Beautiful room with beautiful views of ocean and Los Gigantes cliffs. Beautiful pool with poolside bar. Smaller and more personal than a huge resort hotel. Best of all, the staff were really lovely.

Excellent choice. Camera sea view. The best sunset of the island with los Gigantes on background. Swimming pool 10/10. Cocktails perfects. All staff from cleaning to the bar to the concierge are very nice and helpful.

Unauffällig gebautes, schlichtes Apartment-Hotel am Hang. Sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption. Allgemein sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Geschmackvolle, harmonische Inneneinrichtung. Fantastische Aussicht vom Balkon aus! Leider fehlen, wie bei so vielen Hotels, Haken oder eine Garderobe für Taschen und Jacken. Mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad wären auch schön gewesen. Das Bett ist sehr hart. Jede Bewegung des Partners ist spürbar.) Das Sofa-Bett dagegen war für unsere Tochter wohl sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer ist leider sehr hellhörig. Man kann die Nachbarn reden hören und auch jedes Geräusch von der Straße kommt im Schlafzimmer an. Küchenzeile ist mit dem nötigsten Zubehör ausgestattet. Auch Spülmittel und Schwämme, Bügeleisen und Putzeimer sind vorhanden. Es wäre aber sehr hilfreich gewesen, wenn es noch die wichtigsten Standard-Lebensmittel wie Salz, Zucker, Öl und Essig, Tee und evtl. auch eine moderne Kaffeemaschine plus Kapseln gegeben hätte, um nicht alles in großen Mengen, die dann nicht verbraucht werden können, selbst kaufen zu müssen. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und reichlich! Eierspeisen können gratis bestellt werden. Kaffee könnte besser sein, hier muss man ein wenig mit den Mengen und Sorten experimentieren, bis der Geschmack stimmt. (Lavazza Bohnen-Automat) Pool Bar ist vorhanden. Hier kann man den ganzen Tag über Getränke, Snacks und warme Mahlzeiten erhalten. Pool ist sauber und es gibt Schwimmreifen und Ähnliches zur Verfügung.

I really enjoyed this property. The views from the balconies are amazing, the setup of the apartments is great, the pool area is really nice with a good bar, and breakfast is good (well worth the €15.) I would absolutely stay here again.

All the staff at the hotel were really lovely and helpful. Elena in reception was great, sorted out our air con for us as soon as we asked for help. Also the lady cleaning our room Esmerelda did such a good job. The studio was always spotless and had clean towels every day and made it look so presentable. The studio itself had everything you could need, a really comfortable, large bed with a fully equipped kitchen area with table plus the balcony with sunbeds with table and chairs with a stunning view. Couldn't have asked for more. The pool area was fab, plenty of sunbeds, table and chairs and pool bar serving drinks and food to your table or sunbed. Pool area also well maintained and always clean. Would definitely stay again. There is a long winding hill to climb to the hotel from the centre. I wouldn't recommend doing it in the blazing sun unless you are relatively fit, it is not for the faint hearted. Taxis are only around 4/5 euros which would be easier for some.

Great hotel! Very private and intimate where there is not too many guests. Reception and staff were very friendly and we felt welcomed. The hotel room and amenities are very clean also. Parking is free along the street so there should always be a space but it could get crowded at times. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the future.

The views from the property were fantastic and had direct sun on the balcony most of the day, the way the property is designed will be the same for everyone. The pool and terrace were great, very private. Staff were polite and helpful, all communal areas and apartments were clean. We ate one night and the food was nice, we washed clothes which was massively handy. The only issue we had was a faulty air-con in one of the rooms but were given a fan to help. Would stay again for sure.

hôtel qui ressemble davantage à une résidence. appartements bien équipés, vue mer, très propres et le canapé lit est confortable !!! Mais la piscine paraît plus grande sur les photos. Parking possible dans la rue. Nous avons « grignoté » au bar et c’était très bon et copieusement servi… personnel discret mais présent en cas de besoin. Je recommande !!!!

