We waited over 1 hour to check in before a concert. They said the credit card machine was out and internet wifi did not work. They handed out water bottles instead of a voucher or something for our trouble. The tissue box in the room was empty,

This is a great hotel. The rooms are spacious and I really liked the shower. It is walking distance to the convention center and the BOK Center. There is also a bar on the premises and a really nice pool. It is also very secure (gated with key code entry required).

Room was clean. Water pressure great. Elevators were fast. Parking underground was plentiful. Bed was comfortable. Pedestrian exits from underground parking could have been better marked. Not many toiletries offered in room (only one soap). I thought above-ground parking was free, but we were told it was $25. Might have been due to concert. Our biggest complaint was bar pricing. $15 per cocktail. Just a basic cocktail; nothing fancy. We had drinks at WXYZ before the show but when we saw those prices we walked elsewhere for drinks after show.
