Bellissimo villaggio con spiaggia privata e servizio di navetta gratuito per la salita (fidatevi che vi servirà!). Personale molto accogliente, animazione non invadente e cibo buono. Consigliatissimo!

Beautiful setting with a large pool and close to beach. Access to beach is quick using the shuttle service. Food was fabulous with a huge range of options, from traditional to a wider selection. Fish selection was especially good. Entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging. They quickly made us feel welcome and we enjoyed their company. Very pleased with our spacious double room, especially with two older teenage kids.

Très bon hôtel. Cadre magnifique. Belle chambre bien située. Très belle et grande piscine ainsi que plage privée. Accès à tout l'hôtel grâce à la navette. Très bon restaurant Sos Aranzos au niveau qualitatif et quantitatif, avec énormément de poissons et fruits de mer tous les jours. Merci au Maître d'hôtel Salvatore ainsi qu'à son équipe. Bonne équipe d'animation. Personnel et direction (Massimo) compétents et très sympathiques.

Die Lage und der Strand sind wirklich hervorragend – es gibt immer ausreichend Sonnenschirme, was sehr angenehm ist. Das Zimmer selbst ist allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung. Besonders im ansonsten schönen Badezimmer war die Dusche nicht in Ordnung, da die Fugen stark von Schimmel befallen waren. Das Konzept mit Tabletten als Seife und Shampoo hat mir persönlich nicht so zugesagt. Auch die Bedienung im Restaurant war eher träge und nicht besonders aufmerksam.

Bel hôtel avec plage de sable blanc ( accueil moyen de Luca à la plage ), belle piscine avec maître nageur très sympa et qui veille à ce que les chaises longues ne soient pas réservées inutilement toute la journée ( contrairement à la plage ) Restauration copieuse , variée et de bonne qualité , serveurs très sympas. Chambre correcte , belle SDB avec douche . Accueil agréable à la réception et au service relations clients avec Giulia très sympathique et efficace.

Hotel has beach access but hard to find a free umbrella (unless you pay for their VOI+ service), so ended up going to different beaches on the island. They have a VOI+ service which allows you to stay in the closest lines of umbrellas at the beach, you need to pay extra about 25€/day but this isn't advertised on Hcom hotel description or website. Since it's very hard to get an umbrella at the beach (even though there are free umbrellas at first row), I was told that I couldn't get one so had to stay in the sun. Other families had to drag some seats and stay under a tree nearby! Also you can't join this service on the beach so you have to walk all the way to reception if you'd like to activate it. This is a cheap hotel tactic, all expenses should be disclosed upfront on Hotels.com site or upon checking in the hotel. When i purchased the room I was under the impression I had access to the beach and the chairs, I think it should be made explicit that first row is not included and is extra. Also when I checked in this info wasn’t provided. It’s not about the money but having a secret obscure service when all the beach seats are free sounds like a cheap hotel trying to make some extra money. Also the beds advertised as double beds are actually two small single beds put together, which would come apart in the middle of the night. Cleaning team would also often forget to replace toilet paper, and leave balcony door unlocked (!!).

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are a bit dated. The beach shuttle was amazing, and the beach itself too. The pools are wonderful and the entertainment is great. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The only negative was the cleanliness of the room. It would get serviced everyday, but the sheets didn’t get changed the 4 nights we were there. They also don’t seem to vacuum the floor which became really annoying as we had been to the beach and the sand built up and was in the bed and all over the floor. The other negative is the hand wash, it’s some eco friendly thing but doesn’t really work.

Very beautiful property and locations. Beach and pools were awesome, some of the best I ve seen. For the price we paid it was a bargain I would have expected to pay more for a place like this. It included a full breakfast and it was great every morning. The views were also incredible and just a few minutes to Oblia for anything you need. We found great places to eat downtown. Cons. Not much but I would mention the resort is built on a hill (which makes the great views) but it is a steep walk back and forth to the beach. Our room was half way up so not too bad but if you have trouble walking this is going to be tough for you. Only other thing is the rooms are pretty small and older but they a very clean Overall we loved it, we are from the US and we fell in love with Italy

Ideale ligging tov luchthaven, stad, strand en uitstapjes. Vriendelijk personeel, alles goed geregeld. Het buffet restaurant is wel een drukke bedoeling, maar veel keuze. Lekker eten! Kamers zijn wel verouderd en rook wat muf, goede bedden en nette schoonmaak. Fijne shuttlebus naar het strand, scheelt een behoorlijke klim. Heerlijk strand en lekker groot zwembad. Leuk entertainment en team. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad!

