The ladies at the front desk were nice. Easy check-in. Easy parking. Love the location. The hotel room was dirty. Sheets were clean but every surface was dirty. The side table had a white substance that spilled down the bed side table and dried. The lamp surface was dirty. The fridge cabinet was dirty with dust. Bathroom sink faucet had toothpaste splatter. Shower had hair on the wall, tile grout was dirty. There is no attention to detail when cleaning the room. The heat was on 71 but it was HOT!!! The breakfast was awful. No creamer, no coffee. People left their trash in common areas of the dining area. The coffee creamer station was dirty. They don’t wipe down spills. It wasn’t a great experience!

I booked the room at this hotel with an outdoor pool. Checked in our room and saw that the pool didn't have water in it. So last two Holiday Inn hotels that featured outdoor pools were not usable! Disappointed 😔

Arrived early and staff worked quickly to get my room ready. Room was clean and smelled good. Pool was very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options and staff quickly worked to add fresh food as needed. Very welcoming place and would love to stay again.

It was a last minute decision and we were late arriving. Checked in late that night and was tired. Immediately noticed tub was dirty and toilet had urine and residue on the seat. We were tired so i just used my Lysol to clean and sprayed everything down. Cleaners just need to be more thorough. Everyone was really nice. Breakfast was packed and no food was really left at about 9am but we didn’t wait to see if anything else would be brought out.

The room wasn’t clean, peanuts on the counter and the bedding had stains. Not to mention the air wasn’t working. I didn’t bother to alert the front desk due to being there for an event, that I was running late for. Didn’t have time to move rooms.

Checked in at 630pm. Left 4 rooms because of multiple stained carpets, AC heat not functioning, giant paint stains , paint spills in the bathroom, depressing and dingy, black out curtains filthy andgwberal dusty. The room we settle on had: Carpet better but I would later find out Dan I the bathroom doesn't work, giant cockroach found at 5AM. I can see why they have cockroaches. Behind the furniture not vacuumed and underneath cabinet there was found. Carpeting sticky. I don't t have time to work for Expedia or the Holiday Inn.I would like a full refund at this point we are leaving g now and will eat somewhere else . If Expedia does not refund my money I will never use Expedia again despite using it for 20 years The front desk person Inisha did what she could but upgrading to a bigger room doesn't solve the problem that the rooms are dirty. The general manager gave me some IHG points( my suggestion) after saying there was" nothing she could do.* and that Expedia has to handle any refund. I am tired of taking care of you people. I would have been better off sleeping in the car and getting coffee at the gas station. This was a big disappointment and a waste ofy money and time.

The check in went very well and was very fast. The front desk clerk was friendly. The problem was the cleanliness of the room. There was hair all over and pills in the bathroom. The dust on the bathroom counter, the coffee machine, the desk, the end table and the tv console was an inch thick. The radio was behind the nightstand which shows it wasn’t even cleaned, when I moved it, there was food and a beer can behind it. The chair could be steamed because it was horribly dirty. It smelled like bug spray in the room when we made it also. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and bedding just to be more comfortable and the mattress felt like I was laying on wood! Pleas please retrain housekeeping because that is the worse. No one wants to stay in a filthy room.

Day 1- The shower was clogged Day 2- We told the front desk and they sent someone immediately so that was good on their part. The brealfast was not appeasing. Everything looked and taste as if it were saved from the previous day. The fruit had knats crawling/flying all over it. We get back to our room for the night and we have no towels to use and the trash hadn't been taken out. We told the front anddesk and they gave us new towels and said she would put us down for full service. Day 3- We tried to give breakfast another shot, but it was the same. We get back and oncagain there are no towels and the trash is there. We call the front desk and explain that we were suppose to receive full service after not getting it the day before. She calls the housekeper and they lie and say we had our do not disturb sign out. We were there for a conference amd had to be out by 9 every morning. We never touched that sign. To sum it up and I hope they see this, we will not be staying at this location again. Oh and the walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbor coughing, hacking, and snoring every night. or full service the mext day. Day3-

The property was easy to get to but the staff was very unprofessional. I stood at the counter 15 mins while the lady ran around. The hotel didn’t smell or look pleasant. The property was easy to get to but the staff was very unprofessional. I stood at the counter 15 mins while the lady ran around. The hotel didn’t smell or look pleasant. We only stayed for one night however first impressions are lasting impressions. Miranda at the front was amazing she stayed in contact throught her entire shift making sure we had everything we needed. The entire staff that i encountered was very friendly and helful.

Staff was awesome thank god because expedia didnt do there part . I booked through expedia and when i arrived at the hotel my booking was no where in there system . Holiday Inn staff was amazing after showing my proof of payment and booking they came through with a room for my stay without me getting charged twice ...i will be booking through IHG in the duture

Hotel is conveniently located w/ plenty of lighting and self parking. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous; breakfast was very good on both week-end dates served hot and w/ plenty of options. I planned a trip to take my elderly father to visit his home state and stayed in Natchez for a few nights. While here, my dad unexpectedly had to be admitted to the local hospital and the staff went above and beyond to make me and my son comfortable and even extended our nights with ease when we weren’t able to leave on the day we planned. They checked in on us and were just the friendliest people! I will 100% stay here again next time I am passing through. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the hotel was in a great area.

Day 1- The shower was clogged Day 2- We told the front desk and they sent someone immediately so that was good on their part. The brealfast was not appeasing. Everything looked and taste as if it were saved from the previous day. The fruit had knats crawling/flying all over it. We get back to our room for the night and we have no towels to use and the trash hadn't been taken out. We told the front anddesk and they gave us new towels and said she would put us down for full service. Day 3- We tried to give breakfast another shot, but it was the same. We get back and oncagain there are no towels and the trash is there. We call the front desk and explain that we were suppose to receive full service after not getting it the day before. She calls the housekeper and they lie and say we had our do not disturb sign out. We were there for a conference amd had to be out by 9 every morning. We never touched that sign. To sum it up and I hope they see this, we will not be staying at this location again. Oh and the walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbor coughing, hacking, and snoring every night. or full service the mext day. Day3-

We stayed in same chain in Houston Texas before this and the breakfast was fantastic and clean. Workers are seen in front of building smoking.i went don about 815. This is not a place i would return to for the amount i spent for the night stay.

The hotel stay was fairly O.K. until I checked my account and they had charged me twice for the room which came to over $1000 in charges that they had charged my bank card. I was in town for a conference and my employer had sent the payment in the form of a check ahead of time as they requested. And even though I had called to verify that they had received payment from my employer they still charged my bank account two times for my stay. The person that I talked to that morning verified that they have received the check and the amount required for my stay. But after I had checked out and looked at my bank statement the hotel had charged me two times for this room. When we got into our room, we found that the air conditioning unit was leaking and the carpet around it was soaking wet and soggy. After notifying the front desk, we were moved to another room. While the second room was better, the beds were extremely firm and there was visible black mold on the bathroom ceiling. We stayed in that room despite those conditions because we had already been inconvenienced by having to move rooms. When we checked out, we informed the front desk staff again about the leaking air conditioning unit in the first room. She told us that, because of the leak, the room was not supposed to have been occupied at all. She also mentioned in passing that she would be glad when the remodel began so they would not have “these problems” anymore, which honestly made me wonder what other issues guests are dealing with that we did not see. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but this stay genuinely deserved one. No guest should be placed in a room that staff already knows should be out of service, and visible mold in a replacement room is completely unacceptable.
