Th hole is great for the price. Parking is an issue but the person in charge is very nice and helps make sure everyone fits.

They had no fitness room even though they said they do, the elevator smelled bad and needs to be updated.

Very close to Knott's (walking distance). Price was really good. Rooms looked nice and the refrigerator was roomy enough and there was a microwave. Close to Dominos (walking distance) which was nice. The help was friendly enough. Pool is sufficient and clean but not heated. Beds were not the most comfortable. To get ice you have to find personnel by the office to push a button from the inside to dispense the ice. That having been said, it was easy to find someone when we went to get ice. Just a slight bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Had a refrigerator and microwave which was nice. Second year in a row we have stayed here and I would definitely stay there again if we were to going to Knott's Berry Farm again.

Elevator was a little scary but overall great for the price.

It was a great hotel, lots of restaurants close by, and Amusement parks. Parking was limited and only one car per room.

The room was clean. I enjoyed the pool. It was clean. Parking was a problem one night but the staff helped me out. For the price I was satisfied with it.

Parking sucks. They do not have enough parking for all their rooms. I was double parked and had blocked 2 cars in for the entire night. So if your plan to go to dinner, be back by 8 or there's no parking

I am struggling to write this review. I felt welcomed, and the area was quiet and felt safe. However, this appears to be an older property in great need of maintenance, some of which appears to be minor. The main issue was whatever air freshener was being sprayed. It was overwhelming and difficult to air out. There were no places to charge anything on the nightstands. The TV was down to one channel after the first night. The floors evidently hadn't been mopped in some time. The bathroom faucet was dripping. An electrical outlet almost immediately overheated my charger. All said, the bed was comfortable and it was a convenient area to where I wanted to go. Would I stay here again? I don't know. I let the front desk know of these issues, and the gentleman was gracious. I'm not able to upload photos for some reason.

The location was perfect going to Knotts Berry and Soak city. took 8 minutes to walk to Knotts but they false advertise having breakfast. being on a budget coming from far away this was terrible and spent an Extra $200 dollars going to Ihop down the street. Very upsetting! The room accommodated us 5 but the top bunk railing was broken off. The floors were really dirty and made our feet black after walking around. so, we all had to wash our feet every night before bed.

The rooms were spacious and the bunk beds really helped to accommodate me, with the kids. However the rooms was not very clean at all. My grandson dropped his phone off the top bunk, and when we moved to bed to retrieve it, OMG! Appears a vacuum has never been used.

The customer service was amazing. The room was disgusting . There were spiders and ants in the bed. My feet were black from walking across the floor within 10 min. I dont think the floors were ever cleaned. The room looked very run down.

The staff was great but the room left something to be desired. The floors were impossible for the housekeeper to keep clean. Had to keep our shoes on the whole time or the bottom of our feet would be black. Bathroom looked as if it had floded at some point, the baseboard and the bottom of the door were rotted out. The sink was falling off the wall and the toilet seat was crooked and put your knees into the wall. Looks nothing like the pictures online, but you can see that they make an effort to keep things as updated as they can but the property is old. It served its purpose for a place to sleep after long days full of activities.

Found bed bugs on the sheets and found them coming from the mattress…

Carpet was sticky in room. Felt disgusting to have your shoes off. Trash was stuffed in between wall and mattress on the bunk beds. My wife got a foot fungus from the shower.

This is our go to spot for trips to Knott's! They are clean and very convenient to the park as you can walk across the street. It isn't fancy but the staff is always very nice and helpful! We get the room with 2 queens and a bunk bed in a separate room.

The room itself was average, no complaints there, our main and major complaints about our stay is the no hot water to shower. I called 3times and ask if they can fix the hot water issue and he kept telling me to run the water for another 5-10 minutes, and we did but the hot water never was warm enough to shower. So we had to take cold shower after 45minutes of going back and forth and we were in a hurry to get to Knotts.

Right across street from Knotts Soak City, and one block from Knotts theme park. For some reason, I had a mirror above my bed and blue "mood" lighting when you turned off the lights. Basic hotel. No amenities except heated pool. Needs updating. But it was clean and quiet. VERY small rooms and uncomfortable bed. Tissue paper thin linens.

Awesome room, but A/C didn’t work.