Das Hotel hat sehr viel potenzial strand und strandservice perfekt 10 von 10 Punkten. Leider waren die Kellner am Morgenbuffet sehr demotiviert und überfordert. Man musste für einen Kaffee kämpfen. Animateure sind dafür super und haben unseren Aufenthalt verschönert. Auch die Kellner am Abendbuffet waren super. Das Zimmer roch leider aus dem Bad nicht so gut und auch sonstige Sauberkeit des Zimmer würde besser gehen. Trotz allem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni a luglio. La stanza era ben tenuta apparte un problema con il phone (segnalato e mai sistemato del tutto). Va segnalato inoltre che bisognerebbe essere un po’ più scrupolosi nelle pulizie giornaliere. La nostra stanza era vicina all’anfiteatro e fino alla 24 si sentiva molto rumore. I servizi proposti (gite in barca) ci sono piaciute e il personale è stato molto cordiale e professionale. Non abbiamo avuto modo di seguire l’animazione ma gli animatori ci sono sembrati non invadenti. Il ristorante è l’aspetto che meno ci ha convinto in quanto il cibo era tutto freddo e mai cucinato al momento, inoltre alcuni camerieri sono risultati poco cortesi. La spiaggia è ben tenuta con un buon numero di lettini a disposizione. La location nel complesso si trova in un buon punto se si vuole visitare (con la propria auto) le spiagge più belle che si trovano nei dintorni.

Wir haben einige Hotels in Sardinien besucht, diese Unterkunft war mit Abstand die Schlechteste. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are a bit dated. The beach shuttle was amazing, and the beach itself too. The pools are wonderful and the entertainment is great. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The only negative was the cleanliness of the room. It would get serviced everyday, but the sheets didn’t get changed the 4 nights we were there. They also don’t seem to vacuum the floor which became really annoying as we had been to the beach and the sand built up and was in the bed and all over the floor. The other negative is the hand wash, it’s some eco friendly thing but doesn’t really work.

Wir waren zwei Wochen dort vor Ort. Die Hotelanlage war sauber und der Strand ist wirklich super! Der Pool ist auch wirklich toll. Abends seine Ruhe haben möchte, dem würden wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten um ein ruhigeres Zimmer gebeten, allerdings ist auf den Wunsch niemand eingegangen und so ganz hat man den Wunsch nach Ruhe nicht verstanden, da, so die Mitarbeiter vor Ort, die laute Musik doch toll sei. Good for family, The location is very good, I booked alone and get the triple room... not wat i booked ☹️ The climatisation was not worked at the room, not possible to iron your closes! Not elevator in the hotel and too much stairs.... the restaurant for diner and lunch was far from the room, but good food! The exercusion in the hotel was good for my last day.

Beautiful setting with a large pool and close to beach. Access to beach is quick using the shuttle service. Food was fabulous with a huge range of options, from traditional to a wider selection. Fish selection was especially good. Entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging. They quickly made us feel welcome and we enjoyed their company. Very pleased with our spacious double room, especially with two older teenage kids.

Die Lage und der Strand sind wirklich hervorragend – es gibt immer ausreichend Sonnenschirme, was sehr angenehm ist. Das Zimmer selbst ist allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung. Besonders im ansonsten schönen Badezimmer war die Dusche nicht in Ordnung, da die Fugen stark von Schimmel befallen waren. Das Konzept mit Tabletten als Seife und Shampoo hat mir persönlich nicht so zugesagt. Auch die Bedienung im Restaurant war eher träge und nicht besonders aufmerksam.

