This is a good location on Kuta beach. We enjoyed the availability of surf lessons, nearby shopping, and restaurants. This stretch of beach has nice sand and great waves for beginners and intermediate surfing. The property itself has a great breakfast buffet, really nice fitness center, and the staff was helpful.

There is not one thing that can be improved. The hotel is beautiful. All of the staff were amazing. The spa is a must visit. Beautiful place and pp. I’ll only stay here while visiting.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Stones Autograph in Legian for a second time, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Yuliasari. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Its definitely an older resort which is kept at exceptional shape. The service of all staff has been really remarkable and is at a 5-star plus level, very lind and personal. The breakfast and other dining options were very good and offered a good mix of western & Asian cuisine. The pool has been decent and large. The gym has been ok. The location is good and in decent walking distance to further restaurants and shops and obviously the beach.

The Stones Hotel is very clean and modern with a big pool for all ages and just 2min walk to beach.The staff's are very friendly and always helpful at all times. Location is smack bang in the centre of Kuta, plenty of eat in restaurants, shopping and gifts stores around for your convenience. Would consider coming back on next trip and recommend The Stones for any traveler coming to Kuta. Thank you The Stones Hotel for a wonderful time during our 1week holiday in Kuta.

The stones was everything I could have dreamed of while on vacation. They catered to my every need. They went over and beyond for my birthday. The kindest gesture ever. The facility was so clean and so nice. The staff was so friendly. I recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Bali.

Nice friendly staff, nice breakfast. Cocktails were not nice and we saw a cockroach in the room!! Room also smells. Entrance of the hotel is through a dilapidated- abandoned structure. Horrific first impression!

It was very clean and convenient, the staff were friendly and enjoyable, and the breakfast was good quality and tasty. The disappointing part was that the rooms faced the pool, which was sometimes noisy late at night. We were told that there was a shopping centre adjacent to the hotel, but unfortunately it was closed and only a small convenience store was open.

We've stayed at The Stones twice now and we just love it there! The hotel is absolutely amazing - the rooms are clean and spacious, with modern facilities. The pool is just amazing and the breakfast buffet is out of this world! Would stay there again and again!

The hotel is a bit old and we saw a few roaches in our room at night for a few days which was a bit of a disappointment. Don’t know if it’s because our room is on the first floor. They should do a better job for the pests. But I do have to say, it has a nice pool and restaurant food is nice too. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is also very convenient to eatery and shopping and of course the beach!

We have stayed 3 times at the Stones. Excellent location and staff amazing. I feel the hotel is getting a bit tired. But I know the weather does detoriate things very quickly

We stayed at the stones hotel for six nights in August 2024. Check in was very smooth with John being very helpful at the front counter. The pool area was clean and very large but they never seem to be enough pool chairs to go around for all the guests staying at the hotel. We found out that people are not staying at the hotel could pay money to come and The pool for the day. Perhaps this contributed to the crowding. The room was well appointed but looked a little bit tired around the bathroom areas. There was mould in the shower when we arrived but the cleaners came straight away and sort it out that proper. The daily breakfast is good with my wife being gluten-free. She really appreciated the chef and service staff giving in accurate information and making sure that she was looked After. The downside is that the hotel is located quite a distance from the road and it added another 150 m to the walk back to the hotel once you arrived at the entry. This wasn’t a reason to not stay at the hotel. It became a little bit annoying and frustrating later in the trip especially I’m very hot days. We asked the front counter about a late checkout the day before at departure date. Yoga was very helpful and was able to provide a 2 pm checkout instead of 12 noon and no additional cost. Overall I would say the service of the staff is great and they could regularly check in with you to make sure everything was okay and you had what you needed.

The first class service of staff tops everything beyond the hotel’s excellent facilities. The rooms that face inward the magnificent pool with tub in the balcony are worth the upgrade. The rooms are a good, comfortable size, food in the restaurant offers a variety of local and international cuisine, and the beach is just across the property for those beautiful Bali sunsets.

The main pool is lovely and a great temperature, we had a room with our own plunge pool which could really couldn't use as the water was just too cold, it's a shame they are not plumbed into the main pool, definitely wouldn't bother with a plunge pool again just a waste of money. The mattress was very hard which was very disappointing, we usually stay at the bandha and the mattresses are incredible.
The main pool is lovely and a great temperature, we had a room with our own plunge pool which could really couldn't use as the water was just too cold, it's a shame they are not plumbed into the main pool, definitely wouldn't bother with a plunge pool again just a waste of money. The mattress was very hard which was very disappointing, we usually stay at the bandha and the mattresses are incredible.

Great pool area, great breakfast, and friendly staff everywhere. Rooms are good size (outward facing rooms have no balcony), our choice to stay in a room with no balcony, but next time with have a room with a balcony). IMO needs a better menu for poolside food. Short walk for many food choices, or dine in at the hotel restaurant. Plenty of transport available out front of hotel.

Rooms are good size (outward facing rooms have no balcony), our choice to stay in a room with no balcony, but next time with have a room with a balcony). IMO needs a better menu for poolside food. Short walk for many food choices, or dine in at the hotel restaurant. Plenty of transport available out front of hotel.

We stayed at the stones hotel for six nights in August 2024. Check in was very smooth with John being very helpful at the front counter. The pool area was clean and very large but they never seem to be enough pool chairs to go around for all the guests staying at the hotel. We found out that people are not staying at the hotel could pay money to come and The pool for the day. Perhaps this contributed to the crowding. The room was well appointed but looked a little bit tired around the bathroom areas. There was mould in the shower when we arrived but the cleaners came straight away and sort it out that proper. The daily breakfast is good with my wife being gluten-free. She really appreciated the chef and service staff giving in accurate information and making sure that she was looked After. The downside is that the hotel is located quite a distance from the road and it added another 150 m to the walk back to the hotel once you arrived at the entry. This wasn’t a reason to not stay at the hotel. It became a little bit annoying and frustrating later in the trip especially I’m very hot days. We asked the front counter about a late checkout the day before at departure date. Yoga was very helpful and was able to provide a 2 pm checkout instead of 12 noon and no additional cost. Overall I would say the service of the staff is great and they could regularly check in with you to make sure everything was okay and you had what you needed.