The hotel looks sus passing by but walking into the room I was pleasantly surprised it smelled clean and the beds were comfy. The main downside is that it was a family trip and there was so much noise outside and people being loud all hours of the night . Very motel 6 vibes iykyk. The rooms look redone but I would recommend a room on the second or third floor to avoid all the rude loud people. The shower handle was very loose too. But beds smelled clean and floor was clean

The room that has the bunk beds is extremely cool. I can't come close to saying the same about the mattresses. Bunk bed mattresses are essentially 3 inches of cushion on a plank of wood. One of the queen beds is so old and worn I hit the bottom as I sat down. Not the best

The room was decent for the price. The bed was very uncomfortable though but tolerable. I enjoyed being right across the street from Knotts and Soak City so it was worth it.

Room was clean and fine. Pillows are super thin so weren't very comfortable.

FRAUD! This is the second time my deposit has been returned to my account then a day later the hotel takes it back out! Please look over your bank statements to make sure you got your deposit back!

Staff was super friendly and very accommodating, even calls when we were late for checking to check on us. Room was clean and very comfortable for my family of six. Staff is so very helpful in suggestions of places to see and eatery suggestions.

When We Try To Check In And The Office Was Being Rude And We don't recommend staying there again

On the photos it looked nice. The service was horrible, the man at the counter was RUDE. The two rooms we rented were dirty and to top it off there was no parking.

The price was alright for the lack of ammenendies. Guest services was a little rude. They just wanted to get you in and out so they can sit in the office

Perfect place to stay for Knotts, extremely close. Bathroom needs upgrading, floor was a little yucky. Maids were courteous. Tv channels not so great.

Second time we've stayed here, and both times it's been a great value for our family's visit to Knott's Berry Farm. It's about a 10-minute walk to the front gate of the park. We stayed for 2 days and would walk back to the hotel, get lunch, and relax while the kids played in the pool. Then we headed back for more rides.

Stayed for a night with the family. Convenient location for a visit to Knotts Berry Farm parks. The water park is right across the street and the amusement park is about 10 minutes walking distance away. Free parking. Comfortable and clean. Good customer service. We would stay here again if we visit knotts Berry Farm again.

Very convenient for Knott's trip. Within walking distance which was great. Property is pretty old and out dated but great for a quick trip. We went to Knott's Scary Farm and only stayed 1 night. Perfect and very affordable for this kind of trip. When we first checked in, we had no hot water but the gentleman at the front desk fixed the issue right away. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker which you don't even get in more expensive hotel sometimes. Overall very pleased with our stay. Would stay again.

The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, there's a Walgreens across the street. You have rock n brews restaurant, medieval times, the pirates, a taco restaurant, McDonalds, etc. Very nice hotel. Highly recommended.

We were surprised that they did not serve breakfast. We stayed there a few years ago and they had a wonderful hot breakfast, but they have discontinued that.

Walking distance from Soak city and Knotts but sad to say,, it’s an old Inn and don’t expect much clean.. reception and lobby is dirty - took so long for check in and no drinking water to offer. Very limited parking

This place is in a prime location if you're heading to any of the stuff around Knott's Berry Farm. The check in staff was friendly. They do not serve breakfast which was a bummer as that had been part of the listing. The lobby is clean, has vending machines, and is dated. There's a good amount of parking for this property as well. The property is two stories with stairs. I'm unsure if they have an elevator to the top floor. We stayed in a family suite. The room's layout is... interesting. Kind of patched together and seems to have lots of DIY repairs throughout the room. The floors were newer looking vinyl which was great as we didn't have to worry about nasty carpet. The queen beds were rough though. One of the queen beds had hair under the sheets and the mattress kind of flopped over to the side when you laid on it. The bedding on that bed was also super itchy. The other queen bed seemed to be in better shape and wasn't itchy. The pillows were all very soft and uncomfortable, but if piled together with a couple or folded over in half it worked. The bunk beds in the "2nd" room are crammed into what must've been a small dining area at some point and has a kitchen sink, dishrack, and cabinets right next to the beds. Not the safest set-up if you're planning on leaving young children unattended in there as there weren't any visible child locks on the cabinets. AC units weren't the greatest, but we managed. Overall decent stay. Hopefully they're able to invest more upkeep in it.

The place was nothing like showed in pictures. The lobby was not clean at all or anything like pictures. Breakfast was not available or a sit down area. This area was full of old furniture and storage. Saying closed of covid. Update Web.

Ugly place… Linens were torn and stained. Paint was chipping off the walls and the bathroom was rusted over. I picked this place because it had breakfast and the pictures look nice and the reviews were were decent but when I arrived, they haven’t served breakfast in six years and the rooms were disgusting. Nothing like the pictures. If you call the hotel directly, it still says they serve breakfast, but that is False advertising. I will never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.
