We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The bathtub was nice, although unfortunately the jacuzzi function did not work during our stay. The room was cleaned every day, and we received fresh towels daily — one large and one small towel for each of us. However, there was no floor towel to use when getting out of the shower, nor a separate hand towel to share. The shower itself was spacious and nice, although the shampoo and conditioner were of rather poor quality. Still, it was convenient that they were provided. We also received two complimentary bottles of water every day. It was nice that the toilet paper could be flushed directly down the toilet, rather than needing to be disposed of in a trash bin on the side. The air conditioning worked very well and there was plenty og light in the room. However, the light from the light switch was quite bright at night, and unfortunately the switch was located right next to the bed, which was a little disturbing when sleeping. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, with friendly staff, daily housekeeping, and a comfortable room.
