Staff is very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. Parking is very convenient, Safe and FREE. It was very handy to have a microwave and fridge in the room. The pool is very pristine (Exceptionally clean and well-maintained). Will most likely stay there again in the future.

The extremely soft bed.. the fresh and clean exterior and the friendly, "mom and pop" check-in process makes us want to return again and again.

My room has roaches which was disgusting to the point where I paid and didn’t even want to stay there I left n went to sleep somewhere else that’s how uncomfortable and nasty I felt being in this room and I was on room 52 never ever again

Not a great property. Our unit was very dirty. Came with only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. No coffee or coffee service. Office was closed and only service window used. Not attended often.

This has to be one of the most disgusting motels I’ve ever stepped foot in there. This hotel had cockroaches all over the floor as you first open the door. In both of the rooms that I had purchased it smelled super musty filthy, and was really disappointed with customer service especially with the cleanliness of the rooms, beds, and restrooms, would not recommend at all.

When we walked into the property, the floors were not swept. Also, there were bugs flying around and that there were trash that were not taken out before our check-in. The two full -size bed were also too close to each other that we barely had a room to walk around the bed. No room service was done either, leaving us with no new towels to use during our stay. To simplify, I do not recommend this place to those who are planning to stay around the Anaheim area. You will just be disappointed.

When we got here, the neighborhood was sketchy. The lady who checked me in was super nice. You need a cash deposit of $50 that I wasn't aware of. When we walked into the room, it was run down. There was a big dead cockroach body on the wall. We asked for 2 queen beds. We got a king bed and full in the room. The king bed was super comfy I let the kids sleep in it. The full was hard. The bathtub is super slippery so be careful when taking showers. We just needed the beds to sleep but otherwise, we won't be returning. My daughter felt weird being there. Neighborhood was quiet and it was full of cars so I felt ok staying since I paid for the room.

I liked the short driving distance to the place we were going thats why I chose this property. We were just looking for place to stay the night and it kind of fit the budget. Still worth staying eventhough bed was little off [felt like falling of the edge] cause there was queen bed on top of two twin bed. Overall it was still good for what you pay for. Perhaps need more pillow. A/c was pretty good, fridge and microwave was helpful to make it easy to heat up food and kept drink cold. Even came with essential like bar soap, shampoo and conditioner.

The owners are very nice ppl... They give you your privacy..a lot of privately owned motels around here are nosy and have ridiculous rules.The owner is very pleasant and accommodating.When I first checked in he gave me an upstairs room. But when he saw me struggling with all of my baggage he came back outside and offered me a room downstairs..

The only mirror was not a full mirror, just one over the sink. There wasnt updated means of charging electronics. The staff keeps the remote in the office til checkin. The cash refundable deposit wasn't returned because we left early. You must ask for a hair dryer, the first one didn't work at all the second one, which i was informed was the only other one, was on its last leg. The ice machine was outside and unappealing. The shower head was shoulder height at best and I am only 5'6". The soap didn't lather and there were 2 shampoos and no conditioner. These may seem petty but when you travel from the east coast and take as minimal as possible, for the rate that was charged I would expect to at least have these things as standard and appealing.
