Property was very nice and clean. Shuttle Service to i the Washington Commanders gane was provided. We did not have to fight the traffic

Excellent Property, stayed over Thanksgiving. Quiet, comfortable bedding, fully equipped kitchen, and security in parking lot was a plus. Only complaint is that the heating system is nosy, but it wouldn't prevent me staying again. Overall an excellent property!!!!

Liked everything! Planning next trip to same area and plan staying here again. And will looking at Residence Inns for all my stays . Only complaint was that the pool was closed !

When I arrived at 4:05 pm to check in room was not ready. It took nearly an hour for the room to be ready. The front desk agent helping stated that the other 2 bedroom suite AC was broken in that room. Used the lobby bathroom and it was so unkept and nasty. Toilet looked stopped up and just not what I am use to experiencing. Finally room is ready...get to room. In my inspection the bedroom with king bed toilet was stopped up with someone elses urine and toilet paper in toilet. Toilet paper was on the sink and with further inspection realized toilet paper roll was very loose. Could not support the toilet paper. Towel rack broken. Shower not clean. No complimentary soap except the soap already used on sink. Bed comforter had stains of something on it. When I go to the phone to call the front desk to voice my concerns. None of the telephones work in room 407. I called from my personal phone and the front desk agent stated he would come ro inspect. He never came to inspect. We go dowstairs to address the concern and was given a plunger and new comforter. I said so you want me as a get to plunge someone elses urine, tissue and feces? He looked like you dont expect me to do it. My daughter took the plunger and comforter from the front desk agent. Yes, I had to plunge and get cleaning products to clean the room. The front desk agent stated our phones in the room is an IT problem and he called them to address th issue. Pool was broken & dirty, if u wanted to swim use pool next door.

I felt that the staff were professional and the facility was clean. There was a security car in the parking lot. Im not sure why but I felt safe.

The stay was good.the pool was cold and wasn’t working so the kids couldn’t get in it

I booked this hotel for the pool. When i arrived they told me we had to go across the street to the sister property to use the pool. This morning the pool is open. There were no signs saying the pool was closed.

Upon my arrival…greeted by a very friendly and kind front desk person. She got me checked in quickly. My room was exceptional. I loved that it pristine and comfortable. The amenities in the room were great. The entire staff was excellent friendly knowledgeable and efficient. I absolutely look forward to staying here again

Very clean and inviting.

Carpet looks old and dirty. Why don’t the cleaning crew wipe doors down these days? There were smudges on the bathroom door and front entry door. Let’s talk about the breakfast area…OMG! I was there on Memorial Day, Monday. Was told breakfast ended @ 9:30 when i got down there at 9 the place was FILTHY I MEAN DISGUSTING!! Whoever was in charge of the area really shouldve been written up! There was nothing left except 4 dried out sausage links. The egg dish was dried completely up with a few remnants of egg (if you know you’re not going to refill-why not take the filthy dishes away from there?? There was another dirty serving dish of dried, crusty some sort of egg with cheese- that too was crusty with remnants of whatever was there. And the area to make your own waffles….OMG DISGUSTING, FILTHY, DIRTY!!!! The counter was strewn with egg particles, sticky& with other undefinable particles. There were scrambled eggs all over the floor, the batter to make waffles was empty! Not to mention ALL of the tables were FILTHY!! Someone asked the front desk for plates & the manager seemed EXTREMELY annoyed saying breakfast is over at 9:30AM, meanwhile there’s still like 25 min left sooo??!! Finally I get bk to the room with no food just a cup of lukewarm tea. I called the front desk to ask for later checkout the lady said I needed to be a Bonvoy member then flipped it saying I must be platinum tier to offer late check out ive stayed at MANY Residence end &was NEVER denied bc of “status”

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly, but the room had an awful musty order. It was nauseating and even with me using an air spray, the order was overwhelming. I passed an HVAC in the lobby and I hope it was a new one to replace whatever they have in the building currently. Probably need to clean out the vents as well.

