else. Front door was locked and we could not go out also. Bathroom was smelling and fixture were all loose. We left the property first thing in the morning and booked another hotel. Lost the money but we have to run for safety. Expedia should not offer this property.

Lovely Riad! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. You are offered a tray of mint tea and little snacks when you first arrive and when you come back after a long day in the Medina. Staff also helps you with suitcases to and from the nearest parking area. Great breakfast and they also have a bar.

Property is beautiful. The pool area, even though we didn’t get to use it because of the weather, is pristine. The stairwells and the balconies, everything is clean and decorated beautifully. The service is OFF THE CHARTS! The guys that work there are exceptional and go above and beyond to help with bags, directions, anything. Breakfast is AMAZING!!!! My only complaint would be the handheld shower situation. It has one of those half glass shower doors, so basically the entire bathroom can get flooded with water every time you shower. And there is pretty much a limit of only getting one towel per person. We were ready to go to one of the souks two actually buy towels so we could keep the floor dry.

The staff were amazing, welcoming and kind. Breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit salad, pastries, yoghurt, different types of bread freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. Room nice and a good location. Great shower and very very clean. But the best thing was the kindness of the staff