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni a luglio. La stanza era ben tenuta apparte un problema con il phone (segnalato e mai sistemato del tutto). Va segnalato inoltre che bisognerebbe essere un po’ più scrupolosi nelle pulizie giornaliere. La nostra stanza era vicina all’anfiteatro e fino alla 24 si sentiva molto rumore. I servizi proposti (gite in barca) ci sono piaciute e il personale è stato molto cordiale e professionale. Non abbiamo avuto modo di seguire l’animazione ma gli animatori ci sono sembrati non invadenti. Il ristorante è l’aspetto che meno ci ha convinto in quanto il cibo era tutto freddo e mai cucinato al momento, inoltre alcuni camerieri sono risultati poco cortesi. La spiaggia è ben tenuta con un buon numero di lettini a disposizione. La location nel complesso si trova in un buon punto se si vuole visitare (con la propria auto) le spiagge più belle che si trovano nei dintorni.

Very beautiful property and locations. Beach and pools were awesome, some of the best I ve seen. For the price we paid it was a bargain I would have expected to pay more for a place like this. It included a full breakfast and it was great every morning. The views were also incredible and just a few minutes to Oblia for anything you need. We found great places to eat downtown. Cons. Not much but I would mention the resort is built on a hill (which makes the great views) but it is a steep walk back and forth to the beach. Our room was half way up so not too bad but if you have trouble walking this is going to be tough for you. Only other thing is the rooms are pretty small and older but they a very clean Overall we loved it, we are from the US and we fell in love with Italy

Avoid at all cost. Not a place u can relax. There is a party from 9pm until midnight. They use big speakers outdoor and very very loud. I took the photo of 9 ppl on the ground and partying without respecting the guests who are about to rest in their rooms. We could not sleep until that loud music stopped at midnight. I don’t understand why they do it coz literally there is very very few ppl who stays late. Majority want to rest. They can turn the volume down around 10 pm but the music continues very very loud. I asked reception and they can’t do anything until midnight. They have no respect for the guests who want to relax and enjoy their holidays. Hotel booking website should delist this type of property. Le séjour à l’hôtel s’est globalement bien passé : la chambre était agréable et les installations de qualité. En revanche, grosse déception concernant le service de conciergerie. Le personnel n’a pas été aimable du tout. Nous nous sommes présentés 25 minutes avant la fermeture, comme cela nous avait été demandé plus tôt, pour louer une voiture. Malgré notre ponctualité, on nous a simplement dit que c’était fermé, alors que le personnel était bien présent dans la pièce… occupé sur son téléphone. Une attitude peu professionnelle et franchement décevante.

The location of the accommodation was very nice. Although I had booked a room with a sea view, I was told that we were only given this room out of kindness. The breakfast situation was disastrous. As we had only booked breakfast, we were also treated like second class people. We weren't allocated a fixed table all day and had to beg for a table every morning. You could feel the separation of the guests in every situation. Some were only allowed to eat their meals in a certain place, others were not allowed to lie in the front row on the beach, etc.. It was an absolute discomfort factor that ran through the entire stay. Although the location was fantastic, we won't be coming back.

Très bon hôtel. Cadre magnifique. Belle chambre bien située. Très belle et grande piscine ainsi que plage privée. Accès à tout l'hôtel grâce à la navette. Très bon restaurant Sos Aranzos au niveau qualitatif et quantitatif, avec énormément de poissons et fruits de mer tous les jours. Merci au Maître d'hôtel Salvatore ainsi qu'à son équipe. Ideale ligging tov luchthaven, stad, strand en uitstapjes. Vriendelijk personeel, alles goed geregeld. Het buffet restaurant is wel een drukke bedoeling, maar veel keuze. Lekker eten! Kamers zijn wel verouderd en rook wat muf, goede bedden en nette schoonmaak. Fijne shuttlebus naar het strand, scheelt een behoorlijke klim. Heerlijk strand en lekker groot zwembad. Wir hatten um ein ruhigeres Zimmer gebeten, allerdings ist auf den Wunsch niemand eingegangen und so ganz hat man den Wunsch nach Ruhe nicht verstanden, da, so die Mitarbeiter vor Ort, die laute Musik doch toll sei. So war das Personal aber ansonsten sehr freundlich.

