Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, Personal total freundlich, haben sogar um 1 Nacht verlängert da uns die Unterkunft so gut gefallen hat und wir dafür lieber länger mit dem Auto an den Strand gefahren sind als eine neue Unterkunft zu suchen. Würden immer wieder kommen, Preis Leistung Top!!! Lift wird derzeit renoviert aber hierzu kam gleich ein Mitarbeiter um zu helfen das Gepäck in den 5. Stock zu bringen.

Resort is dated, but clean and the rooms are spacious, but dated, had everything we required. Balcony huge, with stunning views. Couldn’t get subbed! Was very busy, busier than usual apparently. Animation team kept the kids busy, pool bigger than it looks. Road works made it a nightmare to park- we hired a car, however we heard no noise or disturbances. Amenities close by including a Lidl. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would return.

We loved our stay at Royal Sun hotel. The view from the appartments is absolutely stunning and like nothing weve ever seen. The breakfast was delicious..and the staff helpful. We asked for an early check in which they said they would try to accomodate and after a long day traveling we were very grateful when our room was ready ahead of time. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. There is some work going on at the hotel and outside it. There were a few points when water / power was cut off. It didnt spoil our holiday, but its something to keep in mind. We'd have still stayed here again given the choice. The town is a walk down the hill away but its worth the walk - lots of shops, cafes and the beach here we thought was one of nicest around. All in all an absolutely lovely holiday in a quiet part of the island with amazing views. Thanks Royal Sun!

Spotless clean property with amazing views of the ocean. The rooms are vary spacious and the staff extremely hospitable. The pool is a great place for kids and family to unwind. Overall an amazingly vacation destination in the Canary Islands.

Had at great stay at the royal sun. Our apartment was beautiful and we had everything we could need. We had a three bed on the top floor. The facilities in the room were superb, especially the jacuzzi. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch too. Beds were very comfortable. Whole apartment was spotless and great quality towels. The views were to die for at all times of the day. We also found the area very peaceful. Great to have our own area to chill in water and lounge on the sunbeds on the huge balcony. TV in main bed room too that has access to the balcony. All staff we met were great especially the blonde receptionist we met at check in. We didn't use housekeeping as we only stayed 5 nights and we tidy as we go but we met the ladies to change towels and get a few coffees and they were lovely also. Shop was really handy, you wouldn't be stuck for anything and nice staff here too. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on food or drink. The pool was a nice temperature and not too busy on our stay so my daughter had plenty fun here with her snorkel set. Loads of sun loungers and umbrellas on a beautiful deck. Sea views and a bar with ice-cream and snacks also. We did avail of a late check out and we were accommodated till 1pm for an extra €20 which we were delighted with. Overall this is a great resort with everything you could need. The apartment was amazing for the money we paid so we felt it was good value for our group of 6. I would definitely return.

This property has incredible views from the rooms as it is high up the mountain in Los Gigantes. You can walk to and from the town/marina in about 18 minutes, (longer coming up) but taxis are cheap enough if you need a lift. It was fairly quiet when we were there so plenty of sunbeds if necessary and the pool wasn't too busy either. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony area was huge with 3 sunbeds, a table and chairs and a rail for drying things so suited us immensely. We used the mini-market a few times which although a bit more expensive, was very useful when we couldn't find the energy to go back out again. Overall a lovely hotel, you could stay up there if you had all inclusive and not need to come out but you would them miss out on the lovely town of Los Gigantes and the day trips from the marina. We hopped on a local bus and for just over 16 euros went to Los Christianos for the day but we much preferred Los Gigantes as it is much more scenic and less touristy.

There is currently building work going on at the hotel which we were not made aware of prior to our trip. The lift near our apartment was being upgraded and the whole street is being resurfaced. The actual hotel rooms are great (albeit out dated) with big balconies over looking the sea. Amazing views. Uncomfortable beds. Great showers. Amazing breakfast. Lovely friendly staff.

The hotel itself is fine. The staff are all very friendly and nice. Only had breakfast but it was very good value for €12. A couple of issues - there is no lift to the 3 bed apartments on the 6th floor, only to the 5th then you have to climb some steps, so be aware if you have mobility issues. And no one offered to help with luggage. The room cleaning isn’t the greatest, they are nice but miss stuff and don’t refill shower gel ets. And the en suite shower leaked a lot. If the hotel was somewhere else I’d probably go back but I’ll never be back to Los Gigantes, go there to see the cliffs, but that’s it, it is a terrible town, absolutely no redeeming qualities.

This hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Absolutely love the view from our balcony. We enjoyed our time here. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Definitely come here again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Royal Sun Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tenerife. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which really made a difference to our experience. Our apartment was lovely and perfect for the four of us (two couples). The air conditioning was excellent, and the bathroom was impressively huge and spacious. The pool area was well maintained and provided a lovely spot to relax. A special mention must go to the breakfast buffet - it was incredible and we'd highly recommend adding this to your stay. We got into a great routine of eating breakfast at the hotel each morning, having lunch out while exploring, then cooking in the apartment each evening (we used the room service menu one evening, which was great value and delicious). The location proved to be a great base for exploring the island with a hire car, and the local area itself was fantastic. The only downside was that the kitchen felt quite dated with some very old appliances. We encountered a leaky kettle and a few items that were difficult to use or broken, but we managed to work around these issues. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The combination of excellent staff, comfortable accommodation, fantastic breakfast, and great location made for a memorable stay.

Amazing views from all units. Rooms and hotel style a bit dated but clean and has everything you need. Restaurants very good. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner buffets. Would return again at this price point.

Room size very small. Also no aircon in the bedrooms. There was no water one night due to some pipe work. Also parking was full so had to park on the street. View was excellent.

We stayed in one of the renovated, luxury apartments. They were finished to a high standard, and have a large outside terrace with jacuzzi and a great view on the sea. The beds were very comfortable. There were two bathrooms, which makes the apartment very convenient for friends.

Had at great stay at the royal sun. Our apartment was beautiful and we had everything we could need. We had a three bed on the top floor. The facilities in the room were superb, especially the jacuzzi. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch too. Beds were very comfortable. Whole apartment was spotless and great quality towels. The views were to die for at all times of the day. We also found the area very peaceful. Great to have our own area to chill in water and lounge on the sunbeds on the huge balcony. TV in main bed room too that has access to the balcony. All staff we met were great especially the blonde receptionist we met at check in. We didn't use housekeeping as we only stayed 5 nights and we tidy as we go but we met the ladies to change towels and get a few coffees and they were lovely also. Shop was really handy, you wouldn't be stuck for anything and nice staff here too. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on food or drink. The pool was a nice temperature and not too busy on our stay so my daughter had plenty fun here with her snorkel set. Loads of sun loungers and umbrellas on a beautiful deck. Sea views and a bar with ice-cream and snacks also. We did avail of a late check out and we were accommodated till 1pm for an extra €20 which we were delighted with. Overall this is a great resort with everything you could need. The apartment was amazing for the money we paid so we felt it was good value for our group of 6. I would definitely return.

There is currently building work going on at the hotel which we were not made aware of prior to our trip. The lift near our apartment was being upgraded and the whole street is being resurfaced. The actual hotel rooms are great (albeit out dated) with big balconies over looking the sea. Amazing views. Uncomfortable beds. Great showers. Amazing breakfast. Lovely friendly staff.

The view from the room and dining area was amazing. The breakfast and dinner buffet was perfect. We were given a room with windows from the bathroom and one bedroom that opened directly to the children’s play ground, restaurant, and the pool area that was one level up. The noise was an issue. When we asked front desk staff if we could move to a quieter area the response was unexpected. We were advised that because we booked through a third party, Expedia, they couldn’t do anything for us. After further discussion, the manager advised that if we paid a 50 Euro cleaning fee we could move…..to a room directly beside the resorts only functional elevator. Just a different noise. We stayed put and made the best of our week. Restaurant staff were great. Not perfect but overall we enjoyed our visit to Tenerife. Construction on the street and in the immediate area is a definite issue. Not a noise issue but definitely makes accessing the property less than ideal. Not really controllable by the resort but an issue nonetheless.

Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, Personal total freundlich, haben sogar um 1 Nacht verlängert da uns die Unterkunft so gut gefallen hat und wir dafür lieber länger mit dem Auto an den Strand gefahren sind als eine neue Unterkunft zu suchen. Würden immer wieder kommen, Preis Leistung Top!!! Lift wird derzeit renoviert aber hierzu kam gleich ein Mitarbeiter um zu helfen das Gepäck in den 5. Stock zu bringen.

The rooms were very outdated - it was like walking into the early 1990s. The view from the balcony made up for it though. It was breathtaking. The location is good, walking distance from the small town. Nice pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We signed up to get a hotel transfer from the airport with the hotel and the driver was 40 minutes late with no communication to us. Also it was a different driver as mentioned. It would have been easier to get an Uber or regular taxi.

Another fabulous, relaxing time at Royal Sun. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea, la Gomera and the amazing Los Gigantes is amazing on every level. The staff, as usual, so friendly and helpful. Thank you. 👏👏

Zur Zeit sind rund um das Hotel mehrere Baustellen. Die Straße ist aufgerissenen und halbseitig gesperrt. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Nebenan wird eine neue Hotelanlage gebaut. Lärm und Staub beeinträchtigen den Urlaub.

