Loved that it was pet friendly in the true sense. My dog was allowed in the restaurant and lobby areas as well, which is not very common in some other chains that claim to be pet friendly. This is what it means when a property is “pet friendly”! The staff were great and we had a lovely time!

What stood out in Hyatt Place was the staff especially in the dining area. Keze from Kohima Nagaland. She was such a wonderful person, good natured and smiling. The Head Chef Dhan Bhadur from Nepal was also amazing. He made sure I got meals which were less spicy. The others too were very kind. I was very touched by the farewell pastry that they served and took a group photo. This is what made the arduous trip to and from Hampi bearable since the hotel is an hour away. From the sites.