Good for family, The location is very good, I booked alone and get the triple room... not wat i booked ☹️ The climatisation was not worked at the room, not possible to iron your closes! Not elevator in the hotel and too much stairs.... the restaurant for diner and lunch was far from the room, but good food! The exercusion in the hotel was good for my last day.

Die Lage und der Strand sind wirklich hervorragend – es gibt immer ausreichend Sonnenschirme, was sehr angenehm ist. Das Zimmer selbst ist allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung. Besonders im ansonsten schönen Badezimmer war die Dusche nicht in Ordnung, da die Fugen stark von Schimmel befallen waren. Das Konzept mit Tabletten als Seife und Shampoo hat mir persönlich nicht so zugesagt. Auch die Bedienung im Restaurant war eher träge und nicht besonders aufmerksam.

Bel hôtel avec plage de sable blanc ( accueil moyen de Luca à la plage ), belle piscine avec maître nageur très sympa et qui veille à ce que les chaises longues ne soient pas réservées inutilement toute la journée ( contrairement à la plage ) Restauration copieuse , variée et de bonne qualité , serveurs très sympas. Chambre correcte , belle SDB avec douche . Accueil agréable à la réception et au service relations clients avec Giulia très sympathique et efficace.

Very beautiful property and locations. Beach and pools were awesome, some of the best I ve seen. For the price we paid it was a bargain I would have expected to pay more for a place like this. It included a full breakfast and it was great every morning. The views were also incredible and just a few minutes to Oblia for anything you need. We found great places to eat downtown. Cons. Not much but I would mention the resort is built on a hill (which makes the great views) but it is a steep walk back and forth to the beach. Our room was half way up so not too bad but if you have trouble walking this is going to be tough for you. Only other thing is the rooms are pretty small and older but they a very clean Overall we loved it, we are from the US and we fell in love with Italy

This is an exceptionally beautiful property with great expansive views, a lovely beach, and a great staff whom are helpful and friendly at all times. The breakfast is very ample. My only complaint is that there are next to no food options other than their large rather expensive buffet. If you don’t love buffet type food and don’t have a car, you are forced to choose the buffet for 1-2 of your daily meals and also will find yourself without food for many hours in the afternoon. Having said that, the inexpensive cost of the rooms kind of make up for it. Beautiful place.

Wir waren in der letzten Woche der Saison. Dementsprechend waren schon die meisten Aktivitäten, Restaurants geschlossen. Das Essen war leider schrecklich. Man hatte den Eindruck es wurden die 'Reste' serviert. Die Früchte am Frühstücksbuffet waren schon zum Grossteil verschrumpelt. An zwei Tagen war die 'Kaffeebar' geschlossen, d.h. man hat zum Frühstück nur den furchtbaren Automatenkaffee bekommen. Das Personal war aber freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beautiful setting with a large pool and close to beach. Access to beach is quick using the shuttle service. Food was fabulous with a huge range of options, from traditional to a wider selection. Fish selection was especially good. Entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging. They quickly made us feel welcome and we enjoyed their company. Very pleased with our spacious double room, especially with two older teenage kids.

The location of the accommodation was very nice. Although I had booked a room with a sea view, I was told that we were only given this room out of kindness. The breakfast situation was disastrous. As we had only booked breakfast, we were also treated like second class people. We weren't allocated a fixed table all day and had to beg for a table every morning. You could feel the separation of the guests in every situation. Some were only allowed to eat their meals in a certain place, others were not allowed to lie in the front row on the beach, etc.. It was an absolute discomfort factor that ran through the entire stay. Although the location was fantastic, we won't be coming back.

Très bon hôtel. Cadre magnifique. Belle chambre bien située. Très belle et grande piscine ainsi que plage privée. Accès à tout l'hôtel grâce à la navette. Très bon restaurant Sos Aranzos au niveau qualitatif et quantitatif, avec énormément de poissons et fruits de mer tous les jours. Merci au Maître d'hôtel Salvatore ainsi qu'à son équipe. Bonne équipe d'animation. Personnel et direction (Massimo) compétents et très sympathiques.