Checkin was easy but that was about the only thing we liked about this hotel. Things that went wrong. 1. Lack of cleanliness - crumbs under the side of the bed in the master bedroom. Coffee lid in the kitchen floor. Some unidentified item in the bathroom cubby. 2. Master Bedroom TV kept turning off and on 3. The master bedroom was not leveled so the night drawers kept opening. I had to put my luggage in front of it to prevent it. 4. Vent closet was damaged 5. Pillows were extremely flat I’ve stayed in many Marriott Bonvoy Hotels in the past few years and had great experiences. This is the first time brand let me down. This hotel needs some TLC.

We got to the hotel a little after 3:00 and were told they were over booked and may not have the 2 bedroom suite available and if it is available we couldn’t get in before 4:00 because housekeeping was working on all the rooms. . I asked to speak to a manager who was not pleasant and had an attitude. She didn’t seem to care at all that we had an event to get to and that we had to get checked in so we could drop our stuff off and leave. I understand she was stressed out but she needs to handle the interactions with guests a little better. Wound up getting in our room just before 4:00. Hotel was decent enough except for the two six inch pieces of hair on the shower wall.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Great space. Clean and convenient

I stayed at this property with my 8 year old son and we enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, it was clean and we overall liked our room. The issue is that the AC unit was a bit loud in the room. I suggest bringing some ear plugs if you're to get the best sleep while using the AC.

I chose this property because it had 9/10 guest review but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. Within 2hours of arriving , the toilet clogged and the deadbolt in the door kept getting stuck so we could not close the door easily. We were informed that this was the way it was with many rooms. Additionally both TVs seemed to work inconsistently. The rooms are spacious and clean but without the needed repairs , this hotel falls short of the expectations I had from the published rating

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The apartment was well laid out and had comfortable bedding and furniture. The only feedback would be that the breakfast was a bit lack luster. The juice machine ( orange juice) was watery and did not taste good. But for a free breakfast I guess we can’t be too picky.

The hotel’s was convenient. It was minutes away from dining and shopping. Although hotel was clean bathroom sink was clogged and the phones and TV did not work.

The customer service from Kenny was amazing. He was very knowledgeable of his job and the community that offered us dining options. I would recommend staying at this hotel property.

Excellent staff services

The staff service was excellent

There was trash from the weekend before that was still sitting there in the sitting area. Also I didn’t like that housekeeping came into our room at 9’am; 10 and 11. when check out was at 12.

Front desk was VERY ACCOMMODATING! I appreciate superb customer service. Desean went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. Spacious room with an awesome hearty breakfast!

Very welcoming. The assistant manager Mr. Walker was welcoming and excellent to interact with. The hotel was super clean. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was convenient. They ran out of rooms before I could check in. I was still charged. Currently waiting for a refund but have not heard anything from property OR Expedia.

I wish there was a pedestrian path to get to the main road to walk to the stadium. Most people were jumping the fence.

My family enjoyed the stay for a birthday celebration. Will stay again. Good service and great location.

We got the suite that sleeps 3, we ended up coming here because we live out of town and my brother needed assistance for our mother's funeral arrangements. This hotel is located 20-30 minutes to central Washington DC (barring traffic), the staff is fantastic and the rooms are spacious. I actually liked this room more than the one we had at Disney when we stayed on property. The bathrooms are spacious and the living room has a pullout couch. There is plenty of drawer space, a full sized fridge and a microwave. I actually like that's it's in the government/business district because it's quiet and traffic noises aren't an issue. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby (and if you want, there's Grubhub, UberEats....etc.). The breakfast was well maintained and they have some of the best bacon! (eating is my happy place) Even though I'm still going through a lot emotionally dealing with my moms passing, this hotel made me at least have a place I could come to and not be stressed, I'll be staying here again and I really appreciate the top notch service. I would have taken pictures but I really wasn't in the right place mentally to remember to do that.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay. Room was spacious and clean. The service people were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. My only complaints were that upon arrival I had to wait several minutes to check in, there were no luggage carts available, and it was difficult to get the room warm. I would stay there again.

Check in was great, the place was clean, breakfast was good! The only thing I we noticed that could’ve been better was the AC in the bedroom as there was hardly an airflow but wasn’t too big of a deal- we just left the bedroom door open. This place was perfect for my husband and I and our friend! If we visit the area again we would choose to stay here for sure!
