i really enjoyed the easy parking access and quietness

Windows are taped dirtyy rooms. 50 cash deposit for no smoking and damage but sheets have cigarette burn holes. Website shows a pool, there is none. Ceilings are caving in, holes around a/c units that you can actually see outside through. And the long term resident's are not very nice. All in all this location is in need of major updating and upkeep! But you get what you pay for. It was a place to rest our head

No hot water (booked a jacuzzi suite and couldnt use it), no heat control, air conditioner disgusting, couldnt have tv on if lights were off as the tv was ran on same electrical as lights, couldnt get the internet from our room, and so.much more.... staff was friendly.

Liked the fact we could drive right up to the door. Beds were very comfortable and motel very quiet.

Yes parking was easy

Parking was easy I felt safe. Everything was fine. I had no problems with anything.

Close to bus stop that takes you to train station. Lovely staff. Coffee bar in the office in the morning, and a short walk to McDonald’s for breakfast! The property has outdoor seating and nice garden. For the price we paid, it was beyond my expectations for sure.

Parking lot was new. Staff was ok. Ventilation system needs cleaning. Needs new pillows and more pillow slips. What you'd expect for a 2 star rating.

Nice stay. Quiet. Intake staff very nice. A bit difficult to understand. Very convenient if staying with dog(s) as can stay on property with back area being grassed for a quick in and out.

Disgusting. Unclean. No hot water. Pretty sure it was mould all over the bathroom and window area.

I checked in late. Went straight to sleep. Woke up in the night to find over 20 ants running around the bathroom floor and in the tub. Wouldn’t recommend

There were bed bugs in the room. The staff from front desk was very helpful in getting me a refund for my stay, but there was nothing that could be done about the bugs and we couldn’t get a different room (not sure that would have helped tho)

Property was dirty, there were multiple dirt spots on the bed. Washroom is also dirty. It is not well maintained.

It was disappointing that this room was so terribly dirty. I was visiting in town because I had a doctors appointment and no longer live in the area. Burlington is a nice location and town, I use to work in the area for twelve years. The room we had was littered with dirt and garbage under the bed and couch. Towels were horrendous, thin and scratchy. People staying within the motel were sketchy and strange. Bright red fingernails (fake ones) were littered around our entry door. Air conditioning unit was poorly sealed to outside wall and there was a constant breeze coming into the room. We stayed in January so it was quite cool. We found the motel was very quiet and the heat was good despite the entry door being badly sealed ( you could see light all around the door. Shower nozzle was poor and shower curtain was clean but was not well suited for the shower rod do it was not easy to pull along the rod. Bed linen was burnt with cigarette holes and top comforter had mysterious stains/dirty marks that could be scrapped off. Yuck! These same marks were on the one pillow as well. This motel needs a serious going over to improve. Such a shame as it would be a great experience if the property was better taken care of.

Dirty dirty and smelly The entire surrounding the building the room are all dirty the room smells bad I woke wit allergies itchy eye this was a 2 night stay but only spent 1 really didn’t want to stay at att but next of valentine night everywhere was booked

The door was all broken on the inside. There was stains on the sheets.

Do not stay at this place. As soon as you walk in to the bathroom there are cockroaches walking around everywhere. It's quite disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place

Washroom is dirty , Room was stinking (smelled like smoke); there is no hot water in the shower, the bedsheets are not clean; there are fake eye lashes lying on the floor , so no one even broomed the area after the previous person left

I didnt like the beds super uncomfortable also the units beside me were loud and walls are thin so you hear everything i did like how easy it was to book the stay and parking was super convenient

The room was in poor condition. All the lights in the room was on one switch. We had to unscrew lightbulbs in order to function.

Only had Wifi for the first night.

The place was very old. The air conditioning was not good.

The air conditioner did not work properly, and the vents on it were very dirty. The blanket on the bed was really stained. The front door also was damaged. However, it was quiet here, and my room was decently clean, I would stay here again. But maybe just in a different room.

It was inexpensive but the room had damaged walls, electrical heating units hadcexposed elements.

The bathroom floor had horrible cracked tiles and the bathtub had pubic hair around it. The room had an odour. The air conditioning barely worked and it was so hot throughout the night.

It did not look inside the room like the rooms posted online. Room was small but clean. The bath tub plug was too small and water would not stay in the tub so was unusable for a bath. The TV lost it's connection whenever we shut it off but staff were very helpful and pleasant and helped me to reconnect every time this happened and I called them.

I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM. When I went to my room, there were no towels, pillows, or blankets. The room was dusty everywhere. It was hard to breathe due to the dust from the bed sheets. I asked to change my room and said I was willing to pay extra if necessary, but they did nothing. They only gave me clean sheets and pillowcases and said they had no blankets. It was a horrible place. The next morning, many guests were complaining about their rooms and asking for refunds. I also requested a refund, but of course, that was not possible either.

I thought the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful and the housekeeping staff were friendly and always asking if I needed anything very attentive to everyone’s needs

Honestly the staff were great. My previous stay there was uneventful as one always wants, however my second stay, the gentleman at the counter remembered not only me ,but the room i had been in and a corny joke i had made. Very attentive and i felt like more than just a customer.

Excellent owners are great staff is fantastic overall a great place to stay I would recommend this place to everyone I love it

Very nice inside the rooms. Lots of parking and the owners are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel has taken a security deposit from our credit card which they have not paid us back. When we call and talk to the reception they keep saying that we will get our money back but this hasn't happen yet (1 month after check our). The room and service was as expected for this price class.

Place was easy check in/out, super quick with everything, pretty tidy and kind service! Couldn’t have expected any better treatment, and the room looked exactly the same in person, as it does on their add. Would 10/10 stay again, and recommend to family and friends!!

The owners staff housekeeping are very friendly very kind always attentive to my needs and everybody else’s needs I would recommend the knights inn to everybody

There dirty And a rude staff

Good location, about 40 min (2.5-3km) walk to Aldershott Go Train Station. Friendly staff. Old and tired hotel but served the purpose, can't beat the price.

The quiet and the area

Stayed before and knew what to expect. Short journey into downtown.

It’s very quaint. It’s worth the $100 we spent but you’re not getting a 5 star anything and you shouldn’t expect to. It’s a small family owned inn and it has good ac, a super cold fridge, a big tv that you can hook all your devices to, comfy beds and you’re safe and sound. It’s in a very quiet part of Burlington JUST outside Hamilton.

The sheets had blood on them doesn’t look they wasn’t there sheets at this hotel , the hotel was good location for food and walking distance for everything dominos,McDonald’s ,convenience store etc .

It was good value for the price. After running in a nearby race, we were able to secure complimentary late checkout for cleanup. Friendly staff. Convenient for driving to nearby Confederation Park, down the QEW highway. The outside light shined into the room for awhile during bedtime. No bath mat. Bed mattress was clean but substandard. Some wear and tear markings on walls and floor. BUT, a good place to stay for minimum funds.

This was a very clean room. The linens were fresh. Service was friendly and courteous. Very good value for the cost. The fridge was large enough to hold groceries, so we could prepare food and make breakfast. This helped keep expenses down. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay. Thanks you Knights Inn!

Nothing unique! The absolute worst motel experience we have ever experienced.( and at 67 yrs old I've stayed at a lot of hotels.) Dirty, 5/16" gap on closed door, arm chair filthy, room stunk, lights wouldn't work in bathroom.Air conditioner took 5 hrs to cool little room. Ask to get another room, was refused. No breakfast, no coffee, just a dump. Knights Inn should be ashamed to have their name on it. I wish I could upload the photos I took !!!!!!!
