We arrived in the lobby to check in to find a sign that said be back in 5 minutes. 25 minutes later someone finally showed up to help us. The bed was very uncomfortable. The floor would have probably been softer. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The heating unit was set to 65 degrees and we woke up in the middle of the night and the room was very hot and the unit said it was 78 degrees. We will not be back.

This was an overnight trip on our way to NY. I chose this hotel because we like IGH. Went to use bathroom and there was no bar and toilet was very low. I thought all bathrooms had bars nowadays. We were thankfully moved to an accessible room. I had reconstructive foot surgery in January and am still healing. I have not been able to use a pool, walk on sand, go to a beach, due to the healing process. The time in the pool was heaven to me! We returned to our room after hours of pool and hot tub. To feel weightless was amazing. It takes a lot for me to walk with my walker as I am not full weight bearing. In order to sleep I have to take my aircast off and set myself up to have a safe night sleep. To our shock, someone opened our door and tried forcing themself past the latch, I instinctively jumped out of bed injuring my foot. The clerk gave someone the room we were in!! I was up all night shaking and in pain. Breakfast consisted of cold potatoes, eggs and hard, frostbiten turkey sausage. No bacon. No pancakes. One danish and stale lenders bagels. The OJ was brown. The waitress was kind enough to make us a plate of bacon and a fresh apple turnover. My experience was horrifying. I waited so long for that.

The front desk employees were super friendly and helpful! They even upgraded me with no charge when asked. I would definitely come back to this hotel. The pool was a bit chilly but tolerable and the hot tub was wonderful. The free breakfast had so many options and was very inclusive of all diet restrictions.

We arrived late at night and when we got to our room the beds were never made and the old used bedding was in a pile. There was no other rooms available so the front desk gave us some fresh bedding to put on ourselves. Not ideal but it was very late to find another hotel. The staff was very nice and the rest of the room was fine. It looked like everything was cleaned, they just never made the beds

The staff was extremely nice. Had the opportunity to meet the owner after breakfast. Very kind and engaged with guests. Came into the pool area and talked the kids to get their opinion on the temp of the pool. Will definitely stay there again.

The service was terrible at check in. Then we went to the room and the door was open so not sure if the room was clean. There was no house keeping to get the trash. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut because it was broken. So I would or recommend the hotel to anyone.

I loved the staff. They went above and beyond every single day I had to stay here during an extended stay due to moving from a home to an apartment that was not ready yet. I really especially appreciated being morning breakfast lady Amira who is so kind and so polite and was willing to carry my food up as I am disabled and was willing to do anything necessary to make my breakfast experience more pleasant. She kept the breakfast area spotless and safe and I felt very comfortable everyday with my free breakfast. The workers as far as the cleaning stop and the people behind the desk we're always so polite to me and my baby I will never be able to thank them enough for making such a troubling time for both of us so pleasant and welcome. This is also a safe place to be there is no funny business going on inside this hotel at all. The parking lot is safe your vehicles are safe and your person is safe at this facility. I would like to say this was my best experience ever at a hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend it highly to anyone looking for a safe pleasant place to be.
