The unit was nicely decorated (Beach house theme) and in a safe, quiet and convenient location. Took advantage of the pools and hot tub. What was a nice touch, is the owners of the unit has a book for visitors to write in if they want It was nice to read where people were coming from, which was from US, Europe and Asia. Also added our exprience in the book.

Love this place !we have been coming here for several years . It’s easy access and Central to many things . Our unit this year was older than the previous years. It was due for some renovation! I would also mention that one of the queen mattress in our unit is due to be changed. We were not able to enjoy our balcony this time because our neighbors were heavy smokers. I would recommend having an area where they can smoke instead of the balcony. We were not able to also enjoy the jacuzzi because of the quality in the water . We loved both pools !

The 2 bedroom area was large. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were great. We were on second level and could hear every step in the condo above us and they were walking normal. If we stayed again it would have to be a top level unit.

Nice condo. Weve stayed at this property before. Different condo. A well stocked condo. This one not so much. No spices or salt and pepper at all. The stove had only 2 burners that worked. The pull out ciuch was probably good for 2 nights. 3rd night our backs were needing something a bit firmer. Those were about the only issues. We enjoyed our stay and made use of the amenities. Such as the indoor pool and the gym. Next time we want to stay longer and maybe get to use the grill.

Place was cute and clean! However we stayed for 5 days did not have enough towels, trash bags or toilet paper! Check in is at 4 and the pool closed at 5 the day we checked in! We got to enjoy the pool the second day but then it was closed down due to maintenance issues the rest of time! They gave you an option to get a key for another facility but that was convenient for my family! Although the pool was shut down they aloud a family to come in and use pool for a birthday party!

Nice place to stay for a few days. We rented 2 units, enjoyed the location (close to town, beach and restaurants) and complex had a pool/hot tub. Rated 4 bc few minor issues, the floors are very thin so you can hear anyone walking around the condos above you very easily, in one unit-both hair dryers didn’t work, and the other unit smelled a bit like smoke. Overall, I would stay again.

Sadly I won’t return here got ground floor which smelled horribly of mold you could barely breathe. Carpet was duct taped down to floor visibly. Bed sheet on one bed was blood stained. Trash on floor in unit.

Our unit was comfortable but the sofa and bedding had a odor to them that made them smell unclean. The rest of the unit was very clean. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling and the draperies were hanging off the rod. The unit needs more furniture and lighting. The bathrooms were small and had little to no space for personal items. Disappointed in the unit after reading positive reviews online but property is well maintained and in a good condition.

For the most part my 3 night stay was great. A few hiccups. Heating system use was difficult to figure out in the bedrooms. There were extra pillows but no extra blankets. TVs were hard to figure out if you’ve never used Roku. Otherwise place was great. Super clean and spacious.

The condo was very spacious and clean…. I would just have liked another AC unit in the guest bedroom of the condo. The master bedroom and the living room have AC units….but I would still stay there again.

Clean apartment well suited for 6 people: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room and dining room. Balcony. However, Sound insulation from the apartment above is very poor and disturbing at night when trying to sleep and you hear ever steps as if elephants were living above.

Place is clean, service is great and fast (when you call the lobby for stuff). Only downside its a kinda old building so you can ear the family stomping on your head at any time. That being said take a room on the highest floor believe me you will like it

The unit was a bit dated but clean. While the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils it didn't have any basic supplies such as salt and pepper which would have been nice to not have to buy. There was some noise transfer from the upper unit, but was due to the age of building not noisy neighbors. The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, modest place to stay. The sunrise over the estuary was amazing.

Me and my family loved it. Started a little rough because Wi-Fi wasn't working but the awesome maintenance worker from Honduras, forgot his name, was amazing. Kids had a blast and me and my wide loved it as well. Spacious and clean. Close to amazing restaurants. We will be back!

Room above us sounded like they had a herd of elephants running around. Spoke with front desk about it and nothing changed. In frustration with the situation went to the unit to ask if f they could be a little considerate and quiet down at 10PM. Was told that they could make all the noise that they wanted to until 11PM. When I remarked that the previous night the noise went on until 11:30PM was told to leave or the would call the police. When I encouraged that the woman swore at me. This whole conversation took place between a closed door. Will never return.

The staff its super friendly, great customer service, properly very clean, the apartment was beautiful more than I expected I love this place, I like that they have a bilingual person at the front desk she was very helpful answering my questions, very nice place to stay

Front desk was amazing. We were assigned to a 3rd floor unit. My 82 year old brother was joining us for a couple of days but he has many health issues. We asked to get a 1st floor unit but they were full and didn't have one. The next day one cleared, they even sent someone to help us move down.

Property has large rooms and good views, and a nice location. Beds and sofas and armchairs were comfortable and washer/dryer in the unit is a real convenience if you need it. Office hours are very limited, communication with staff is poor and adversarial. Clerk told us we owed $180.00 in additional fees. When we asked to see the specific charges, we were told we were paid in full. Our front door was difficult to open due to deadbolt damage, so we left sliding glass door open for our 4 day stay to avoid being locked out. Customer service or support is not something they do well at this facility. If you can be sure you will not need to interact with the office staff for any reason, the physical premises are fine.

The unit was nicely decorated (Beach house theme) and in a safe, quiet and convenient location. Took advantage of the pools and hot tub. What was a nice touch, is the owners of the unit has a book for visitors to write in if they want It was nice to read where people were coming from, which was from US, Europe and Asia. Also added our exprience in the book.

Nice place to stay for a few days. We rented 2 units, enjoyed the location (close to town, beach and restaurants) and complex had a pool/hot tub. Rated 4 bc few minor issues, the floors are very thin so you can hear anyone walking around the condos above you very easily, in one unit-both hair dryers didn’t work, and the other unit smelled a bit like smoke. Overall, I would stay again.

Check-in was a little problematic since the office closed at 5, but we finally got confirmation through Expedia about getting someone to contact us about checking in after hours. Room was clean. Washing machine did not cooperate, and after an hour of trying different settings, we finally got a full cycle to work. It would have been nice if they had a kitchen sponge, laundry detergent, and glass cleaner or other type of cleaner to keep the kitchen tidy. Other than that, the kitchen is fairly well-equipped. The bedrooms are not vented and were quite stuffy on warm days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The unit was a bit dated but clean. While the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils it didn't have any basic supplies such as salt and pepper which would have been nice to not have to buy. There was some noise transfer from the upper unit, but was due to the age of building not noisy neighbors. The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, modest place to stay. The sunrise over the estuary was amazing.
