I had a very disappointing experience with Blue Horizon Lodge. The location was infested with rats, and they had gotten into our food, leaving bites and feces everywhere. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Despite not staying there after the first night, the owner refused to provide a refund and simply didn't care for customer safety. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues. I want to inform others so they can make an informed decision before booking here. Stay away from this place, they dont care for customers, they only want your money.

cabins were cute and cozy. fireplace was great. bed was very bouncy though with every move also made alot of noise. couch could have used a upgrade to