Fabulous holiday in this hotel. Apartment was great, bedroom, kitchen and sitting area were all excellent. The large balcony/terrace made the holiday. Fantastic views, sun from approximately 11am onwards. Space for 2 sun beds with room for table and chairs. Very private. The receptionist, Gabriela was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Great personality and an asset to the hotel. Her receptionist colleague was also very helpful. I want to thank our room lady Luz Belen. The room was spotless every day and any request was met with a quick response and a smile. The bar staff were also excellent. Service with a smile. I recommend a vacation here you won’t be disappointed. 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Les Employés de Chambres, Entretiens, Réception et Restauration sont à votre écoute, pleins de conseils et Bienveillant. Les apparthotels sont propres, fonctionnels et spacieux. Le diner près de la piscine (fermée à cette heure) est magique puisque face à l'Océan, ou vous pourrez savourer le coucher du Soleil. Les plats fait maisons sont délicieux et le gâteau au fromage local est inoubliable. L'excursion Maritime pour voir les baleines est extraordinaire, vous pourrez les photographier à coup sur à quelques mètres du bateau.

These beautiful one bedroom apartments have panoramic views of Los Gigantes. They are well furnished with good sized terrace and very comfortable bedrooms and air conditioning in both the open plan kitchen lounge and the bedroom. I will definitely stay here again .

Sehr gutes Appartement Hotel mit tollem Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Das Mobiliar ist teilweise veraltet. Hervorzuheben ist das durchweg sehr freundliche und zugewandte Personal. Ebenso sehr schön : Der Poolbereich. Das Hotel hat einen Schatz: Das ist die Küche. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, die verschiedenen probierten Gerichte am Abend waren allesamt weit überdurchschnittlich 👍

En general bien pero la habitación 02 era demasiado ruidosa muy cerca de la cocina del restaurante y zona de trabajo. La ubicación es como para solo personal autorizado. Por otro lado, no se pudo disfrutar de la terraza de la habitación porque los huéspedes de vecinos de ambos lados todas las noches se dedicaban a fumar marihuana y tampoco paraban de hablar en un tono elevado.
En general bien pero la habitación 02 era demasiado ruidosa muy cerca de la cocina del restaurante y zona de trabajo. La ubicación es como para solo personal autorizado. Por otro lado, no se pudo disfrutar de la terraza de la habitación porque los huéspedes de vecinos de ambos lados todas las noches se dedicaban a fumar marihuana y tampoco paraban de hablar en un tono elevado.

The room was spotless every day and any request was met with a quick response and a smile. The bar staff were also excellent. Service with a smile. The views from the property were fantastic and had direct sun on the balcony most of the day, the way the property is designed will be the same for everyone. The pool and terrace were great, very private. Staff were polite and helpful, all communal areas and apartments were clean. We ate one night and the food was nice, we washed clothes which was massively handy. The only issue we had was a faulty air-con in one of the rooms but were given a fan to help. Would stay again for sure.

Absolutely fabulous place, gorgeously located, beautiful premises overlooking Los Gigantes. The staff are fabulous also, incredibly kind and attentive, a special shout out to Angela and Nacho, who were lovely and funny and so helpful. The place is beautiful and so clean and fresh, the rooms were also cleaned daily, a pristine job every time. Perfect balcony. Everything around was so accessible and easy to reach, and taxis are very reasonable. The service is just fantastic and the mood was so chilled. The food was nice but most times we liked to be in the town, I love a nice lasagna and the lasagna I had there was right up my street. The only thing i would say is that the bar closes a little bit early, 9pm, but it wouldn't make me take away any stars from the place, but just after 9 it would be nice to have a night cap before bed, but it really isn't that important. We were so sad to leave, but absolutely cannot wait to come back, it's an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff ❤️

