Its hard to beat the location of being right in the middle of the central block of downtown. Everyone in your party can walk to find food and shopping on their own time. Highly recommend Moab Coffee Roasters around the corner. As others have mentioned the house is well stocked. This top floor unit has large patios on the front and back which are nice and relaxing. The 2 park spots are easy to access. Our crew really enjoyed the Moab Food Truck park just around the block. Would definitely stay here again. Kali was great to work with on the mgt side.

Our family spent 5 nights here. We really enjoyed the spacious condo and its location in Moab. So close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The condo was spotless, the kitchen was large, and the grill on the deck was great for many home cooked meals. I would definitely stay here again!

Great condo in great location. Comfortable and clean. Well decorated. Great amenities provided. Didn’t use the hot tub or grill but it looked nice. The only issue is that only streaming was available on TV, no regular network channels. We could only watch Netflix. Walk to restaurants and downtown area. Highly recommend.

Very attractive condo with excellent kitchen and bathrooms. Located close to the main street in Moab within very easy walking distance to good restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable and the condo was quiet during our 3 day stay. On the downside, there isn't an icemaker and there was only one tray for making ice. Also, there weren't ottomans for putting your feet up after a long day of hiking. The comfort of this unit could be improved with the addition of a couple of ottomans, a few more ice trays and kleenex in the bathrooms.

The property was great. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood and could walk to everything downtown. Plenty of parking for three vehicles and plenty of space inside with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two large balconies on both sides so we could hang out for breakfast on the west side in the morning and stay cool in the evening on the east side. Very clean with all the amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Moab. We could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. It was also conveniently close to Arches National Park and all the outdoor adventures we wanted to do. The place itself was very clean, organized, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. We would definitely come back to stay here again! 5 stars all the way!!

This was our first trip to Moab and we wanted something in town so we can have a homebase for our growing family. 57 Robber's Roost was perfect on the top floor to get a nice view over other buildings and able to see the beautiful landscape. It was easy access in and out and around town. We would be more then happy to stay there again with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space.

This was a great location, and a great rental. Plenty of room, VERY clean, and great views of mountains and downtown. Everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking our dinners. Short walking distance to plenty of dining options and shopping. If our journey brings us back to Moab, we'll be back! Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We especially loved being so close to Arches National Park. We were able to visit the park not only during the day, but also went back to watch the sunset and star gaze after dinner. We walked to most of the restaurants and shops, all within a very short distance from the condo. The furniture was comfortable and the condo had most everything we needed and more. My only complaint is that there is no ice maker and only one ice tray. This caused us to have to purchase ice for our drinks, as we quickly ran out. I saw this mentioned in another review, but assumed the issue had been corrected. This is so basic, so I dont understand why this issue hasn't been addressed. A minor inconvenience for sure, but no one expects to have to run out for ice. Fix this for future guests! A few extra wash cloths would have been helpful also. Otherwise, it was a great experience and we would stay here again.

Highly recommend Moab Coffee Roasters around the corner. As others have mentioned the house is well stocked. This top floor unit has large patios on the front and back which are nice and relaxing. The 2 park spots are easy to access. Our crew really enjoyed the Moab Food Truck park just around the block. Would definitely stay here again. Kali was great to work with on the mgt side.

Very clean condo, easy checkin and checkout. The location is great. We could walk to restaurants and shopping on Main Street. Well appointed kitchen, though we didn’t use it. Unit was quiet, beds comfortable.

Wonderful penthouse (3 rd floor) right in the heart of Moab! Within walking distance of everything! The house was very CLEAN, and it had everything we needed for our stay! We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Moab. We could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. It was also conveniently close to Arches National Park and all the outdoor adventures we wanted to do. The place itself was very clean, organized, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. Our family spent 5 nights here. We really enjoyed the spacious condo and its location in Moab. So close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The condo was spotless, the kitchen was large, and the grill on the deck was great for many home cooked meals. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family (two adults, three kids,) stayed there in December. The apartment was great. It’s clean and spacious. Lots of restaurants and the national Park visitor center are within an easy walk.This particular unit is at ground level so you don’t have much privacy if the blinds are open. But the unit is set away from the main street so that wasn’t an issue.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We especially loved being so close to Arches National Park. We were able to visit the park not only during the day, but also went back to watch the sunset and star gaze after dinner. We walked to most of the restaurants and shops, all within a very short distance from the condo. The furniture was comfortable and the condo had most everything we needed and more. My only complaint is that there is no ice maker and only one ice tray. This caused us to have to purchase ice for our drinks, as we quickly ran out. I saw this mentioned in another review, but assumed the issue had been corrected. This is so basic, so I dont understand why this issue hasn't been addressed. A minor inconvenience for sure, but no one expects to have to run out for ice. Fix this for future guests! A few extra wash cloths would have been helpful also. Otherwise, it was a great experience and we would stay here again.

Plenty of parking for three vehicles and plenty of space inside with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two large balconies on both sides so we could hang out for breakfast on the west side in the morning and stay cool in the evening on the east side. Very clean with all the amenities.

This rental was both beautiful and convenient. It was very clean, nicely laid out and the view of the mountains from the balcony was spectacular. Being within walking distance of downtown Moab was certainly a big plus. There are a couple of really good restaurants within a short distance!
