The staff were very helpful, we arrived almost two hours early and as the room was ready we were able to check in early. Good parking facilities. Convenient location for visitor attractions and train station into the city centre.

The hotel has been refurbished The beds are very comfortable and decor modern and attractive . Excellent breakfast and hotel great value for money . What a find!

Room was tidy but decor tired. Was disappointed there was no evening meal service although it was suggested I could order food in. Bus service was ideal to get to Royal Orthopedic Hospital, just 2 buses. Noisy plumbing from other rooms, both early morning and late evening. Very little storage in room. Lovely staff.

Lovely little boutique hotel for a one night stay. The room was clean but needs a little freshen up. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and there were no hooks anywhere to hang towels. The shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. Parking was easy and right outside the door. Within walking distance of Cadbury's and about a 15 minute walk from nearby pubs and restaurants. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Plenty of choice for breakfast, including hot and cold items. Easy to find, just off the main road and right opposite Cadbury's. Lovely garden outside with places to sit.
