This hotel is absolutely amazing, maybe one of the best ones I've been to when it comes to value for monev. First off it smells amazing, and apparently they have a special scent made only for them. The rooms are huge and decorated in a way that feels welcoming and at home. The restaurant has good food and you get a free wine coupon and 10% discount upon check in. Location is good, close to both metro and tram to accès the old city/ city center within 20 minutes with public transport. The old city being even closer. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the bathroom even has glaring body wash and shampoo, never ever seen that before !! I even extended my stay by one extra night because I enjoyed the stay so much. Would definitely recommend !

Die Kunstausstellung, die wechselt, ist super. Die Ausstattung meines Zimmers überragend schön und gemütlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet nachhaltig und aussergewöhnlich umfangreich. Es wird sehr viel Wert auf gesunde Lebensmittel gelegt. Optisch super angerichtet.

Funky, clever, industrial motif with personality. Comfortable bed, ac, and a good shower. The restaurant is really good. Parking is safe and convenient. You can hear your neighbors sometimes, but I was there when there were some wedding parties. Not so bad. A few more smiles from the front desk would be nice.

Muhteşem bir oteldi, özellikle odanın terasına ve hediye olarak odaya şarap bırakmalarına bayıldık. Kesinlikle her zaman öneri listemde olacak bir otel olacak. Her şey için teşekkürler, tekrar gelmek dileği ile :)

The TV kept freezing up and shutting off on its own.. not a big deal but would be nice to have one that didnt do that . Otherwise, great place!

Sehr schönes Zimmer, leider zur Strasse, wo Busse fahren. Sonst sehr coole Gegend mit tollen Restaurants, Metro un die Ecke

The room and breakfast were good but unfortunately I had a bad experience overall. 1 - the hotel was hosting a wedding which was loud and audible in my room. I asked at midnight when it would end and they said 3am and there was nothing they could do about the noise keeping me awake. I booked 10 months in advance and I think I should have been warned during that time in advance or allocated a room that wasn’t right above the restaurant. 2 - at 1am, a receptionist came through my locked door with a master key while I was undressed and in bed. This was a serious breach of my privacy and security and I was disturbed and unable to sleep after that. There is no other lock or bolt on the door so I felt unsafe. They should have, at the very least, knocked first before entering straight in. 3 - when I checked in, a receptionist told me I paid for two guests which I thought was an error, but they confirmed and said that two guests would be covered for breakfast. I invited my friend to join me for breakfast the next day, and the staff told me the receptionist made a mistake. They decided not to charge me but they treated me like I tried to sneak someone in. They offered me a bottle of wine to apologise when I checked out. I don’t drink and couldn’t take it on the plane anyway but I appreciated the apology. Mistakes happen and I’m sure others will have better experiences at this hotel, but I think all of these issues could have been solved by better practice as I’ve suggested.

Spacious room, stylish interiors, comfy bed, very friendly staff

While the hotel facilities and rooms are to a pleasant standard, the front of house receptionist and staff mannerisms were appalling. We parked opposite their hotel, which was muddy on the night we arrived. They complained grumbled, passed angry remarks in our presence with the dirt that came off my young son\'s shoes. They lifted the door mat in disgust, with angry muttering and stomping and hard stares at the children. They then proceeded to blame my 1.7 kg dog saying it was dog mess, that was in my arms. Despite correcting them, they continued to blame the dog over the next 2 days and rolled their eyes every time we walked past. Never greeted or smiled our way. We were made to feel very uneasy and unwelcome through our entire stay. I felt the need to take pictures of the room condition so I would not be needlessly charged, and found myself cleaning the floor for fear of complaints. They skirted the area the children were sat in at the reception, while we waited for our room, looking in disgust. When I spoke of their manners, the receptionist remarked " because the guests complained of the smell of the mud". The guests were cheerful and even greeted our little dog, this was certainly not the case. And it would absolutely not warrant their rude manners. They may allow pets, but they most certainly are not pet friendly ..let alone child friendly. This is not a family stay hotel. My son asked for salt "Yes, you already made me so much cleaning work with your dog poo".

I had a nice welcome at reception and given all the information I needed for my stay. My room was modern and cosy. There was a good selection of food at breakfast; my only feedback would be that I’d have liked some warm options too (for example bacon or warm sausages).

This is a hidden gem in the old section of Warsaw that wasn’t demolished in WWll.

Flot værelse med meget dejlig seng. Rigtig god beliggenhed, der er restauranter og vinbarer tæt på, og man er to minutters gang fra både metro og sporvogn.

Wonderful and stylish place. The area in general is artsy and hippie, old Warsaw, very nice and leafy street. Reminds me of Chicago.

Lovely place, woudl definetly come back, amazing room, and bed. Good lightning in the rooms and air quality. Its not next to the city center but right next to the metro, so you get easy acces to the whole city still. Would definetly come back.

This hotel is the very reason why picking a small hotel is worth it. We stayed in one of their best rooms and were extremely satisfied with everything. To top it off, their breakfast was far better than we would have expected. You should come here when staying in Warsaw!
