The Kimball at Temple Square

Very nice property. Clean and quiet. I had booked a studio, but apparently there was an issue with the studio and they upgraded me to a one bedroom unit, which was very nice and very spacious. It had a nice living room, separate bedroom, good sized bathroom, a dining room, and a full kitchen. The bedroom had a king sized bed and there was a pull out sofa bed in the living room. I was traveling for business, by myself, however, it could easily have accommodated 4 people. I would highly recommend this property!

It was a nice size apartment. However, the hideaway bed was so uncomfortable, my children couldn’t sleep on it. We had to buy an air mattress. The worst part of our stay was when we had no water. We needed to check out at 9:30 and when we got up to shower at seven there was not a drop of water in our unit, but we could not contact the front desk because they do not open until nine. Because I booked through Hotels.com I was not able to get a refund. Water seems like the most basic necessity in a hotel room.

Kitchen was adequately supplied but the fridge was a little small. Toiletries were almost nonexistent.

We decided not to stay. On the surface it looked clean but minor things like the cup holder in the thearter chair was dirty. The layout was strange. To use the hideaway bed, which didn't exist and should have, we would have to move a theater chair and the coffee table. The area was pretty cramped. I sat on the bed in one room and sank almost to the box springs. I didn't want to wake up with a backache.
