Im Prinzip war alles in Ordnung bis auf die Tatsache, dass trotz Freigabe per Schild die Wohnung in Abwesendheit der Gäste nicht täglich durch die Betreiber gereinigt wurde, obwohl wir dafür 10€ Extra bezahlen mussten. Die Küche war etwas knapp ausgestattet, aber wir sind beim Kochen noch zurecht gekommen.

Accommodatie was in orde. Gedateerd met gebreken maar proper. Verwacht geen luxe maar als je er toch enkel bent voor te slapen is het ok. Onhandige wenteltrap om de accommodatie te bereiken.

Super petit studio. Un lit 2 places avec 2 couettes distinctes comme ça chacun la sienne. La salle de bain avec le chauffage au sol au top et beaucoup de pression sous la douche et l'eau bien chaude un top après une journée a Europapark. Côté cuisine il manque juste un micro-ondes pour être au top. Car 2 plaques électriques ça ne suffit pas En revanche on a grille pain, cafetière et bouilloire c'est trop bien Concernant l'accueil, a peine appuyé sur le bouton d'appel 5 Minutes après le propriétaire était présent très accueillant. En revanche ne parle pas français et très peu anglais. Et pour les personnes en fauteuil ou avec de lourdes valides bon courage les appartements se trouvent au 1er ou au 2 ème étages avec des escaliers en colimaçon métallique dehors Pour aller a Europapark 5 minutes à pied suffisent et pour trouver a manger, dans la rue que des pizzeria mais un Lidl est a 5 minutes en voiture

Serviceable family rental flat a very short walk to Europa Park. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was hard to use as there were basic things like a colander and a spatula missing. Easy walk to Lidl or Edeka. Really can't beat the location, and a lot of space for the price.

A estadia correu muito bem, mas podia ter sido excelente. O único problema foi a falta de ar condicionado. Nas três noites que la pernoitamos, tivemos muito calor ( cerca de 32/35 graus durante o dia), e as noites por essa razão foram muito quentes. Quase não conseguimos dormir com o calor que fazia no quarto. Com excepção deste pequeno problema, o alojamento é fantástico. Tinha utensílios de cozinha, sal , pimenta, café, chá óleo, vinagre, etc, que fizeram muito jeito. Limpo, perto de supermercado lidl (caminhada de 10 min) e a 6 minutos do Europa Park.

A great place to stay which was easily within walking distance to Europa Park, nearby supermarkets and excellent public transport. A microwave would’ve been nice but not essential as we managed nicely with the electric hobs. The beds were very comfortable and everything was lovely and clean. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Lägenheten låg på 3:e våning och man fick gå en spiraltrappa upp. Det var rent o fräscht. Man kunde önskat mer krokar för att hänga upp handdukar på.

Supermysig boende och hade de nödvändigaste grejerna som man kan ha i ett lägenhetshotell. Värden pratar ej engelska men det går att göra sig förstådd genom att värden kunnat visa kroppsspråk så att man förstår vad som menas. Nära till Europa-Park om målet är att vara där. Mysigt område och rekommenderas. Bor gärna här igen vid nästa tillfälle man besöker parken. :)

+ Sehr schönes, sauberes Apartment, perfekt für unsere 4-köpfige Familie. Europapark ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Leckere Pizzeria ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Ruhige Umgebung und bequeme Betten. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! - Ein kleines Minus war das Check-In: erst wussten wir nicht recht, wo einchecken, dann mussten wir 10 Minuten auf die Schlüssel-Übergabe warten, und Reinigungsgebühr und Tourismus-Abgaben mussten bar bezahlt werden. Aber sonst war alles top.

Die Unterkunft war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Das man die Fenster verdunkeln konnte war ein großer Pluspunkt und es war wirklich sehr sauber. In der Nähe befindet sich sowohl ein Edeka als auch ein Lidl, die zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen waren. Einziges Manko das uns persönlich aber nicht gestört hat, war das etwas schwer zu öffnende Fenster in einem der Räume und das es hinter dem Kühlschrank leicht muffig roch. Ansonsten alles Top! Würden wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Appartement, modern eingerichtet & für einen Kurzaufenthalt beim Europapark super! Es gibt einen Edeka und einen Lidl in der Nähe & den Europapark kann man sehr gut zu Fuss erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Posizione ottima vicino al parco divertimenti Europa-Park (10minuti a piedi), molto pulito e moderno. Manca solo un po’ la comunicazione con la responsabile che ci ha lasciato le chiavi dell’appartamento sulla cassetta della posta, ma poi attraverso il citofono ci ha dato indicazioni.