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni a luglio. La stanza era ben tenuta apparte un problema con il phone (segnalato e mai sistemato del tutto). Va segnalato inoltre che bisognerebbe essere un po’ più scrupolosi nelle pulizie giornaliere. La nostra stanza era vicina all’anfiteatro e fino alla 24 si sentiva molto rumore. I servizi proposti (gite in barca) ci sono piaciute e il personale è stato molto cordiale e professionale. Non abbiamo avuto modo di seguire l’animazione ma gli animatori ci sono sembrati non invadenti. Il ristorante è l’aspetto che meno ci ha convinto in quanto il cibo era tutto freddo e mai cucinato al momento, inoltre alcuni camerieri sono risultati poco cortesi. La spiaggia è ben tenuta con un buon numero di lettini a disposizione. La location nel complesso si trova in un buon punto se si vuole visitare (con la propria auto) le spiagge più belle che si trovano nei dintorni.

Wir haben einige Hotels in Sardinien besucht, diese Unterkunft war mit Abstand die Schlechteste. Angefangen beim defekten Türknopf bis zur defekten Schiebetür am Balkon, welche sich nicht mehr schließen ließ. Das Badezimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber und beim Duschen musste man acht geben, das man sich nicht beim defekten Abfluss verletzt. Die Toilette ließ sich nicht einmal abstellen. Bei der Zimmerreinigung wurden nicht mal die Müllsacke getauscht. (Sehr nachhaltig) Beim Buffet war die Qualität in Ordnung, jedoch war das komplette Essen immer kalt. Für einen guten Kaffe am Morgen musste man sich 10 Minuten anstellen. (Dieser eine Mitarbeiter war auch der einzig freundliche). Die Organisation im Restaurant wirklich katastrophal! Das positive war der wunderschöne Strand. Preis-Leistung absolut daneben.

Hotel need to update in room iPhone charger on the wall. 4* resort like this must have this important charging device for their international travelers who is new to the country and doesn’t know which plug they use. Also, the lack of short staff at the restaurant make our waiting time for our meals to be ridiculously long.. Please hire more staff.

Waiters and cook was all so arrogant in the restaurants. But the employee in Family team was all so kind - even though we didn’t have any kids they always meet us with a big smile. The food was ok nothing wauw!! The surroundings in the restaurants was soo tasteless and there was no cozy lightning for a “romantic and lovely evening” - there was too much lightning.

Do NOT stay here if you’re expecting any sort of mid to upscale hotel rooms. The rooms were outdated, bare bones with metal beds reminiscent of a hostel. Back of toilet was broken. Air conditioning was rattling the whole night. The grounds were poorly maintained with dead grass everywhere. Breakfast was literally cafeteria style. They claim 4 star, this is no more than a 2 star hotel. To top it off, they charged 2 euros per towel to give us fresh beach towels (after taking a 40 euro cash deposit for the towels) - nickel and dime. The only reason we landed at this hotel was because we decided to make a last minute change in locations and this was the only hotel that had a room available. It’s a shame because the property has great views, beach access and a decent pool. Only if they invested in upgrading their rooms and grounds anytime in the past 20 years.

Our room was decent, did the job but I know others had room problems. For me the two big problems! 1. Restaurant rules and constant cold food. Badly managed like no plates, no food like fruit etc. Managers need to make sure all stations are monitored. Also queues which is down to lack of choice. Every morning, cold eggs and bacon. Its not difficult. 2. wristband rules. So many colours and if you dont have a certain wristband you cant have your dinner in the sitting area with more of a view. I think this is ridiculous. In all my holidays this is the ONLY place that adopts these stupid rules 3. The entertainment is very kid centric. Yes families are there but also couples. No adult level entertainment like a good singer, a band or performer!. The performances were very poor indeed aside from this, its a lovely location but correcting the above will get this hotel and its ratings to the next level.

What a nice place. Seemed very popular for local Italians also which was the majority of the guests. Stunning views of the sea and a great private beach. It is on a hill so be prepared to get your steps in walking up and down to various areas. But they do provide a shuttle which is great. Crystal clear water at the beach and the pools were terrific also. Staff super helpful.