The breakfast, facilities and location is excellent. The staff are exceptional. My husband and I have dietry requirements and we were catered for very well. Nothing was too much trouble and we were offered alternatives to what was on the buffet. We would definitely stay at The Stones again.

Been before last year. love the place. I booked 5 rooms this time. 3 rooms were not ready to check in at 3pm and have to wait ril 5pm. Not acceptable at all especially i am a regular and booked 5 rooms. The excuse thae some rooms extended 2 hours stay. Well they psid for that why not us. Very bad. Not happy at all

Superb hotel and amazing staff who are all super helpful and friendly. Sayen Juni on the desk were amazing as was all the restaurant staff in the morning, all so nice. Harry was very friendly ensuring all was good with our stay on most mornings. Ivan looked after us daily along with another vent nice person at the pool bar every day. Hotel is very well kept and a great position to venture out. Would defnately recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved staying at The Stones Legian, Bali. The staff are humble, lovely and respectful, always happy and greet you everytime they see you. The breakfast buffet is amazing and again the staff are very very welcoming. This is the best hotel we have stayed at yet. The staff made the stay the most enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and all had smiles on their faces at all times. Because the hotel is not a huge resort, going from your room to the pool/restaurant is not a trek. Loved the staff. The floating bean bags in the pool you could lie on all day was just perfect. Did I mention the staff.

the service was above standard they bent over backwards to help my sister had a dairy allergy they cooked special meals and constantly checked in on us. Epik was amazing the chef, also Sari customer service was above and beyond. 🤗

A great clean safe property with beautiful rooms and pool area. I had to take away a star for the constant upselling by the staff. It starts at the check in process and is laced through every interaction with service staff. It got to the point we avoided dealing with staff and opted to eat and drink off site to avoid the constant upsell.

The Stones Hotel is very clean and modern with a big pool for all ages and just 2min walk to beach.The staff's are very friendly and always helpful at all times. Location is smack bang in the centre of Kuta, plenty of eat in restaurants, shopping and gifts stores around for your convenience. Would consider coming back on next trip and recommend The Stones for any traveler coming to Kuta. Thank you The Stones Hotel for a wonderful time during our 1week holiday in Kuta.

This is a good location on Kuta beach. We enjoyed the availability of surf lessons, nearby shopping, and restaurants. This stretch of beach has nice sand and great waves for beginners and intermediate surfing. The property itself has a great breakfast buffet, really nice fitness center, and the staff was helpful.

Location, facilities, accommodation all on point! Central to both Kuta mall & Seminyak, both approx 20km walks. Plenty of shops & restaurants all around. Right across from the beach, large size pool with a day club feel, plenty of food & drink specials, great pool view & feel if you get a balcony, plus it's away from the main road, so no noise, nice & quiet. Only issue with service is that the attendants seem to disappear, so had to go up to the bar myself a few times. Language barriers with some convo's, but overall great place & friendly people, definitely recommend & would go back again :)

We like the location of the hotel. The food and drink at the hotel are dear but the Happy hour 12-6 was great value. We had a conversation with Yuli who is a customer experience officer and she was wonderful. She asked for our feedback the second day at the buffet breakfast and we asked if we could have more water and toilet paper in our room and that was no issue for her to organise. We received extra paper and water in our room the next day. The only criticism i do have about the hotel is that if you pay cash at the pool bar you are hounded to pay straight away instead of at least waiting for us to finish our first drink. It was a bit frustrating as they had our room number. A suggestion that would be great would be to have an air conditioned area that has a couple pool tables and a nice bar as it is very hot playing pool in the area the pool table is currently located. People would probably stay around the hotel grounds a lot more as there isnt much to do at the hotel once the pool closes. Overall the hotel is worth staying at.

Stayed four nights. This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The staff was phenomenal and I was super impressed by day two many knew my by name. On my last day I'd been on a tour and when I arrived poolside at six, a waiter asked me what I'd been up to because I'd arrived later than normal. The tub on the deck was an awesome treat as well. Only gripe, poolside drinks were *very* expensive, however happy hour 12-6 brings them down to not that badly priced. I wasn't a fan of the area in general. No safety issues. Just grew weary of constantly being asked if I need a ride or to buy a drink or... You know pick whatever. So not go there fir the beach. It is disgusting. They tell me it's a rainy season thing. But, yeah, that sucked.

Lovely hotel, large pool to sunbathe, getting sun beds wasn’t too much of an issue as they were constantly being given up by people rather than towels being left for hours without anyone using the bed. Rooms were good size and the restaurant food was of good value and quality

We’ve been to Bali many times but this was our first stay at The Stones, and it was exactly as we had been told by many others who had stayed before. Clean, friendly staff, central location. Just nice and easy. We will stay again no doubt.

Good size modern rooms, breakfast terrific, coffee is barista made and absolutely perfect! Staff are excellent and attentive and remember your names. Decent location, front entrance straight over the road to the beach. Sun loungers were generally all gone by 8am with towels on them, but no one actually using them. Good size modern rooms, breakfast terrific, coffee is barista made and absolutely perfect! Staff are excellent and attentive and remember your names. Decent location, front entrance straight over the road to the beach. Sun loungers were generally all gone by 8am with towels on them, but no one actually using them.