All the staff at the hotel were really lovely and helpful. Elena in reception was great, sorted out our air con for us as soon as we asked for help. Also the lady cleaning our room Esmerelda did such a good job. The studio was always spotless and had clean towels every day and made it look so presentable. The studio itself had everything you could need, a really comfortable, large bed with a fully equipped kitchen area with table plus the balcony with sunbeds with table and chairs with a stunning view. Couldn't have asked for more. The pool area was fab, plenty of sunbeds, table and chairs and pool bar serving drinks and food to your table or sunbed. Pool area also well maintained and always clean. Would definitely stay again. There is a long winding hill to climb to the hotel from the centre. I wouldn't recommend doing it in the blazing sun unless you are relatively fit, it is not for the faint hearted. Taxis are only around 4/5 euros which would be easier for some.

We've been here before, under different owners. It seems to have gone slightly downhill. Pro's Pool area lovely, extremely quiet when we were there, it was like having our own private pool some days. Cleanliness, absolutely spot on. The cleaners do an amazing job. The view from all the rooms is stunning, a truly beautiful place. Great cocktails at a fairly good price. Cons. We had water coming through a light fitting in the ceiling at 0030 right over my sons bed while he was asleep. Although we were offered another room, we felt it quite dangerous we had to experience that. No apology afterwards either. Breakfast is pretty average, half decent selection, but most is tepid and it looked like they reused some of the previous days evening meals. English i feel are treated differently. Maybe its something we should accept. However i ordered the same evening meal as some Spanish guests on the next table. My meal was half the size. Overall we did enjoy ourselves, but it wasnt as good as we remembered.

Fantastic hotel. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, with a spectacular sea view. The hotel is on a hill but with a sea view even from the common areas such as the swimming pool and restaurant, although it is not right on the sea. Los Gigantes beach can also be reached on foot but otherwise with a 5-minute drive. If you have a car, it is a good starting point for visiting the Teide and the coastal towns. I would definitely go back.

I really enjoyed this property. The views from the balconies are amazing, the setup of the apartments is great, the pool area is really nice with a good bar, and breakfast is good (well worth the €15.) I would absolutely stay here again.

Nous avons quitté à regret notre appartement. Vue époustouflante sur Los Gigantesque. Les Repas copieux et bon à un prix correct nous ont permis de rester au bord de la piscine le soir plutôt que descendre au port. Nous avons toujours trouvé une place de parking devant l'hôtel. Véronica a toujours été de bon conseil ( en français) avec son joli sourire. Tout le personnel est bienveillant. Encore Merci.

Pro's... The hotel is perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean. The balconies all face out towards the sea so the views are amazing. The pool is the right temperature and very clean. We had breakfast included and that was plentiful and much variation for a small hotel. Special praise though to the staff, from management, reception, bar staff to the cleaners and maintenance guys. Pro's... The hotel is perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean. The balconies all face out towards the sea so the views are amazing. The pool is the right temperature and very clean. We had breakfast included and that was plentiful and much variation for a small hotel. Special praise though to the staff, from management, reception, bar staff to the cleaners and maintenance guys. We've been here before, under different owners. It seems to have gone slightly downhill. Pro's Pool area lovely, extremely quiet when we were there, it was like having our own private pool some days. Cleanliness, absolutely spot on. The cleaners do an amazing job. The view from all the rooms is stunning, a truly beautiful place. Great cocktails at a fairly good price. Cons. We had water coming through a light fitting in the ceiling at 0030 right over my sons bed while he was asleep. Although we were offered another room, we felt it quite dangerous we had to experience that. No apology afterwards either. Breakfast is pretty average, half decent selection, but most is tepid and it looked like they reused some of the previous days evening meals. English i feel are treated differently. Maybe its something we should accept. However i ordered the same evening meal as some Spanish guests on the next table. My meal was half the size. Overall we did enjoy ourselves, but it wasnt as good as we remembered.

Beautiful balcony views of Atlantic Ocean, Gigantes cliffs and sun sets. It feels like a high quality resort. Apartments are spacious and clean and everything is modern and high quality. Would go again.