Vi bodde i europa lägenheten. Den är rymlig med två sovrum och stor toalett. AC klarar inte kyla ner hela lägenheten när det är varmt ute. Fin balkong med utsikt över området. Värden kan vädligt lite engelska, fick aldrig någon incheckning info via mail fast de sa att det skulle komma, men hon var där snabbt när vi ringde när vi kom fram. Fick checka in två timmar tidigare och det var vädligt snällt. Dock såg vi ett italienskt par på kvällen som hade problem att få tag på värden så de kunde aldrig checka in och valde ett annat boende. Området har så stor potential men känns som man inte tar vara på det till 100 procent, synd.

Schöne Unterkunft, großes genug für eine kleine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Nette Vermieterin allerdings fanden wir es schade dass man nur bis 20 Uhr einchecken konnte. Wenn man im Park noch ist und dieser hat lä ger geöffnet ist das schade wenn man früher gehen muss

Schöne Unterkunft, großes genug für eine kleine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Nette Vermieterin allerdings fanden wir es schade dass man nur bis 20 Uhr einchecken konnte. Wenn man im Park noch ist und dieser hat lä ger geöffnet ist das schade wenn man früher gehen muss

L’herbergement est très bien juste il n’y a pas de réception donc, quand vous arrivez vous ne savez pas où aller. La communication est difficile car les personnes donnant le clés ne parlent qu’allemand. Sinon l’hébergement est très bien, aucun soucis.

Vi bodde i europa lägenheten. Den är rymlig med två sovrum och stor toalett. AC klarar inte kyla ner hela lägenheten när det är varmt ute. Fin balkong med utsikt över området. Värden kan vädligt lite engelska, fick aldrig någon incheckning info via mail fast de sa att det skulle komma, men hon var där snabbt när vi ringde när vi kom fram. Fick checka in två timmar tidigare och det var vädligt snällt. Dock såg vi ett italienskt par på kvällen som hade problem att få tag på värden så de kunde aldrig checka in och valde ett annat boende. Området har så stor potential men känns som man inte tar vara på det till 100 procent, synd.

Schöne Unterkunft, großes genug für eine kleine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Nette Vermieterin allerdings fanden wir es schade dass man nur bis 20 Uhr einchecken konnte. Wenn man im Park noch ist und dieser hat lä ger geöffnet ist das schade wenn man früher gehen muss

+ Sehr schönes, sauberes Apartment, perfekt für unsere 4-köpfige Familie. Europapark ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Leckere Pizzeria ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Ruhige Umgebung und bequeme Betten. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! - Ein kleines Minus war das Check-In: erst wussten wir nicht recht, wo einchecken, dann mussten wir 10 Minuten auf die Schlüssel-Übergabe warten, und Reinigungsgebühr und Tourismus-Abgaben mussten bar bezahlt werden. Aber sonst war alles top.

Det bedste sted til folk på budget. Mega tæt på Europa Park og generelt alt andet. Meget sød og venlig udlejer, der dog ikke kan engelsk. Er rigtig glad for at vi valgte dette sted. Vil varmt anbefale det til andre

Serviceable family rental flat a very short walk to Europa Park. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was hard to use as there were basic things like a colander and a spatula missing. Easy walk to Lidl or Edeka. Really can't beat the location, and a lot of space for the price.

A great place to stay which was easily within walking distance to Europa Park, nearby supermarkets and excellent public transport. A microwave would’ve been nice but not essential as we managed nicely with the electric hobs. The beds were very comfortable and everything was lovely and clean. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

War bestens für einen Besuch im Europapark. Alles vorhanden und wir waren sehr froh um die Aircondition in unserem Zimmer (obwohl sie nicht so stark war). Zimmer waren grundsätzlich gut eingerichtet, die Qualität der Wohnung war jedoch teils von geringer Qualität (Fenster, Storen, Dusche). Jedoch für unsere Zwecke ausreichend und verhältnismässig günstig. Besten Dank

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location next to europapark was fantastic and the room was clean. The location itself is not very attractive. Check-in was challenging as there is no check-in desk and no instructions. Keys has been left on top of a keybox and I talked to someone on an intercom in German to know what to do. I got a message from the host how to do it 15 minutes after I had obtained the key. Room was okay but a bit shabby. Shower was damaged and hard to use well as the cold water tap was very hard to activate. Finally, the check-in message I eventually got stated that I had to leave cash in euros on the table on the last day. We did not have cash so we had to find a way to collect exactly 19 euros. Luckily, we met people how exchanged some euros with us.

The advertisement does not explicitly state that this would not be suitable for elderly or disabled customers due to the extremely steep spiral staircase both to enter the property and to get to the bedroom. I even worried for my 13 year old son and myself. The bedroom at the top was extremely hot and the air con unit didnt really work. The accommodation was clean and well equipped and the location fantastic.
