The room was never serviced.I had to asked for clean towels. The checking never happened they put us in a room 425 and said their service was down. Never got a key to the room which was a major inconvenience and one day when asked to please open the room I was told to stay in the room, which I thought it was very rude given that this was all they fault during my stay. On checking out I did asked was going to be compensated for all the inconvenience they said that Hotel. Com was supposed to help with that. I don’t recommend this hotel…..

The pictures of the hot tub are a total lie. They took a picture of a water feature to make it look like it was a hot tub but it was a little shelf of water that you couldn't get in. There was a TINY broken hot tub to the side not shown in the pictures because it was not hot. The woman at the front desk said no, it's a whirlpool so it doesn't get hot. But also the jets were broken as well. They specifically say hot tub on the amenities list and feature a picture of something that is not a hot tub.
