The breakfast wasn't great. Cold eggs, extra greasy bacon and sausage. I've had much better food with other average hotels. We were disappointed and decided to grab breakfast somewhere else. I feel like the pool and hot tub could have used more maintenance with cleaning out the leaves and rocks on the bottom. Having towels at the pool to use would also have been nice. We had to walk back to the front desk and ask for some. Not the biggest deal, but most places provide towels poolside. The hotel was quiet and the staff was helpful. I'm grateful for the working A/C on the 100 degree temperature days we stayed there.

It is so sad to say that this hotel truly has a problem with its service . Rooms are pretty old but spacious . Bed was confortable and clean but the bathroom was dirty . They try to clean it but it had stains that couldn’t come out without bleach and they don’t use that . After three nights/ days of asking for service clean towels they came once to bring towels but never did the beds . Horrible experience .. We ended up leaving the hotel a day before our reservation that was already paid

Awful hotel, bed felt like plywood, room felt like an oven, the so called AC unit was awfully inadequate, and the location is in the middle of a complete s#!thole ghetto neighborhood. Definitely my all-time worst hotel experience.

The hotel was great. The facility was clean, the room was large and spotless, and it was quiet. It's convenient to get to and has plenty of parking. The pool was closed for maintenance but looks like a great pool. We will definitely stay here again.
