If you are looking for a high-end full service experience, don’t look here. They are understaffed. The breakfast is expensive and not that good. We were there five nights and never got our room serviced even though we requested it several times.

Out bed was slopped to the centre. I couldn’t breathe because of the dirty carpets. Ugg. I didn’t sleep a wink. We were out in the middle of the night with the rest of guests. Someone was smoking in a room and set off smoke alarms. The fire truck came and we were able to go back in to the bed where I rolled into my husband. So sad because our stay in London Westminster was exceptional.

El Hotel y los servicios muy buenos le falta un poco de mantenimiento a la fachada, y probablemente quitarlas alfombras que no son del todo limpias, en general lo considero muy bueno
