The staff was very attentive and kind. They definitely made you feel welcomed. The room was perfect and exactly what you would expect. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, it was good, nice presentation, and clean. The parking is easy, plenty of spaces.

We had a very clean room and an overall good stay. When we arrived we waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. We rang the bell and called the hotel multiple times. Finally a lady came, she was busy changing sheets for someone and was the only person there. I felt bad for her since she couldn’t keep up, but management needs to staff better. This was very poor service! We were just about ready to walk out and find another room.

Staff is wonderful. Breakfast was terrific and stayed open long, which was great. Lobby was under renovation but all clean and organized. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious.

What a nice upgrade for the complete hotel. New carpet, new beds, wallpaper, TV's etc, The dining area is gorgeous with a separate area to where the food is. There is still some work to be completed and the registration area is next. The decorations around the hotel for each holiday makes for a delightful experience. Like the new coffee machine.