The hotel is located on a mountain, with incredible views of Los Gigantes and the ocean from the balcony. Warm pool in January, two high-quality restaurants with delicious dishes. The rooms are comfortably designed with large balconies and sun loungers. Responsive and professional staff, very polite and hospitable. We were very happy that our choice fell on this hotel, the only thing I could not get used to was the hard mattress, but this is personal preference. Sun Resort Hotel met all our expectations, I recommend it.

We loved our stay at Royal Sun hotel. The view from the appartments is absolutely stunning and like nothing weve ever seen. The breakfast was delicious..and the staff helpful. We asked for an early check in which they said they would try to accomodate and after a long day traveling we were very grateful when our room was ready ahead of time. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. There is some work going on at the hotel and outside it. There were a few points when water / power was cut off. It didnt spoil our holiday, but its something to keep in mind. We'd have still stayed here again given the choice. The town is a walk down the hill away but its worth the walk - lots of shops, cafes and the beach here we thought was one of nicest around. All in all an absolutely lovely holiday in a quiet part of the island with amazing views. Thanks Royal Sun!

Great hotel with very large apartments that are in a good condition, the terrace was huge and great views. There was a lot of construction right outside the hotel but didn't affect our stay. Our room 315 was very noisy, we could hear noice from the pool and from the kitchens.

This property has incredible views from the rooms as it is high up the mountain in Los Gigantes. You can walk to and from the town/marina in about 18 minutes, (longer coming up) but taxis are cheap enough if you need a lift. It was fairly quiet when we were there so plenty of sunbeds if necessary and the pool wasn't too busy either. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony area was huge with 3 sunbeds, a table and chairs and a rail for drying things so suited us immensely. We used the mini-market a few times which although a bit more expensive, was very useful when we couldn't find the energy to go back out again. Overall a lovely hotel, you could stay up there if you had all inclusive and not need to come out but you would them miss out on the lovely town of Los Gigantes and the day trips from the marina. We hopped on a local bus and for just over 16 euros went to Los Christianos for the day but we much preferred Los Gigantes as it is much more scenic and less touristy.

Amazing views from all units. Rooms and hotel style a bit dated but clean and has everything you need. Restaurants very good. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner buffets. Would return again at this price point.

Vue superbe, appartement rénové et propre. Cependant, beaucoup de travaux à l'intérieur de l'hôtel (hall d'accueil) et à l'extérieur. Coupure d'eau le jour de notre départ, pendant la demi journée, et aucune compensation proposée, ce qui est regrettable au vu du prix de la chambre. Les repas sont bons mais il est compliqué de manger en terrasse avec les nombreuses mouches.

Unser Zimmer mit privatem Jacuzzi war der perfekte Rückzugsort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Jeden Tag begann mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das tiefblaue Meer und die beeindruckenden Klippen von Los Gigantes – einfach unbezahlbar! Das Essen war hervorragend: abwechslungsreich, frisch und einfach lecker. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Service: Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich und immer zur Stelle, wenn man eine Frage oder ein Anliegen hatte. Probleme wurden sofort gelöst – schneller als man „Urlaubsmodus“ sagen kann! Auch in Sachen Sauberkeit gibt es nur Lob – das Hotel ist blitzblank und man merkt, dass hier auf Details geachtet wird. Insgesamt hatten wir einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen. Wer einen unvergesslichen Urlaub auf Teneriffa sucht, ist hier goldrichtig!

The hotel is located on a mountain, with incredible views of Los Gigantes and the ocean from the balcony. Warm pool in January, two high-quality restaurants with delicious dishes. The rooms are comfortably designed with large balconies and sun loungers. Responsive and professional staff, very polite and hospitable. We were very happy that our choice fell on this hotel, the only thing I could not get used to was the hard mattress, but this is personal preference. Sun Resort Hotel met all our expectations, I recommend it.

Positives Luxury apartments are nice, clean & very spacious Staff are polite and accommodating Views are amazing, great view of sunset Negatives Food really isn’t good. We ended up eating out a lot despite having half board Takes 30-40 minutes to get a cocktail as only ever one person on the bar Entertainment isn’t good. Bar area is very dated & run down Overall aesthetic isn’t very nice - needs a revamp Pool area was closed for 5 days and we were not told before arriving (we were able to access another pool at a different hotel) So much construction going on next to hotel which won’t be done for years. Always noise, rooms are not sound proof - can hear everything from above and neighbours

Fantastic room. Spacious. If I was being picky I’d say there could be shelving in the bathroom and bedside drawers in the bedroom but that’s not a major issue. The hot tub was lovely, however, having paid for seven nights use there was two days we couldn’t use it as it went cold and someone had to come and sort it out. Technically that’s two nights of use we paid for and was unable to use it. Staff were amazing. Very attentive and helpful. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would definitely return. Already thinking of biooong for next year.
